Can we someday transplant the brain from one body to another?



The thing is that transplant a head straight from one body to another is not possible because the immune defense destroys the transplant. Also, the spinal cord is hard to connect. And because the spinal cord cannot make them grow together, because immune defense destroys those cells. Making a working head transplant is not possible. The immune system is the thing that made Ilya Ivanovich Ivanov's (1870-1932) experiments in the 1920s impossible.

But Ilya Ivanovich Ivanov was a pathfinder. He made the dog's head live in the machine for a couple of days. And that thing can use for making surgical operations on the body. 

Then that body can reconnect with the own body of the person. The only thing is how to connect the spinal cord. If the person has large-scale injuries the head can remove. And then medical staff can cure the body and remove things, like some poisons. The head can connect to the heart-lung machine when the operators work with the body. The idea is that separation of the head denies the poison transfer to brain tissue. 

One version of the brain transplant is the process where researchers destroy the person's immune system. And that means the immune system will not destroy the transplant. But the person must use a space suit while being outside. And that person must live in a house that looks like a space station. If one single organism slips into that house or base that causes death immediately. 

But then we must realize that Ivanov did not know about genetics and immunology. During his lifetime nobody even knew the DNA or at least its role as genetic code in living organisms. Ivanov couldn't create synthetic DNA or RNA bites. And there is a possibility that large-scale genetic transplants can be made by using synthetic retroviruses. In this case, the laboratory creates synthetic RNA bites by splitting the DNA. Then those RNA bites will inject into the cells. 

Or some cells can transform to create synthetic RNA-retroviruses. Those viruses can have similar core antigens and structures to the AIDS virus. But the genetic material that is connected to the cell's genomes could involve instructions to make neurons. The thing is that those viruses can inject into any organism on this planet. 



There are two possibilities to make a brain transplant. 


*Chancing the entire head.


*Changing only brains. 


If we want to change heads between persons, researchers must use highly effective immune depressants. And the tissue typing must make very careful that the body and head are close to each other as possible. But that requires the body. So in this case the problem is how to get a younger body for that operation. The tissue antigens must be as near to each other as possible. 

Or genome therapy can change the core antigens of the head. In that case, the tissues in the head are turned to similar. With the body where that head will transfer. But that kind of immune therapy is possible in the future. Today we cannot do that thing. The idea is that the artificial virus that is made by using the DNA of receiving body will inject into the head. And then that virus transfers the antigens of the cells. 

And that genome transfer must make the antigens of the head and body identical. If that is successful. A head transplant is possible. There is the possibility that the spinal cord will put two microchips that connect the broken neural tracks.


But what if researchers are transplanting only the brain?


There are also two ways to make the neuron transplant between the brain. 


*Real neurons are used for neuron transplant. 


*Or the EEG or the skills that the donor's neurons are involved. Will transplant to the new body. 


There is a vision of the future.


The lab-grown human neurons were transplanted into a rat's brain. That thing causes visions. That in the future is possible. Researchers can make rats with customized genomes. Those rats can use to create customized stem cells or neurons. In that case, the synthetic RNA from the receiver's body can transfer to the rats. And that makes it possible that they can create stem cells. That is fitting perfectly into people who will receive them. 

Or before a person bor. Medical staff takes stem cells from the fetus and stores them in liquid nitrogen. Then those stem cells can multiply by multiplying their genome in the laboratory. And then inject them into some other cells whose own genome was removed by researchers. 

Genetically engineered rats can use to create neurons with the same antigens as the receiving body. In that case, the genetic material of the rats can manipulate the tissue types of those rats to be identical to the receiving body. The thing is that nanotechnology along with artificial intelligence and new observation tools are increasing our knowledge and capacity in genetic engineering. 

Then those lab-grown neurons will inject into the damaged brain. The problem is that the skills that are stored in those damaged neurons must somehow restore. Those skills can transfer to those lab-grown cells. But that requires accurate data on the lost memories. Or the system that transfers memories to those cells must use synthetic memories. 

Theoretically, brain transfer is not as difficult as people might think. The problem is how to deny immune cells to destroy those cells. There is the possibility that the stem cells that are just starting to specialize would inject into the person's brain. In some other visions, the gel that is made by using neurons can inject into the brain or head. 

And then those neurons would travel to the right points. But that requires that those neuron's antigens are not launching the immune system. In some visions, researchers make neuron transplant by using cloned neurons. That is taken from receiving body. Then the needed information will load onto those cells by using electric stress. 

In that case, the needed thing is stem cells there is transplanted the DNA of the neurons. And one vision is this. 

Researchers can make this genome transfer to cancer cells. That is quite similar to stem cells. 

The lab-grown human neurons made a working neural network in the rat's brain. That thing shows that neurons can transfer between species. 

This thing means that neurons themselves can transfer at least between species. So if human neurons can transfer to rats the opposite transplant is also possible. There is the possibility that in the future. There are lab-grown rat neurons that genetically transform to fit the receiving body.

The electric pill and genome transfer can help the immune system to fight against viruses, including COVID-19.



Vaccines are playing a key role in virus infections. But the fact is that there is a new way that can boost the effectiveness of vaccines. The first one is to "teach" neurons that are communicating with immune cells. 

And the second would be to transfer the DNA sequences that are creating the immune defense from one person to another. In the second version, the DNA contains information on what kind of antigens the immune system needs to fight against some viruses that will transfer straight into the stem cells.

But then to electric shocks. Those electric systems will stimulate neurons that communicate with the immune system. There is a possibility that the recorded electric impulses of neural tracks of the virus patient will record. And then the system will use electric stimulation to teach similar neurons in another person's body. 

The electric shocks given to the right point of the ear can teach the neural system to activate the work of immune cells. The idea is that the electric stimulation stimulates nerves that are keeping contact with immune cells. The communication between the brain and the immune system is a well-known thing. And that communication can use to make the immune system more effective than without those electric shocks.

The electric pill stimulates neural tracks of nerves that control inflammatory reflexes. But don't leave your vaccine. The electric pill helps the immune system, but that immune reaction is too weak that it can defend the body against viruses. 

The electric stimulation can help the immune system because immune cells are interacting with neurons. So there is a possibility to use the neural tracks that have a responsibility, in communication with the immune system. 

As we know the best solution for immune defense is hybrid methods. The vaccine, along with neural stimulation can create the best possible results. But can we make vaccines even more effective?

Normal vaccines activate immune systems by helping immune cells detect the right antigen earlier. But the better version is to use genetic therapy where the DNA sequences that are storing genetic information of the viruses would transfer to the stem cells that are creating immune cells. 

In that version, the idea is that the immune cells can get information on how to fight against viruses from the reprogrammed immune cells. That kind of vaccine would make the immune system react earlier and more perfectly to the virus attack. The idea is that the hybrid methods are making immune systems more powerful than one single method.

Zombie cells and HIV viruses are promoting aging.

The term zombie cell means a cell that self-destruction is disturbed. That thing causes an effect, where those cells cannot die as they should. Those over-aged cells might affect aging and early stages of cancer. The forming of the zombie cell can be connected to the mitochondria. 

Mitochondria are small organelles that are giving energy to the cells. Somewhere in history mitochondria were independent organisms. Mitochondria have their DNA that is separated from the cell's main DNA.  And they divide independently.  When a cell dies the mitochondria should stop the energy production. 

But somehow the mitochondria continue their work after the calculated time. When the cell dies, the nucleus sends a mark to mitochondria to shut themselves down. When energy production of the cell ends it dies.

The metabolism products of the mitochondria are the mark that the cell is living. And even if the cell itself sends the mark that it's going to die, mitochondria continue their work that denies the immune cell to destroy that zombie cell.

Zombie cells are causing cancer because their DNA can face more damage than regular cells. And because those cells cannot die causes that those cells form "daughter cells", which DNA is not acting as it should. 

And that thing causes cancer. But the zombie cells can increase the aging process. The reason for that might be in the immune system. When the cell is aging it sends chemical marks that tell its condition to immune cells. When the cell is advancing in a certain stage in its life, it sends the "stand by for eating me" to immune cells whose mission is to remove remnants of the dead cell. Then the cell sends its final mark and the immune cell destroys it. 

That "stand by" mark tells that the core of the cell must turn thin. And the immune cells start to prepare for the destruction process. The purpose of that process is to deny the spread of programmed cell death. During that process, the antigens are affecting also the DNA by cutting its telomers. If the final mark of the death of the cells is not coming the immune cell continues its preparation process. 

And those antigens are starting to spread in the body. Those antigens are cutting the DNA in other cells. The thing that supports this theory is that HIV viruses are also increasing the speed of aging. The anti-HIV medicals are affecting the genetic material of the viruses. And also the immune system creates antibodies that affect the DNA and RNA molecule synthesis. 

Also, the virus itself copies itself to the DNA and that causes errors in the DNA structure. The HIV is the RNA-retrovirus. When the cell divides the RNA of the retrovirus can slip into the DNA. Because the cell makes a copy of the DNA through the RNA molecules. During that process, the cell copies the entire DNA to the daughter cell.

So the RNA molecules will travel above the DNA and transfer that code to the descendant cell. If there is the RNA of the HIV the copy process will be disturbed. That thing causes the descendant cell can have mutated cell organs. 

Because the DNA and RNA molecules are shorter, this means the base-pair order is disturbed or the DNA is damaged because of HIV that thing causes the aging of the cells to be faster than usual. And because the immune system and medicines must affect the DNA that thing causes damage to the DNA molecules all around the body.

Vaccines teach the immune system to fight against viruses.



Older people have more chances to fight against viruses than young people because they have more versatile antibodies in their bodies. 

The immune system stores antigens and genetic material of viruses and bacteria. In chemical memory. That chemical memory allows the immune reaction to react faster and more effectively to infections. When the immune cells are winning the battles against viruses and bacteria. 

They store the genetic information of the successful actions in the genetic memory of the immune system. That genetic information would help the immune system fight against similar viruses in the case that it faces it again. In that genetic databank is stored the knowledge of the antigen of virus and which antibody was the most effective. 

When the immune system fights against viruses. It follows the level of the micro-organisms in the blood and tissues. When cells are destroying they are sending chemical marks of that to blood. And following that mark, the immune system will notice that the destruction of cells is slowing. 

Also, cells are sending chemical marks that they are working right. That mark tells the immune system that the cell is alright. That is one reason why cells have ion pumps.  If something disturbs that mark it means that a virus or some other thing disturbs the actions of those cells. And if that mark is getting low the immune cells will destroy those cells. 

The immune defense of the human body is learning. When the person gets a virus infection the immune system will start to fight against it. During that process, the immune cells are storing the data of the virus type or its antigens. And the most effective antibodies in the genetic memory.

That means the immune defense of the human is unique because we all get little bit different infections. Things like vaccines are also modifying the immune systems. So all of us have individual genetic information stored in the memory of the immune system. So when the person is aging. That means the immune system can find faster the antigens that it need to destroy. 

There is more data stored in the genetic memory that controls the immune system. When a person is aging in a normal environment that thing will increase the level of the stored genetic material. And that allows the immune system can react faster to infections. That is the idea of vaccination. The immune system will learn to fight against viruses and bacteria by storing the genetic material and data of the antigens in its memories.

What is the connection between delirium and cognitive impairment caused by COVID-19?

The reason why delirium tremens is improving the dangers of the COVID-19 is not so surprising that we might think. Delirium tremens is a disease caused by alcoholism. Many times we forget that alcoholic people are not eating very well. They might have very few vitamins in their food. Or they are eating so badly that they are malnourished. And otherwise, the bacteria in their alimentary canal is disturbing. 

This thing makes the body impossible to receive vitamins. Some alcoholics have bad health conditions and other diseases like cirrhosis or cancer. Along with a lower immune defense, that thing offers the perfect platform for viruses to infect that person. And along with low nutrient levels, those things can cause that the COVID-19 infection will be worse than in other cases. 

The use of drugs and especially injected drugs can cause HIV infection and that thing makes every virus and other infections worse than in the case of a so-called normal person who has no vitamin deficiency that passivates immune defense. Or whose immune defense is not busy for some other viruses like Hepatite B. In that case, the immune cells are working with other viruses. And they have no time to start the fight against COVID-19. 

Humans, like all other mammals, have bacteria in the intestine. And the purpose of those bacteria is to handle the nutrient and separate important parts of it for the cells. If those bacteria will be destroyed the person would die because of hunger. In that case, the body just cannot use the nutrient, even if the person eats just like should be eaten. But people who have delirium might not eat enough vitamins at all. 

They might eat mostly meat and sausages. There is also the possibility that those people would not go to coronavirus tests if they feel sick.  And there is also the possibility that they will not take rest in the case of fewer. Along with bad habits like cigarette smoking and especially smoking the same cigarettes with other people and drinking from the same bottles with other people will increase the speed of the spread of the epidemic. 

When we are thinking about the COVID-19 pandemic we must say that there is the possibility that we ever get the complete numbers of the infected persons. There are lots of people who are not going to tests even if they are sick. And in Africa and the Middle East is possible many people don't even know about the COVID-19. Or they have better things to do than going to tests. 

But in the western world, some people are ever thinking about things like COVID-19. Those people are left outside society. They are using drugs and living in their world. We see them all the time, but somehow we cannot force them to test.

Nanotechnology and the immune system

Nanotechnology and immune defense are the combinations, what people don't usually think that would sometimes save the life. When we are thinking the vaccine of tomorrow, we might think that inside human body would be injected with the nanorobots, what would transfer the antigene of the organism straight to the stem cells, where the immune cells are forming, and that might increase the power of the vaccine.


The term "antigen" means the part of the mantle of the targeted organism to the stem cells, and that opens new ways to give the vaccine. One of the most modern ideas is that those nanorobots, what might look like small crayfish would catch the organism from blood, and transfer it straight to the place, where the cells of the immune defense are forming.


Also if there are enough those machines, they can also destroy bacteria and tumors by closing the blood veins in there by using carbon. In this case, the carbon would be injected into the veins with the nanomachines, what would carry them in the wanted position.  Or they can cut the mantle of the bacteria open, what would destroy it immediately.


The question is, how the nanomachines would do that thing? They can operate under the command of the computer, what is outside the body, and communicate with that computer by using radio signals. And the radio waves can also transfer electricity for those small robots. The position of nanomachines in the body can get from RFID sensors, what allows the computer to control each of them independently. And that would give them the opportunity to make surgical operations inside the human body. Those small robots can slip into the body by using sweat gland's channel, what the body uses when it removes sweat.


Those robots can be very lethal if they are in the wrong hands. If that small robot would take the part of the targeted person's cells, it would cause the terrible immune reaction, that could exterminate that person. After that, the nanorobot can slip off the body, and it would not leave any trace of its existence. Those extreme small robots can be delivered to the targets department by using nano bugs, and they can be controlled by the relay systems, what are installed in nanobugs or quadcopters. They can be used in special forces operations.


And is some scenarios the agents of DEA or other anti-crime offices have this kind of robot in the body, and if they are in trouble the systems, what is telling about the condition of the body would release that nanotechnological crayfish. This crayfish would slip in the bodies of the hostage takers, and after that, they would be facing the death, what is the most unwilling, that human mind can imagine. Those cells, what is used to turn the immune system can collect from the target's own body. And this makes the nanorobot the perfect weapon.

Nanotechnology might bring cure for dangerous animals and fix injuries in human body.

When people get infection in the blood, they are in very bad risk to die, if antibiotics don't take effect to that organism. The problem with amoebas and worms is that that protozoan is that they are so huge in front of our leukocytes. That's why they will eat our leukocytes, and only thing, what is left for destroying those protozoans from our blood are huge doses of antibiotics. The mission for those antibiotics is to kill those animals from our blood. But the problem is that those antibiotics will kill also our normal cells and that's why they are dangerous to use. The solution of that problem might be found from nanotechnology.


Nano-machines can destroy those very dangerous things with making holes in their body, and by forcing them to die. Those new type of intelligent nano-machines can communicate with, microchips what are implanted to the human body. But nanotechnology can do much more with human health. In some accidents and poisoning, cases will oxygen level in the human body can decrease in extremely low level, and some people see nanotechnology as a solution for that problem. In this scenario in the human body will inject tiny balls, what is filled with oxygen. Those little balls will be carried to cells, and there they will release oxygen. 


Nano-robots might use in accidental cases to carry cells to the target. Those cells might be grown outside of the human body, and small robots will carry them to the right place of victims body. That will help fix those injuries very fast. Those cells will inject to person's body, and there those little robots will begin to carry them to bones and muscles what are damaged in that accident. In the wildest dreams, those tiny machines give the person a super-immune-system. In those visions, that kind of machines can even replace human leukocytes and in some scenarios, those machines will defend us from an attack of bears and snakes. If a bear or some other species attack a human, those nano-machines will attack against that animal and make it body liquid.


But there are more impressive visions about what technology can be made for human cells in the case when there is a problem with oxygen level. The vision is to use genetic manipulation to increase human performance. It would be done with specially modified viruses, to transfer the genetics what makes photosynthesis possible from vegetables to human cells. After that, there could be possible that human skin will start to use photosynthesis in the human body. That, of course, will rise oxygen level in that person's skin. That biological advantage can increase human performance very much.
