I might have been written about this thing sometimes earlier. One wild idea of aviation and other things, where we need a very huge field of view. All surface of some vehicle can be covered by CCD-chips, and if those chips are connected to the virtual reality and computers, they can give the driver or pilot the ball-shaped field of view. Those CCD-covered layers can revolutionize the visibility from helicopters, aircraft and ground vehicles. This kind of system can share information to the operators and other vehicles.
They can revolutionize the capacity to locate the STEALTH aircraft and that system can locate the enemy very sharply. Those CCD-chips could detect the infrared and visible light. And they can operate with optical telescopes, what would aim to the targeted area automatically. And of course, those telescopes can be equipped with weapons like lightweight machine guns and anti-tank rockets.
The idea is similar to the compound eyes of the bugs. Those layers can detect the things from the skies like the compound eyes, and when they see something, they can focus the telescopes in that point, where something special has been seen. Those CCD-layers can be fixed or those chips can be installed on the canvas layers, what allows to carry them like carpets. Then those intelligent carpets just rolled out and they can also be equipped with silicon solar panels, what gives them electricity in the daytime.
Also, the aircraft and space shuttles can get this kind of CCD-layers. Those artificial compound eyes can give information about the incoming parts, and they can warn the pilots about missiles and STEALTH-fighters, what can be the threat that vehicle. If that layer would installed to the car, it can warn the crew about incoming dangerous vehicles. That kind of innovation seems very crazy, but they can revolutionize the optics. It can be made with the existing technology, and it can be installed in any layer.
In theory, they can be used to cover bulletproof vests and other clothes, what gives the person the ability to locate the attacker in any direction. The problem with that system is that it would need electricity. Also, the headphones and helmets are sometimes planned to equip with the CCD-cameras, what gives the person able to see in many directions at the same time. The information, what comes to the knowledge of the operator would be shared by using smart glasses. When the intelligent system locates the threat, it would deliver the information to the operator, what knows that there would be somebody behind or side of that person.
The research and advances in artificial intelligence are causing the need to re-estimate what things like consciousness means? When we are creating new and powerful AI. We are creating something that has not existed before. And quantum technology has increased the power of AI. So that means we might face surprising situations when we are driving AI algorithms by using quantum computers that are a minimum of 1000 times faster and more powerful than traditional binary computers.

The Soviet laser tank

Above this text is a picture of the strange-looking vehicle, what is actually the Soviet laser tank. The purpose of this vehicle is to blind enemy satellites and destroy them at the low earth orbiter. The laser light can destroy satellites CCD-cameras and that system is used to cover military secrets in some military installations. The purpose of that system was to deny the satellites to take photographs of some areas. And in theory that was very effective. But in the real life, the problem was, that laser blinding increased the interests of some targets, and they were photographed more intensive than before.
The laser tank is equipped with multiple lasers, what gives the limited energy pulse, and the idea of this system is similar to some rockets, what have small engines, but the number of the engines is bigger. In some Russian rockets is 25 motors installed in those systems, and that should compensate the smaller power of the system. The use of the laser tank looks like some kind of disco-light, where the system switches the lasers simultaneous because that would help to keep the temperature down.
The problem with this technology, where is used multiple small size lasers is that the fog, dust, and clouds would absorb the power of the lasers, and the radiation of those lasers would not be targeted in the same place. When we are thinking about the shape of this laser-system, we might imagine, that today is more advanced laser weapons, that this laser-tank ever could be.
There is the possibility that some of the modern main battle tanks are equipped with powerful laser- or microwave systems, what are mounted to the place of the cannon or radars. Those high power lasers are looking like the normal artillery cannon, but they shoot targets with electromagnetic radiation. The problem with lasers is the cooling system, and the laser must equip with powerful coolers, or it would overheat.
The laser and microwave systems can be used to make the targeted unit's armor softer, and explore the elements of reactive armor away, what gives more effect to own anti-tank weapons. The directed energy weapons would be very effective against satellites and aircraft. Also, they might give the very good option for directed shooting weapons like anti-tank guns.

Clementine lunar probe and the strange backgrounds of that spacecraft

In 1994 United States launched the new space probe to the Lunar Orbiter, and that probe got the name "Clementine". It was the first lunar mission of NASA after Apollo, and there were used many new kinds of sensors like CCD-cameras and another kind of systems, like radar, what mission was to look for the water on the moon. The clementine had the strange background because it was made by NASA and BMDO (Ballistic Missile Defense Organization).
The BMDO existence in this project has caused many rumors, that the real purpose of the "Clementine" mission was to look for Russian missiles or some other installations from the surface of the Moon. And the top of those rumors was of course, that the mission was made for locating the alien base from the Moon, and then the base could be intercepted by missiles, but this was of course only one hypothesis.
There were many things, what was kept secret in the "Clementine" mission, and one of them was the reason, why BMDO took part in this project? Was there somebody, who believed, that there were sent secret nuclear weapons to the Moon by the Soviet Union? The nuclear systems could have the similar shape with Luna 16 probes, but I certainly hope, that those special nuclear missiles are only fiction. The Moon would be the perfect place for remote-controlled nuclear missiles, that can launch to the Earth and their targets by using remote control. The guidance of those weapons would be done with television and joystick. Or the warhead can use the image-identification system, what is brand new guidance method because it needs a quite much computer power.
The reason, why BMDO was involved in this project is the mystery because that organization mission is to plane the ballistic missile defense tools like ABM-missiles and directed energy systems against ICBM. Above the text is a picture of "Clementine", and that spacecraft claimed to be different, and the real "Clementine" is mentioned be the football-shaped spacecraft, what would be covered the solar panels and light cells. The mission of those light cells would be that they can make 360 degrees image for the probe, what can use as the kinetic energy ammunition.
Why I expect that is the vegetable "Clementine" is the ball-shaped thing and the spacecraft should have some connection with their names. And maybe the real "Clementine" was the ball, what mission was to demonstrate the way to make similar visibility as the bugs have. Another thing, what might be demonstrated could be, that could the CCD-chips replace the normal silicon panels, what makes the spacecraft more compact than using traditional structure. If the solar panels could also work as the cameras, they could warn the space probe incoming micro-meteorites.

Above the text is a robot, what is created by Max Planck Institute in Germany. This kind of tiny robots can make many things inside the human body. They can transfer drugs to the straight point of the body, but there are more things, what those robots can do if they will equip intelligent system, what are sand-sized computers. Those systems can be connected to the muscle cells or artificial fiber network, what allows it to change the form. If that robot shape could be changed as the drill, it can be used to clean blood vessels in the body.
If they will be equipped with tiny CCD-cameras, they can take pictures inside the human body. The electricity for those systems can be transferred by using radio-waves for that purpose. Then their body is the soft silicone material, they will be able to make themselves so thin, that they can slip in the body by using the sweat glands on the skin. And when they are inside the body, they can begin their operation. Those worms can also give the non-poisonous cure for cancer, by blocking the blood vessels what transfers blood for tumors. But those robots can be used for the military purposes. They will be next-generation weapons, what can be delivered to the enemy's area, and they will slip in the bodies of the military men. And then they can block the blood veins in the brains and heart, what makes them ultimate weapons for any missions.
Those tiny robots will not be detected by the sensors, what normally detects gas weapons. And they are invincible killers, what can be used in the assassination operations. Those robots can be put in the targets breakfast, and when the job is done, those machines just leave the body. And this makes them excellent equipment for assassins. This is the thing what we must remember when we are making the nanorobots. Those robots can use in many various missions in war and peace. And then we can consider, that one of the most brutal and deadliest chemical agents, phosgene is the base element in much cytostatic cancer medical products.
