Artificial bacteria are the biggest hope and the biggest threat.

   Artificial bacteria are the biggest hope and the biggest threat. 




Artificial bacteria are not. Like natural bacteria.  


DNA and mRNA are tools that can rewrite a cell's genetic code. That means the cell changes its shape and then starts to make different things than the original cells. The ability to program cells is an opportunity. And threat. The ability to remove hereditary diseases from the human body. The problem is that the same technology allows researchers to make  more perfect lifeforms. Than natural organisms. Artificial life normally means bacteria. Created using genetic reprogramming. In that case, the DNA bits will be collected and connected into the new form. That allows researchers to create bacteria that create antibiotics and spider silk, which is the strongest material in nature. 

Bacteria can be reprogrammed to search and destroy cancer cells. And probably, genetically engineered cells can form tissues for the bioprinters. Reprogrammed bacteria can also make it possible to create a large mass of things like skin. In that case, bacteria are on the nutrient platform, and the system just changes the DNA in their nucleus. Theoretically is possible to create anaerobic bacteria. That releases oxygen into blood vessels. That kind of anaerobic, biological oxygen synthesis is one of the most fascinating things in biotechnology. 



The ability to create artificial bacteria allows researchers to create new types of biological weapons. The same thing. That allows bacteria to search and destroy cancer cells. Allows weaponized bacteria to find things. Like neural structures or the blood vessel wall. And then attack those vital tissues. That kind of bacteria is very dangerous. There is a possibility. The bacteria themselves copy the targeted person’s cell antigens into themselves. And another dangerous thing is that. Those bacteria can destroy themselves after a certain time. When we think about the perfect, artificial organisms, we must realize that those organisms can turn the “Alien” movie monsters into reality. 

There can be infectious bacteria that can create things. Like the HIV virus at the same time. That allows those bacteria to destroy the immune defense at the same time. Here, we must remember that artificial bacteria are made. Connecting DNA bits together.  It is not like natural bacteria. That means those bacteria can make things. That is not possible for natural bacteria. 

Researchers can create artificial organisms, and the same technology that makes bacteria resistant to poisons can turn them resistant to antibiotics. When we think about aliens, we might think of a very complicated lifeform. from outer space. The fact is that the term “alien” means something non-natural. Biolaboratory can create aliens that nothing can resist. Those aliens are not like humans; they are microscopic organisms. Those creatures can be a fast-increasing bacterial population. Those bacteria can look like hospital bacteria. 

The thing that protects us against immune-resistant super bacteria is their complicated form. Their population will not increase fast enough to it can cause problems outside the hospitals. Natural bacteria destroy those organisms very fast. The biggest threat is the super bacteria that can increase their population too fast. If antibiotics cannot destroy those bacteria. They can cause problems.

The breakthrough in biotechnology: researchers grow human kidneys in the laboratory.


ScitechDaily.com reported that the breakthrough in biotechnology is done. The first time the human kidney is grown in the laboratory. And that thing brings new visions to the minds of the medical industry. The new kidney might not seem very fascinating. But the ability to make new organs for people is a big thing.  

Artificial organs can use to save people who are been in accidents. Or has some kind of disease, But artificial organs can use for many other purposes. Things like artificial eyes can use in the laboratory and replacing some animal tests. 

Artificial organs like bone marrow are suitable for creating counter-toxins or antidotes against things like snake poison. There is the possibility to use biotechnology to create antidotes. In that process, the snake poison will inject into large animals which immune system starts to create antidotes. Then those immune cells or their stem cells where that immune reaction is stored will take from that animal.

And after that those cells will be put into cell cultures that are creating antidotes. The artificial bone marrow makes it possible to create an antidote easier than injecting those chemicals into the animals. The artificial bone marrow will not escape. And it's easier to handle than some animals. 

Artificial organs are the thing that can save multiple lives. If there is a possibility to create artificial organs by using cloning. That thing could revolutionize medicines. 

When we are thinking about stem cell therapy there is the possibility to create artificial stem cells by using the genome transplant. In that process, all cells like bacteria can turn into stem cells simply by changing their DNA. The process can begin just after fertilization when the researchers map the fetus's   DNA. During that process, the DNA can take to storage in molecular or digital form. 

Then that DNA will multiply by using the PCR method. Or nanomachines can create artificial DNA. Then operators will that DNA in the bacteria. And then system removes the bacteria's DNA. That thing turns the bacteria into the stem cell. There is the possibility that in the future the DNA sample of all people is stored in some warehouse where medical staff can take the needed DNA when they need it.

What if the neurotoxin, what used in case of ex-Russian spy came from British laboratories?

When we are talking about Novichok-nerve agent, we must ask one question: how difficult process of the production of this chemical is? And then we must say, that that equipment can be bought from somewhere Middle-East to any western state. The primary question is, does the chemical agent come from legal or illegal laboratories, and does the strike has official authorization?


The reason why we must concern about this kind of actions is that criminals would get an ultimate weapon to use against their targets. When we are talking about chemical weapons, all states of Middle-East had chemical weapons. And when some of those governments collapsed, the specialists, who were working with chemical weapons disappeared. Or there was no sign about those people been in publicity.


And if those persons would sell their skills to criminals, the results would be horrible. The biological weapons can produce very easily, and the problem would be to hide and secure that production. But if the person has skills to handle those highly toxic chemicals, would he be instructed by some Russian scientists. I have read that Novichok can be produced by using legal chemicals, and also other chemical agents can be traffic to the country in pieces, what means that those chemicals would bring to the state in legal mode.


After crossing the borderline those chemicals would be mixed in some “home laboratory”, what means hidden laboratory, what is working in some basement. Those chemicals don’t need very much to poisoning couple of persons.  And this might be the purpose of terrorists, first, they would attack with the small dose of those chemical agents. The reason for that kind of attack would be a demonstration, that the terrorists have those chemicals. After that, the bigger dose would be used in somewhere else, if the demands of those people would deny. In Tokyo sarin attack those terrorists made that kind of plan. This is the protocol of use of the deadly chemical agents in the terror.
