The world's first cloned arctic wolf is bringing thoughts to my mind.



The first cloned arctic wolf is now 100 days old. The origin of that animal called "Maya" is in the Sinogene laboratory. Then that cloned puppy moved to Harbin, China. The purpose of that operation is to socialize it with other wolves. And then observe how the behavior of cloned animals differs from the natural-born animal. And that thing means that researchers can clone complicated animals. 

Cloning wolves or mice is not different than making human clones. If we think about that thing from the point of view of science. Nothing except the law denies human cloning. 

The only thing that those people must take care of is that those membrane antigens of the fetus will not cause an immune reaction that destroys the fetus. And that thing is one of the most important principles in cloning. 

When we think about laws as the things that deny human cloning that thing is very weak. There are always states there is not even a lawsuit for that thing. And there are always private actors. That can make those things and who don't care about laws.

The fact is that any kind of cell or cell group can transform into any animal that researchers want. They must just change the genomes or the DNA from the nucleus of that cell. Then they must just find the womb that can carry this clone. 

The thing is that artificial wombs are very easy to make. And the fetus can grow in that thing. The only thing that fetus must get is the nutrient and oxygen. 

When somebody says that the cloned animals or species are not the species that they were, they are not right or wrong. If the DNA can be perfectly isolated and multiplied, this makes it possible to return extinct species like mammoths to nature. But if there are lots of lost sequences in the DNA. That thing turns more complicated. 

There is no junk DNA. The DNA that is not used very often contains information that controls the advancement of the nervous system. And if we want to clone the dinosaurs we don't know which DNA sequences control certain actions or parts in the body of that dinosaur. 

If we will try to replace missing parts of the DNA we should have the genetic material that we can use to compile for finding the purpose of certain DNA sequences. There is the possibility that researchers map the DNA:s of modern reptilians. And then they can find sequences that control certain parts of its advancement. 

There is a possibility to make the cloned reptilians where certain DNA sequences are removed. And then that thing makes it possible to see where that missing base-pair sequence causes anomaly. Then those sequences will compile with the dinosaur DNA. And similar DNA sequences can control similar things in the modern reptilian and dinosaurs. 

But then we must realize that modern reptilian are more advanced than dinosaurs. Modern reptilians are more intelligent and more compact than some Jurassic predators. The T-rex that escaped from some laboratory is not a very comfortable thought.

The artificial embryos are opening new visions for biotechnology.

 


The artificial mice embryos were "real" embryos, not clones. They were made by connecting the chromosomes of two mice. And that makes this thing very interesting. When we are thinking about this method from the point of view of artificial evolution, that thing opens a road to more versatile things than just cloning. 

Artificial embryos are making it possible to create tailored people. The parents or DNA deliverers of those embryos can be selected very carefully. Also, nanotechnology can change the sequences of DNA. And researchers can change things like skin color and gender. 

The ability to connect genomes and put them in the stem cells is making it possible to create new animals and even humans by using the genomes that are taken from the DNA samples. In some theories, mysterious UFO abductions are made for collecting DNA from extraordinary people. DNA can use to solve what kind of genomes are making people intelligent can be solved from that data. 

This new technology doesn't require sperm or gametes. The simple tissue sample is enough. 

And that thing helps to create new individuals for the dangered animal population. But that thing can also make it possible to create the new Einstein and Edison for society. There is the possibility that the cell samples that are taken from the most brilliant masterminds on our planet are used to create new very capable humans. The fact is that nanotechnology makes it possible to order the gender of the person.

There is also the possibility to make those embryos sterile by connecting extra gender chromosomes in the genomes of that embryo. Scientists created synthetic mouse embryos by using stem cells.

Those synthetic embryos are the most fundamental things in biotechnology ever created. Those embryos had hearts and brains. So this kind of cloning technology can use for creating neurons for people whose brain is injured. 

The problem with those neurons is that their memories are gone when they are destroyed. But even the existence of the "spare part" neurons makes it possible to avoid physical damage to the brain structures. 

Same way as scientists can clone mice by using stem cells. They can clone humans or any other mammal. Stem cell technology can be the biotechnology of the future. 

There is the possibility that before humans are born researchers take a couple of stem cells from each embryo for cryogenic storage. This thing makes it possible that each person has stem cells in a stem cell bank. Those stem cells offer the possibility to give stem cell therapy. Or that technology can use to create spare parts for people whose organs are injured.

So theoretically if researchers have the DNA in their storage they can use even the stem cells that are taken from mice and change the DNA in the nucleus of that cell. That kind of technology allows the cloning of stem cells. 

The human clones are the thing that offers one version of immortality. The person can make a copy of the body and then transfer the memories to that embryo. There is the possibility that the people of tomorrow have the microchip in their nervous system. And then microchips are copying the memories of the person to the internet. Then those memories will transmit to the younger person's brain through the cortex.

That kind of technology can open fantastic and otherwise frightening visions. That thing can give the person some kind of immortality. But it can also make it possible to create clone armies. And in some visions, the clones can also be used to replace people who are injured. Or their death wanted to be hidden. That is one vision for biotechnology, that allows researchers to create spare parts" for people.

Neurons can change their place and missions in brains.



Researchers noticed that the neurons can travel in brains. That means a neuron can begin its career in a different place where it ends its career. This thing can benefit in the cure of brain cancer or accidents. If the destruction of brain cells is very large-scale

There is the possibility to use cloned neurons where the memories are transferred to replace the destruction in brains. The problem with brain damage is that the memory blocks of neurons are gone. And maybe this kind of research makes it possible to minimize brain damage's effect on a victim's life. 

The position of neurons in brains is not necessary where neuron ends its career. That means that neurons can travel inside the brain. That means when the health or speed of a neuron changes it needs to find a new position. 

If there are lots of synapsis in the neuron, that makes it a little bit slow. A large connection number means that the neuron must look for the right connection for a long time. That kind of neuron is suitable for the slow and peaceful thinking processes. But the reflexes require fast-operating neurons. Those neurons have only a few connections. 




And they are fast-operating. The brains must find a balance between those two neuron types. Reflexes are important. 


But the brains must also create new things. For that kind of process, brains must interconnect neurons and connect memories with abstract images. Imagination is another name for visual abstraction. That thing makes humans superior to other species. 

The neuron can move physically or virtually. In the physical model cell, itself moves. In the virtual version of the neuron's movement the neuron transports memory to another neuron. And reprogram the target neuron. Or neuron renews its connections.

If the neuron itself moves helper cells are moving neurons to another place. Another way is that the neuron changes its synaptic connections. Those synaptic connections can be extremely long. And that means the missions that neuron handles are in other brain areas than the neuron itself locates. 

The third way is that the neuron transfers its memory blocks to another neuron. And then that neuron replaces those memory blocks by using new memory units. The key element in a neuron's identity is memory. The memory black determines the skills and position that neuron has. The mission of a neuron is stored in the memory of the neuron. And connecting those memory blocks neurons can create virtual neurons. 

So that means the number of physical neurons is not telling the entire truth about the abilities of the brain. When we are calculating neurons we can say that some bug has only ten physical neurons. But those neurons might have tens or even hundreds of different states. The neurons of the bugs are connected to themselves by the loop synapsis. 

Every track of those loop synapsis determines the new state of the neuron. And connecting those tracks using them at the same time. And interconnecting neurons means that the bug might have thousands of states in its neural system. And the states of neurons are the thing that determines the intelligence level. Each state of a neuron is acting like it will be an independent neuron. And when we are calculating neurons we should calculate the states of neurons rather than physical neurons. 

The human brains have billions of states. The neurons can make loops, they can interconnect. And they can also transfer their memory blocks to new neurons. 

So neurons are teaching each other. That ability makes neurons more interesting than we even think. The memory blocks are always acting similarly. And some of them are handling memories. The ability to transfer memory blocks across neural systems makes it possible to transfer memories between individuals.

Researchers are found math neurons in human brains. That thing gives new information on how and when the neurons are starting to specify. The discovery of the neurons that are specialized in mathematics is opening new paths for neurosciences. Because there are the math neurons there should be language neurons. 

And maybe there are specialized neurons for every type of skill that people have. So there could be cooking neurons and social neurons that are controlling social activities in the neural network. 

When researchers are finding when the separation of the neurons starts. That thing makes the revolution in the training and education. Learning new skills is rewiring brains. And if that process can be controlled by researchers, that brings the new and powerful educating tools to the hands of the educational processors. 

That kind of research can serve the medical care of brain damages. There is a possibility that in the future. The person whose brain is injured. Can get the neural transplant. That is the thing that makes brain damage so hard to recover. Researchers can clone neurons. But the problem is how to recover skills and memories that are gone to the cloned neurons. Skills are memories like all other things. 

The thing is that when we are expanding our understanding of brains and their function we are getting tools how to make more effective neural networks. And those things might consist the hybrid systems where the living neurons are connected with artificial intelligence and non-organic sensors. 

We know why our brains are so effective. Brains are made of billions of neurons and that thing makes them effective. But the thing is that the brains are starting their data handling process same time in multiple locations in neural structure. 

And that increases their effectiveness. When some neuron group is needed for some other mission, that group will store the thing in memory. And that allows that other neuron group will continue with that thing. The internal axon structure can transmit the data that is stored in memory to anywhere in the neural structure. 

The new type of neural computers, networks, and deep-learning AI can use the data that is collected from the sensors. The deep-learning systems are following the success of the robots by using certain parameters. Those parameters can be simply how far a robot can operate without causing damages or getting damaged. 

The fuzzy logic makes that kind of system "quite easy to make". At the first, the AI would operate by using a large number of actors. When some actor will make mistake the AI drops that thing away. If the AI would follow robots that system records how far a robot can travel or how long it can operate. 

Then the parameter can be simple like this: (number of actions/time unit). The best result would be stored in the memory of AI. And then the AI would use mission records to find out where the mistake is made. If a robot falls into the canyon. 

The AI would control those machines to drive farther from the canyon's edge. So the best result is the same thing that makes the AI select a certain route. And of course, if we want to connect the number of actions to the robot. That thing can be picking up the ground samples.

Microchip-controlled robot fish is a pathfinder for robotics and organ transplants.

And that thing is possible by making the genome transplant to the regular muscles. Also, genomes from the gorillas and reptilians like Anacondas can connect with human muscles. And that thing makes those muscles stronger than anything before. 

The cloned organs and muscle cells can connect with robots. The living tissues allow making flexible structures. That makes it possible to create the cyborg animals like robot fishes and birds. Microchip-controlled animals can be the next-generation tools for research and intelligence work. Artificial muscles can be connected to the metal skeleton. But in the perfect models, the computers can control the cloned body. 

The use of living tissues allows robots to fix the damages themselves. The robot doesn't need powerful internal computer systems. The thing that robot needs are a powerful data connection. The Phoenix model of reincarnation. And immortality.




A new study of the worms that can regenerate themselves is interesting to read. 


Theoretically, any animal in the world can reincarnate. Or naturally, at least the animals that are making eggs can make that thing. The thing is that the creature like a reptilian must only make a copy of itself in the egg. And that thing would create the reincarnation of that creature. 

But if we are thinking of reincarnation and immortality that thing is quite easy to make in the laboratory. The scientists must just remove the genetic material of the one-cell level fetus, and replace the removed material by using another individual's DNA. That thing makes it possible to create clones of any living creatures. 

The model where the organism would make the clones of itself and then transfer the data from their brains to the next generation has been made for the interstellar space journeys. The ability to create a new body by cloning itself would make it the individual creatures possible to travel thousands of years between stars. 

When the creature is getting old, the system would make the clone of its body. And then, the data would drive to the brains of that creature by using the teaching films or using the brain-core stimulation. The thing is that this kind of thing is never mentioned in the models of the interstellar spacecraft. 


The next thing is the high-tech version of the tale of Phoenix-bird. And immortality that can create by using high-tech equipment. 


Immortality is one of the most interesting things in the world. There are many stories and legends about that thing and one of the most famous of them is Phoenix. The bird that dies but at the same time it would create the egg and in the egg is the compy of that mythical creature. There is made the theoretical computing model what the Phoenix might be. If there is used the modern technology. 

The idea is that the bird would have a microchip in the nervous system. And when it dies it creates a clone of itself in the body. When the baby bird or clone is advancing it would just eat the microchip that is giving the electric impulses to the nervous system of the next-generation bird.

COVID 19 and the visions of tomorrow




COVID Delta plus variants are the things that are causing suspicion that the "delta plus" variants do not even have the same origin as the original COVID-19. There are thousands of other viruses which are looking like same as the original COVID-19. But the surface antigens of those viruses might be different. The problem with coronavirus is that it has two layers.

And the changes in the genomes of those viruses. Can cause the changes of antigens only in the inner layer. That makes detection of the changes of the genomes of the virus very difficult. The thing is that HIV is the coronavirus that is causing the horrible visions that the coronavirus can make combination there inside the regular virus is the HIV. And that thing causes a threat for the entire civilization. 

When traveling become more common that causes the new type of epidemics. The aircraft is a guarantee that viruses and epidemics are spreading faster than ever before. By researching this bacteria the virologists can find the answer to the HIV problem. The immune system of that bacteria can transfer to the stem cells that are creating the immune cells in human blood. So that kind of genome therapy might make us immune to HIV viruses. This kind of technology can allow creating the new skin, organs or even entire new body for people. And it can be used for cloning animals and humans.


The purpose of the plastic bag is to keep the fetus away from the bacteria and air, and that would make possible to grow fetuses in safer conditions than the plastic dish, and if this thing would work, it can be used to creating even the new bodies for humans. This plastic bag is very easy to move, and it can be used to grow the tissues for people, who are lost the large area of their skin.


The plastic bags can be used to create cell cultures, and that could transport to the area even in the handbag if there would be the necessary life support system. But when we are going to think about this fetus, we could use this kind of technology, where is used the blood bags can revolutionize the agricultural meat production. The technology would not very difficult to handle, and that would make difficulties for lawmakers, how to handle the question about the rights of clones. In the real life, the clones can be made for giving extra-organs to some person, and if those organs are from the cloned body they would fit perfectly into the new body. And that would make necessary to determine the rights, what the clone might have. This is one of the biggest moral questions what the mankind have faced.


Have we right to make clones, because of organs, or would those things have human rights? And in some scenarios, the assassinators would make murder and replace the target with the cloned person, who is brainwashed by some notorious organization. This has been pure theory or imagination, but this new technology would make those questions actual. And even the cloning of the human would be prohibited, there are always people, who have money to make that kind of things. And in places like Pattaya would be doctors, who have back-office work, and who would make that kind of clones. In those places, the boys would get silicone implants in the hour, and here I must ask, what those doctors do in the back-office.

Twin investigations and ethical questions about it

Assassinators are marginal persons, who live in the world, where nobody normal person would even want to live. I'm seen many movies and trailers in my life, and sometimes I have imagined, that could some of those stories be true. When we are talking about the stories, what are written by men like David Morrell, there might be organizations, what have skills and capacity to train those persons. And of course, there would be the very marginal thing about this kind of hypothetical cases. When we are thinking about movies, we would sometimes say, that "something happens only in the movies", but at the same time we forget, that also real world "bad guys" are watching television, and they would take influences from movies. And movies might give them ideas for their actions.


In this case, some organization would make the thing, what has been introduced in the movie "The mark of Cain". But I have thought that maybe some organization would use the situation, that they would take identical twins, who are crown separately, and train both of them working as an assassin. In this case, there would always be a person, who makes the alibi for another assassin. This kind of things bring my mind the things, what are not many times mentioned. The genetic investigations, what is consisted the thing called "twin investigations", where identically twins who are grown separately without knowledge of the twin brother or sister existence are very fascinating, but there is always thoughts and question about the reason, why some twins were separated just after their birth? Was the separation happened because of this kind of investigation?


The twin investigations were in the primary role when scientists found out, what skills and qualities are heritable and what is learned. And if this kind of investigations is wanted to be trusted, must the investigator use twins, who are grown separate places without knowledge or contact with another twin. Here we must another question about this kind of things. That goes like this: how the scientists tracked those twins? And how those twins were separated? Of course, modern genetic investigation makes possible to find out, are some persons actually twins, but then we must ask, how the tracking happened before modern genetic investigations? And the last thought about this thing is, did somebody separated those twins because of those investigations? If the reason for separation would be that kind of investigation, there would be very big moral problems with that kind of actions.


The twins are a fascinating object for scientists, who are working with genome investigation. But there would be many questions with about this kind of science. We can make artificial twins very easily by sharing the embryos in pieces, and this kind of thing allows us to make more advanced and more unethical investigations with that kind of thing. In some scenarios, another embryo would be freezing in liquid nitrogen to minus 189 Celsius. In this cryogenic condition, the molecular movements are ending. And those cells would not get older. And in this scenario, some scientific mastermind would make the experiment, that another twin would be live all the life, and then after this, another twin would be let to born. This allows the investigators make very good observations about the genetics and twins.


But when we are thinking about ethics and morale. How moralistic is to give another twin different kind of conditions than another twin? What if somebody misuses that investigation in the assassin training? Of course, the motivation for that kind of actions can be done by murdering another twin, and after that, another part of this hypothetical experiment was called to training, by saying " we found your twin brother, but he is dead by the terrorist attack". Those persons can play the role of the scientists, who are investigating genomes. And then they might claim that they found this lost brother from papers. This is the most difficult questions in science and technology.

How can the law enforcement work with science?

Have you ever thought to go to the police station, and tell the officer, that somebody makes clones of humans? One reason for making those clones might be the attempt to get stem cells for some cancer patients. Or the mean for those clones might be growing organs for wealthy patients. Also, the reason for those actions might keep some military operations secret. In this case, military personnel might clone some special forces operators for the case that some of them would die. If there would be the clone as available that would hide the loss of some operator.


When we are thinking about laws and their relationship with laws and science, we must understand, that the laws are only texts in some book. Even if the laws prohibited some actions, that text is useless in the situation, that somebody wants to break the law. And the criminals are persons, who brake the law. Even if some country would deny something, would the law be only the text, if it would not enforce by authorities? Do you believe, that somebody would go to police station, and tells to some officer, that there would be suspected clone experiments in the area of those policemen and -women? In the laws of cloning is only one thing, what we always forget, and that is the enforcement.


In some clinics in the Far East can any person buy silicone implanted and maybe the making of clones is the same kind of thing as some silicone implanted. And those clinics do change the genres or fixing surgery without any juridical sanctions and talking with psychiatrists. So I sometimes think that those clinics might also the giving infertility treatments without a necessary talking with parents, and those treatments are more invincible and easier to give than some plastic surgery.


When we are thinking about the ethics of those clinics, they would not always care nothing else than money. The cloning humans are not more difficult than cloning some "Dolly" sheep, the same technology would work with humans. In that technique, the genomes inside the nucleus of the cell would replace by another genome. And if somebody wants, can those clinics make the clones. And then we must ask, who would control those clinics?


If the police don't control even the medicines, how it could control the cloning of humans? Have you ever thought, what kind reaction would you see in the local police station, if you would go there, and say, that somebody would make clones of humans? The problems of the laws, what purpose is to limit cloning, must we say that there are not many authorities, who would listen, persons, who make reports about this kind of things. This kind of things are only the conspiracy theory, and the persons, who would tell about this kind of actions to authorities will send to mental institute for taking little cure for their symptoms. And how normal police would control those things.
