AI and artificial life.

AI can modify life itself, and artificial cells can also modify AI. When we think about the DNA as data storage, we must realize that the problems are how to create synthetic DNA that involves only the things that researchers want. The other thing is how to transport. That data is sent to the microchips so that the computer can read that data. The answer can be electric impulses that the computer can read. AI is the tool that can read DNA better than play chess. The DNA is a linear data storage. And that makes the AI able to read it using microscopes and spectrometers.

The AI can search data that is stored in CRISPR datasets. And search for similarities in the DNA that is taken from people or animals that have certain abilities. The AI can make virtual cells and simulations. About what kinds of things certain base pairs at certain points in DNA make. The AI can also connect and search data across species borders. And that allows developers to connect chlorophyll genomes to skin cells. That forms the green man.

The same nanoparticles that can transport medicines to certain receptors can transfer the mRNA molecule in the same way in targeted cells.

The AI can connect that data with datasets about the advancement of the fetus. Nanotechnology, along with advanced tools, makes it possible for the AI-controlled system to cut DNA and connect the new bits of DNA into those holes. The other way is to create artificial mRNA whose mission is to control the cell organelles. The system must just create the mRNA molecule that controls the cell organelle, and then that cell can create anything that the mRNA encodes it to create.

The pathogen that can basically transform species into new ones can be based on the mRNA viruses or packages. Those mRNA molecules order the cell to create copies of itself. And then finally transform the cell into another. The mRNA is the tool that can order the mitochondria to decay in the muscle cells and that increases those cells' power. The artificial cells can also create neurotransmitters and electric impulses that allow the system to transfer memories into the nervous system. And basically, all our skills are based on memories. That is one of the things that we should know when we create new artificial species: are they bacteria or more complicated species?

Natural bacteria cannot communicate or transmit data to the nervous system. But artificial cells can do that. And when we think about the ability to live forever or fix large-scale injuries, we must create neurons and then transmit lost data to those neurons. The single neuron involves only 1-5 bits of data. Thoughts and memories are formed in connections and states of those neurons, which humans have over 86 million, but our brains can connect those neurons into virtual neurons.

And the connections between neurons are as important as the number of physical neurons. When a neuron is lost in an accident, the data that is involved is lost. The artificial cell can transport memories back into those cells. But that requires that the lost data is stored somewhere. And the second thing is that the system must have the ability to create artificial DNA that involves data that is normally stored in the brain.

Things like intelligent tattoos that involve small-sized nanotechnical microchips or neurological microchips that are implanted into people’s brains can make it possible to return those memories. If the neuroimplanted microchips can transport data from memory centers to hard disks, it makes it possible to return those memories using artificial cells. That thing can restore the abilities of the badly damaged people. The brain-implanted microchips can also make it possible to read people’s minds. And that thing can turn humans more than we are today.

The problems with mirror- and anti-organisms.

The anti-universe and anti-Earths are interesting ideas. The terms "Anti-Earth" and "anti-biospheres" don't only mean the antimatter universe or antimatter planets. There is also one little-known meaning about those things. That "Anti-Earth" means the planet or biosphere where everything acts oppositely.

In that anti-Earth's biosphere proteins, and DNA are the mirrors of Earth proteins and DNA. That causes an interesting model: how do those hypothetical species with different or mirror molecular structures act? The idea is that: if our cells use right-handed molecules and proteins the "mirror-worlds" lifeform uses the left-handed proteins and handles everything oppositely.

Researchers say that anti-bacteria can cause problems. But how far can we go into genetic research, that researches things, like mirror genomes? Can the "anti- or mirror-human" be possible?

"Mirror life presents serious dangers, primarily due to its potential to interact unpredictably with the natural world. Without natural checks like predators or antibiotics, mirror organisms could replicate uncontrollably, creating risks that scientists are only beginning to understand. Credit: SciTechDaily.com" (ScitechDaily, “Mirror Bacteria” Warning: A New Kind of Life Could Pose a Global Threat)

The mirror organisms used in the research how mirror genetics act against natural organisms. And that brings the frightening scenario in front of our eyes. That thing is the anti-human. The anti-human would have the DNA in the mirror form in their cells. Some people think that this kind of person cannot survive.

The reason for that is in protein handlers. Those protein handlers would handle only mirror proteins, and that causes the death of that organism. But what if we would not be so lucky? What if that creature can turn proteins into the opposite or mirror form?

What would happen if we put the  DNA in the opposite direction into the cells? Many people say that this thing causes immediate death. That is a misunderstanding. The DNA molecule is a linear code. That means: the cell must read those base pairs in the way that they encode the mRNA that shuts down the cell. The base pairs come oppositely into the cell, and the result would be the same as we drive program code in the opposite direction. That causes mutations and many other things.

Then we can think about "mirror-organisms". Those mirror-organisms are normal bacteria whose DNA is turned into its mirror. Those things cause grey hair for ecosystem researchers. They have no idea how those organisms behave. Do they treat their mirror bacteria or natural bacteria as "enemies"?

The mirror organisms cause an idea that is one of the most dangerous in the world. What would the anti-human look like? Of course, the "anti-human" has a phenotype of humans. But their genotype can be the opposite, or mirror version of humans. The mirror-human, or anti-human is one of the most frightening models of mirror-organisms.

What if those mirror humans have cells that can turn their amino acids and proteins around? If that creature has bacteria or other cells that can turn proteins around, that person uses the same food that we eat. But what kind of thing could that version be?

Everything in us is in our DNA.

Everything in us is in our DNA.

When we think about the topology of the DNA and its connections with climate and environment we must realize that our bodies and our cells cannot match with all types of environment. Things like chemical environment and animal poisons can also affect things which skin color is the best. If animals like snakes are creating white poison, the black skin is better. But if the major toxic agent is black that thing is easier to see from white skin. Also, things like blood leaks are better visible on blond skin.

Genetic adaptation makes African people black because dark pigment protects cells against sunlight. But why do northern people have white skin? The reason for that is in the environment, at spring the snow and sun create scattering light and the dark skin cannot protect cells against powerful UV light. And also dark skin can cause situations.

Where cells are overheating in changes of temperature. In cold weather, people must protect themselves against the environment by using strong clothes. When we are looking at images of people around the world people who live in stable temperatures have black skin.

"Just as different terrains on Earth foster distinct ecosystems, certain topographic features in the genome seem to provide an environment for specific mutations to thrive. Credit: Laura Rodríguez Porras" (ScitechDaily.com/Unexpected Findings: Researchers Uncover Connection Between Human Genome Topography and Cancer Mutations)

But people like Beduins and Europeans have blonder skin than people who live in stable temperatures. The temperature changes very much during the 24 hours. And if the skin is black. The temperature can rise in cells very fast. And it can cause damage. The white skin is better in the case where cells must let radiation travel through it to stabilize temperature in them. But white skin lets UV radiation travel the DNA. That means there is no perfect skin or perfect genomes.

The same thing that can make people adapt to certain environments is the risk in another environment. There are also many other things than just radiation that can cause cancer and affect the ability to survive. The cancer is not the only thing that the wrong genome can cause. Genetic disorders can deny the ability to get descendants. Or it can cause the situation that the creature cannot find food. Whenever a life circle is changed that thing forms a mark in the DNA.

Skin color is the most visible example of genetic adaptation. But things like the ability to produce red blood cells are the things that are necessary for people who live in high areas. That thing causes problems with cancer, because if cells are splitting too often. There is the possibility that a person gets leukemia because of endemic carcinogens stress. Whenever a cell divides it has a higher risk of getting a mutation.

The neuron densities in the cortex area follow a consistent distribution pattern.

The neuron densities in the cortex area follow a consistent distribution pattern.

The consistent distribution pattern, or Gaussian pattern, is the key element of modern mathematics. The consistent distribution model of neuron distribution in the cortex determines everything our brain can do. The cortex is the key element in productive thinking. And the distribution of cell types determines what our cortex can do. Some skills that neurons have are determined by their genomes.

Researchers have noticed that fruit flies have extraordinary numerical abilities. That thing means that the DNA determines what skills neurons have. All neurons are not similar. And when we are learning something, we transport that information to our neurons.

But then all of us realized that we don't learn all skills in the same way. Some of us learn math easily, but things like languages are harder to learn. And that means we are learning things differently. That thing causes the idea that we can teach any skill to our neurons, but some neurons receive some skills more easily than others.

"Neuron densities in cortical areas in the mammalian brain follow a consistent distribution pattern. This finding that has profound implications for brain modeling and the development of brain-inspired technologies. Credit: Morales-Gregorio" (ScitechDaily/Mind-Blown: Mathematical Rule Discovered Behind the Distribution of Neurons in Our Brains)

What if we have only one neuron type in our cortex? What if we only have "math neurons" or musical neurons in our cortex? Could that thing cause the phenomenon called "savant"?

That means some neurons are "math neurons" because they receive mathematical information better than others. Some neurons are "musical neurons" because they learn or receive information that is required for music.

If we think that we have math neurons, linguistic neurons, and drawing neurons, we might uncover the mystery of the Savant. What if a person has only math neurons? Or what if we only have musical neurons?

Neuron-type distribution in the cortex might uncover things like autism and savants. A savant is a person who is very good in a very narrow skill area, like math or drawing. But otherwise, those people might have no other skills at all. That leads to the idea that maybe the reason for Savant is that there is only one kind of neuron in the cortex. In that case, extraordinary distribution in neuron types causes a situation where a person has one extraordinary but very narrow skill.

Topology, data science, and free energy make new intelligent materials possible.

The key element in the nano-scale computers and microchips is to create enough small data images and keep those data images in the form. If we want to create liquid machines that can take any form. There is a need to create different individual data images for each entirety's participant.

If we want to create a liquid machine that can take any form researchers can use two methods.

*Silicon-based nanomachines

*Computer- and nanomachine-controlled cells. Those cells can involve nanomachine that encodes data to the cell's DNA. That kind of system can create an artificial chorale.

When the cyborg cells are in the correct position relative to each other.

And an entirety makes the right form. The system will get the order to create the core. And that thing can turn biological cyborg material from theory to reality.

********************************************

When researchers are developing new intelligent materials that can change their form and fix themselves. Those people need small-size nanotechnical microprocessors and nanotechnical mass memory. That controls the operations of those particles.

The new intelligent materials are formed of structures that look like bacteria. The small silicone machines are taking their place in the entirety. The silicone-based nanomachines can use for making silicone amoebas that change their form.

The living cells can also create the forms when controllers want. In that case, the cells must be microchip-controlled. Maybe the participants of the entirety would be basils. That is controlled with microchips.

Or maybe there is a nanomachine or nano-factory in every cell. And then the nanomachine encodes the wanted data into the DNA. That thing makes it possible to create a structure that can take any form that developers want. The nano-size microchips can use also bioluminescence light from shining cells as an energy source.

Researchers used an extended Landau free energy model for making nano-scale structures. There are two types of energy. The energy that free. One version of free energy is radiation. Or another version is energy. That is stored (connected) to material or some process. That system must release non-free energy somehow before it can be useful.

Sometimes free energy means to heat or some other energy. That formed in the process. But that energy will not return to process or turn to the material. So the free energy just flows around. So if the process forms thermal energy it can use as power.

That kind of reaction is happening when some material like gas is burning. When material burns it connects with oxygen. That reaction forms heat which can conduct to water that vaporizes and then conduct to turbines.

Things like photons carry energy. And some description of free energy as energy that is not participating process.

Nano-size microchips can use things like electroluminescence as the power source. And that thing makes this type of thing interesting.

By the way...

The helium-steam turbine can use in Pluto conditions.

One of the most interesting. But still theoretical power supply system is the steam turbine which uses liquid helium. There is a biological component in the small platform. The biological processes in that small platform create temperature.

And then liquid helium will deliver over that platform. The biological temperature causes the vaporization and expansion of that gas. That system can operate in extremely low temperatures where helium turns to liquid without energy.

Of course, helium will freeze that biomass. But there can be other platforms that can replace the frozen platform. And then new organisms can deliver to that base.

How are genomes traveling between species?

In distant islands, researchers are investigating how genomes are jumping between species. The genome exchange over species is known in the world of bacteria. But populations with limited living space are good subjects for research on how genomes jump between higher and more complicated species. The main genome transporter is retroviral. But there is also the possibility.

That insects or some other more complicated parasites are transferring blood or some other cells between species. And those cells can also transport genomes between distances. There is the possibility that the DNA bites can jump between species.

Those DNA bites can connect to the genomes of the new species.  When animals are on distant islands. If they have no mates from the same species they can also make crossbreeds. In some distant islands lives their species.

But there are also "islands" on dry lands things like Taita-hills in southern Africa offer a similar place for evolution with distant islands. Those dry-land islands like Taita or some high mountains like Kilimanjaro or Mt. Kenya are places where evolution can follow a similar timeline to those remote areas.

Taita Hills are forming the dry land island.

In remote or isolated areas, some animals degenerate. Degeneration makes the immune defense weak. That thing makes it possible that retroviruses can transfer genomes more effectively than if the species' immune defense works as it should.

In genetic research, the term "island" means an area that isolates the population. Things like city parks form man-made isolated islands where the population lives isolated. And there is the possibility that the creatures can separate from their main species. That thing happened in Galapagos. But also other isolated areas are offering a platform where that separation can happen.

New York Central Park is one of the man-made islands.

Things like New York Central Park are man-made islands if we think of them as isolated places. The Streets and buildings are forming hostile areas around those parks. And in those areas, little animals like insects and mice are in extreme danger. In those areas, some cats and vehicles can kill those small animals.

From the perspective of animals living in those parks, those areas are actually in the middle of the desert. And that thing can cause similar genome exchange between species. There are not so many cats or some small predators in the city parks. That thing forms the place where genomes can jump between species.

Hostile areas around the environment can isolate them very effectively. The thing that forms an evolutionary island is the area that isolates the population in some areas.

The island must not be very far away from the mainland that it forms an isolated area. Hindrances are not necessarily natural.

Humans can also make islands where the animal populations are very isolated. Things like highways and cities can form areas that can isolate the population in areas. Animals can find a safe place against predators from city parks. And that thing causes degeneration as I wrote earlier.

In closed areas, retroviruses can jump between species because individuals degenerate. Degeneration causes the immune defense of individuals is collapsing. And that thing makes it possible. DNA bites and viruses can connect to other species more effectively than usual.

Tiny DNA-based "nano transporters" can be programmed to treat cancer.

"The DNA-based nanotransporter developed by Alexis Vallée-Bélisle and his team can transport and deliver precise concentrations of drugs: in this picture, doxorubicin, a chemotherapeutic drug. These nanotransporters can also be attached to specific biomolecules to optimize drug distribution. Here, we see a nanotransporter (white) attached to albumin (pink) to maintain doxorubin (light blue) in blood circulation. Credit: Monney Medical Media / Caitlin Monne" (ScitechDaily.com/Breakthrough in Tiny DNA “Nanotransporters” Chemically Programmed To Treat Cancer). The reseachers can use the same transporters for transporting another DNA bites to absolute rightt positions.

The new DNA-based nano-transporters can chemically manipulate to treat cancer. DNA-based medicals can be artificial viruses that are slipping into the wanted cells. Then the DNA, which is programmed cell death can connect itself to the cancer cells or bacteria's genomes and order cancer cells or bacteria to die.

But the same nanomachines can use to reprogram cells. And that thing makes those nanosystems even more interesting than just for a new type of medical work. Artificial viruses can use to reprogram stem cells. And those kinds of things can be the next-generation tools for injury treatments.

The DNA that is transported to some cells can turn them into another one. There is the possibility to turn stem cells into things like neurons simply by switching their genome. But the problem in the case of injuries is that there is needed lots of stem cells. And that thing brings one of the most radical therapies to my mind.

What if we would turn our cells into cancer cells and then return them to healthy cells? That kind of ability makes it possible to create lots of needed cells in a short period. The idea is that the victims' cells will turn into cancer cells in cell cultures.

And then system replaces the DNA of those cells by using healthy DNA. These kinds of therapies are the next-generation tools for fixing things like neural damage. The problem with neural damage is memories or skills that those lost cells involved are gone. Those neurons can also reprogram before they are injected into brain tissue.

The next-generation stem cell therapies can also use to produce neurons or sterile neurons for the microchip industry. Those neurons can communicate with microchips. And that makes it possible to create more powerful and flexible computer systems.

Researchers solved how bacteria move. And, that thing makes it possible to create new types of nanomachines.

Things like meat-eating bacteria are the most horrifying organisms on Earth. But what if researchers can control those bacteria? What if they can drive those bacteria to the tumors and give them order to begin eating in that precise place? This thing can make it possible to remove tumors by using extreme accuracy.

Researchers can make that thing true, by using microchips that control the DNA plasmid. Those microchips are turning the DNA plasmid's position that controls the bacteria's functions.

Bacteria have long fibers that are made of a single protein. By moving those fibers like screws. The bacteria use them as propellers. And that thing makes them move. What makes that thing interesting? Researchers can copy the bacteria's movement to nano- and miniature machines.

If we are thinking of a miniature submarine that size is the same as some medical capsules that kind of miniature device can swim in the cooling water system of a nuclear reactor or a chemical plant's wastewater. And those systems can make measurements of radioactive material or toxic chemicals. Those miniature submarines can use kevlar fibers for movements.

But when we are thinking about the nano-submarines that can operate inside the human body, we can mean genetically engineered bacteria whose surface antigens are the same as the human where researchers put them to swim.

The idea is that bacteria will connect the genome that is taken from the person under research.  And that genome turns the surface antigen of bacteria similar to a person's blood cells. That denies the immune system can attack those miniature submarines. Researchers must remove those bacteria's ability to create descendants.

But nanotechnology makes it possible to encode the DNA plasmid of that bacteria. And if that DNA plasmid is microchip-controlled it allows driving that bacteria to the right position. Then the controller can order bacteria to create pepsins that can destroy tumors and other non-wanted cells.

The bacteria can transform into miniature submarines or "bio-submarine" by putting the microchip in it. The microchip can control the DNA plasmids. The movements and other kinds of things of bacteria are controlled through that DNA plasmid.

And that makes it possible to remote control those bio-subs wirelessly by using a remote controller. The miniature microchips can have miniaturized cameras. In those cameras, the retina cells of the small bug will interact with nano-size microchips. The DNA that makes bacteria split is destroyed because that thing removes their ability to create descendants.

Could viruses be more active than researchers expected?

Images:

(Left:) "Viruses are using information from their environment to “decide” when to sit tight inside their hosts and when to multiply and burst out, killing the host cell, according to a new scientific study. This illustration depicts a bacteriophage". (ScitechDaily.com/Shhh! Viruses Could Be Listening – And Watching!)

(Right:)"A delta bacteriophage. The first was identified in a new study in Frontiers in Microbiology to have binding sites for CtrA. A protein produced by the bacteriophage’s host that regulates the production of pili and flagella. The presence of these binding sites only in phages that require their host cells to have pili/flagella to infect them suggests that the phage is monitoring the presence of this protein to “decide” whether to stay put or replicate and emerge from its host cell. Credit: Tagide de Carvalho/UMBC" (ScitechDaily.com/Shhh! Viruses Could Be Listening – And Watching!)

Could viruses be more active than researchers expected?

Some viruses might be more active than nobody expected. The bacteriophages can even swim to their target cell. So in that case virus will not just wait for the cell it swims to its target. This ability is suitable for bacteriophages that are hunting for bacteria from nature.

There is the possibility that some viruses have a more complicated data-analyzation system than nobody expected. We know that the DNA plasmid of bacteria can operate as the chemical brain. But the new research shows, that also the DNA or RNA of viruses can act similar way, as the DNA plasmid of bacteria.

So also, viruses might have this kind of chemical computer or chemical brain. The chemical brain of viruses could also have some kind of sensors. The proteins that form viruses could act as sensors and at least some viruses can swim to their target.

The reason, why some people believe that especially bacteriophages must swim to their target is that those viruses must find the bacteria that are not resistant to those viruses. If viruses have this swimming ability they could revolutionize medical work. That ability makes it possible to create intelligent medicines that DNA or RNA controls. And this thing can make it possible to create also small but complicated nanomachines.

When we look at the form of bacteriophages. It looks like a tiny space rocket. And the small feet of the virus can also help it to track the cells and swim to the target. The idea is that when a certain molecule hits a certain point of a virus. It activates an electrochemical reaction that moves the feet of the virus. And the form of the virus helps it adjust the direction where it moves.

Then this genius system turns the virus upside down and makes it to "land" over the ion pump of the cell. The ion pump pulls the bottom of the virus to it. And then it simply pulls the genome of the virus to the cell. Or there is a possibility. That there is a cutter enzyme at the front of the DNA or RNA of the virus. When a virus touches the core of its victim it shoots its genome straight through the cell.

Research uncovered that people with similar faces have similar genomes.

Image: ScitechDaily.com/Characterizing Human Beings on a Molecular Level: People With Similar Faces Likely Have Similar DNA)

There was an article today in ScitechDaily.com. It had a highlight: "Characterizing Human Beings on a Molecular Level: People With Similar Faces Likely Have Similar DNA". Genome researchers are uncovered that the DNA is similar between people who have similar faces. But that kind of research can also use to make models of human faces. In databases are stored the shapes of the faces.

And the DNA that forms the nose and other details can uncover. By connecting the DNA models the AI can create the image of the person.  In the future, the computer can make the model the faces of humans by using the DNA sample. In the same way, the AI can make the model of human fingerprints by using the DNA image.

Researchers confirmed that DNA between two persons with identical faces is also similar. So that thing tells that face recognition can use to search for family members of some people. When the computer or the Ai sees enough similarities between the faces of two people it might suggest the DNA confirmation about that thing.

This thing means that people who are from the same family can be uncovered just by using some social media application and image recognition tool. Faces are a heritable thing and that means people who look like the same can have similar genetic backgrounds. This thing is one of the most fascinating things in history.

It helps researchers to find bloodlines and families that have some kind of tales about ancient times and maybe some of them uncover things like who is Mona Lisa (I think that woman was the sister of Leonardo da Vinci) or was there some woman as pope? Maybe those tales cannot ever be confirmed. But there is always a possibility...

DNA is the ultimate tool in nanotechnology.

Image:)

DNA-based nanostructures are the most powerful element in nanotechnology. DNA self-assembly is making it possible. That those materials can fix themself without outside tools. It's possible to use cells to produce DNA and connect that cell to a nanomachine that pulls this extremely small bioprinter where the controller wants to move it. The DNA molecule can use in the nano-size power looms, and the DNA can use to produce extremely thin and large-size structures.

The living cells can create the DNA molecules and the nutrient is the thing that determines how much DNA the cell can create. DNA is a multi-use tool. That molecule can transport information. But it can also use as miniature springs between extremely thin material layers. The power-loom can create the DNA layer. And the system can put nano springs between those layers.

The DNA molecules can form the DNA carpet. That can cover by using graphene bites. But the DNA structure is very strong and elastic without it. That kind of nanomaterial can be the most fundamental thing in history.

*******************************************************************

The DNA molecules can use in the next-generation nanotechnology kevlar.

The structure of the DNA molecule is the spiral helix. That form makes the kevlar so effective in bulletproof materials. The spider cobweb filament is stronger than the kevlar. But the DNA molecules can be an even more powerful tool. The spider's cobweb filament can produce by using the same cells that the spider uses for making that thing. Similarly, the cells can make the DNA molecule.

The DNA molecule-based structures are making it possible to create materials that can fix themselves. If the DNA carpet faces damage the nanomachines can fix those very easily. Because the DNA-based nanomaterial is like springs that are put in the form of canvas. That material is extremely hard to break. The DNA can connect with other materials which makes them extremely strong. That structure can also create by using DNA self-assembly. And then that system can push even large-scale structures airborne.

The DNA bites are making it possible to create the nanoscale rotors for the nanomachines.

Image 2: The DNA-based nano rotor. (ScitechDaily.com/Nanoscale Rotors Constructed From DNA – Smallest Flow-Driven Motors in the World)

The DNA bites are making it possible to create the nanoscale rotors for the nanomachines. The DNA bites are acting in the flow-driven system, and they can use to make nano-scale engines and even nano-scale induction engines possible. Those systems can rotate between two magnesite bites.

Then there could be two bites of magnesite at both ends of the DNA. That system can use in the next-generation generators and engines that are meant for nanomachines. But the fact is that nanomachines are the tools that can make large entireties. And they can to use deliver electricity also in large-size systems. Of course, in those processes, the system requires an enormous number of nanomachines.

DNA nanostructure can use to levitate large things above the ground.

The DNA-nanostructure can also use as the nano-scale superconductor. Or nano-scale magnetic levitation system. The system has based on the idea that the 3D DNA-based nanostructure can act like an antenna. That antenna can push large structures above the earth.

There is a possibility that the levitating system has two fullerene layers and the DNA-antennas are between those layers. Then the system will pull the DNA carpet below the craft or whatever wanted to levitate. That structure can also create by using DNA self assembly. And then that system can push even large-scale structures airborne.

*********************************************************************

The DNA can use as the support material in the fullerene tubes. The fullerene tubes can form over the DNA molecule.

The DNA molecule can transform into superconducting material. DNA-based superconductors can make it possible to create a new type of quantum computer. The superconductors are required for making the solid qubit. The DNA-based superconductors that can operate at room temperature are impressive. DNA origami can use in DNA-based microchips.

And that kind of thing can revolutionize nanotechnology along with things like aviation. The fullerene nanotubes can use for miniaturized rockets and especially antimatter rockets. The entire layer of the craft can cover by using nanotubes. And the annihilation can happen precisely in certain nanotubes that can make the revolutionizing abilities to change directions and speed. And the fact is nobody knows the limits of nanotechnology.

How do the DNA-based sensors work?

The DNA-based sensors use the DNA molecule as the sensor. The idea is that the DNA molecule or its head can hover around the layer and act like the stylus of an old-time LP player. In some versions of DNA sensors, there could be an iron bite at the end of the molecule. There is a possibility to use that iron bite to measure the magnetic field. There is the possibility that the radio waves are pointed to a certain target through that iron stylus.

The radio (maser) wave will shoot to the iron that drives those radio waves to a certain target. The system can observe the reflection. But if the iron bite slides above the magnetized or electrically stressed layer the system can measure the electricity in that stylus. Or the system can measure the position of the DNA relative to the level. That allows operators to see the differences in the shape of the layer.

When the layer goes farther the magnetic effect on DNA is turning weaker. And that affects the position of the DNA. The idea is similar to the magnet that is connected to the libra. When the magnetic layer is below it the distance to the magnetic layer affects the pulling force of the magnet.

There is a possibility to observe the differences in the length and position of the DNA molecules by using the laser microscope that can measure the changes in the forms of that molecule. In some other versions of DNA-based sensors, The DNA will position around the measurable object. The DNA tweezers are based on the idea that the electricity will pull the last base pairs of the DNA around the object. In that kind of nanotechnical system, electricity will conduct to the object that must transport.

In the measuring system the DNA position over the measurable object. Then the DNA molecule would rotate around. And the laser microscope measures the changes in the position of the last base pairs of the molecule. In the last version the ion will be shot through the DNA molecule vertically and the effects of that thing can notice by searching the effect of that thing on the DNA.

The idea is similar to fullerene nanotube-based sensors. In those sensors, the laser light will shoot sideways through the nanotube. When the particle moves through that tube. The sensor detects its shape by using laser light. And that kind of system can find many new things from the world of subatomic and atomic worlds.

Why does nature favor symmetry?

Above this text, you can see the starfish and the tree leaf. You can see one very interesting thing. Both of those creatures are symmetric. Most of the living species are symmetric without depending on are they vegetables or animals. That thing shows that symmetry is somehow important things.  But why does nature favors symmetry? The tree leaves, flowers, and almost all animals are symmetric.

And the reason for that can be that symmetric shape requires a minimum genetic material. If the genetic material like base pairs of the DNA can use in many points that make it possible to reuse the same DNA sequences at least in two points of the DNA of the species.

If all parts of starfish would be different, every single projection requires its unique bite of the DNA. Because all of the projections are similar. That organism can recycle the DNA sequences. In that model, the DNA alternates the form of the center and projections. That thing makes it possible to create an organism by using the minimum mass of DNA.

DNA is like a computer program that involves the instructions on how to make that creature. If every single finger in human hands would be unique. That requires much more DNA than symmetric fingers. The human hands are similar. But the order of the fingers is the opposite. Each finger is similar to its mirror finger.

This means that nature is following the golden rule of engineering. That rule is the KISSAP (Keep It So Simple As Possible). This principle means that the genomes of the organisms are an involving minimum number of base pairs. This is the reason why all organisms are symmetric. The symmetric structure requires fewer base pairs than asymmetric structures.

Nanotechnology can bring the cure for cancer.

The imagination is the limit in biotechnology. The tiny nanodevices are made out of DNA for treating cancer, and they can use to boost immune defense very effectively. The nanomachines can connect the genomes in immune cells that can make them create antibodies without the need to get the traditional vaccine.

The nanomachines can also use to fix the errors in chromosomes. And that thing can remove some heritable diseases from the human race. The thing is that nanomachines can also remove certain sequences from the DNA. And that means researchers can remove violent behavior from genomes.

The thing is that the nanomachines can create artificial DNA and connect the wanted DNA bites over species. The new nanotechnology is the thing that can use to create superhumans who are stronger, wealthier, and more intelligent than natural humans. But the synthetic DNA can use in many more things. It can use to connect the electric cells of electric eel with vegetables.

That thing can use to make biological solar panels. That can use to make clean energy for people. Also, things like neurons can clone by using nanomachines. The idea is that the genomes of the regular cell are changed to genomes of neurons. That kind of neurons can use in research, they can use in computer technology. And those neurons can use to fix the brain damages.

Nanotechnology can also use to create artificial, cloned stem cells. When we are thinking about the possibilities that nanotechnology is giving us in the future when people are fetuses their stem cells are stored in databases in digital form. And if someday those people will need stem cells nanomachines create that DNA and then transfer it to some other cells. That means all people can have their cell bank where is always stem cells.

But synthetic DNA can also use in the most lethal military technology in the world. Traditional bioweapon makers could use only natural viruses and bacteria. There is the possibility to make artificial viruses and bacteria that can be used for the most lethal biological weapons in the world. The bacteria can use as a virus factory. Artificial viruses can be a real nightmare. By connecting corona and filoviruses researchers can create the worst biological weapons in history.

DNA is a useful tool in nanotechnology.

The use of DNA in nanostructures is a fascinating thing. The DNA is possible to use itself as the structure. Or the DNA can connect to the creatures like diatoms and make them create the wanted structures. There is maybe possible to use DNA as a chemical program code that is making the bacteria operate as the researchers want. The genome transfer makes it possible to connect fungus with diatoms.

And that thing makes it possible to make the structures that can use in nanotechnology. Nanotechnology is an amazing thing. Nanotechnology means machines that are smaller than a cell. But it is also the possibility to connect the genomes of the different species and make the new hybrid organisms.

The new fundamental thing in nanotechnology is the antenna that is made by benefiting the DNA. That antenna is a more capable tool than people ever imagine. That kind of nanotechnical antenna is giving the possibility to send control signals to nanomachines. And also nanomachines can benefit from that kind of system for receiving data from nanorobots. The nanomachines require two-way communication.

The control tool can interact with those robots easily. And the problem is that those robots are extremely small. Theoretically controlling the nanomachines is not more difficult than controlling normal robots. The control tool can use BlueTooth or WLAN systems for controlling robots which size is less than a millimeter.

The nanomachines can use in many things and they can destroy cancer cells, clean blood veins, and remove toxins from the body. The nanomachines can observe the function of neurons and the entire body. But as you see the nanomachines means a miniature machine that interacts with mechanic tools.

The rotifers and sun animals can use as biologically produced nanomachines.

And there are small animals in nature that are acting like nanomachines. Those small rotifers are slipping in the amoebas. Then they are starting to rotate. And that thing makes them destroy the cell organs from the amoeba. The thing that is making those small animals rotate is the electrochemical reaction.

There is possible to use rotifers themselves as nanomachines. The living part of that thing will be destroyed. And those chemicals that make those nanomachines rotate can be put on the core of those diatoms. The cores of sun animals and rotifers can equip with enzymes. That is aiming them to certain cells. There those small things can destroy the cell. DNA origami can also use to carry medicals in certain cells.

There are developed star-looking nanomachines that are meant to slip in cells and turn them into liquid. Those kinds of systems are extremely dangerous in the wrong hands. The effect of nanomachine is not chemical. That means the nanomachine would not wear off. And a single nanomachine can turn a human into a liquid.

When the full moon shines, the werewolves are traveling.

Image: Pinterest

When we are developing anything. We must realize that all advances have positive and negative effects. And biotechnology is one of those things. Biotechnology and genetic engineering give many opportunities for humans. But same that technology opens the road to some of the most terrifying visions in human history.

Werewolves are the most terrifying characters in the gallery of horror stories. During the moonshine, that organism turns into a beast. Theoretically, werewolves are organisms that can use two DNA sequences. When the organism gets the stress, that thing activates the other DNA sequence. So could that kind of organism be possible? There is the possibility that the immune system of the organism uses the virus.

That can transform the organism into another one. There might be two cell lines that are producing the virus that transforms organisms into the "hunter mode". And then the cell-line that produces virus that transforms organism to the "peaceful mode.

The immune cells can produce viruses that can transform an organism into another mode.

The activator of that transformation could be stress. When an organism feels it is under threat or it has no food, that thing will activate the immune defense that produces the viruses that are turning the organism into beast mode. And when that mode is not needed. Another cell group will turn the organism back to the "peaceful mode."

The cells of that organism could have the destruction mechanism that makes them produce the enzymes that are destroying the DNA. That will clean the nucleus of the cell. And then the immune cells produce the virus that transforms the shape of the organism. The activator of that kind of system could be the brain chemicals. And the full moon can activate the light-sensing cells that are connected to brain areas that are sending certain chemical marks in the blood.

The cells that are transforming their purpose are next-generation biotechnology.

Making a hybrid cell that has the abilities of two cells is not very difficult. There is needed only to connect two DNA bites from two different cells.

And that thing makes the hybrid cell that has the abilities of the two cells. The thing is there is l possibility to make a cell that changes its type when controllers want. The xenomorph cell is the organism that has two DNA sequences what the cell is reading in different situations.

The simplest version of that cell is the cell that has two connected DNA bites. When the first DNA bite is read the cell is starting to read the second DNA. This technology allows creating "werewolf"-bacteria. The genetically engineered bacteria will position in the bacteria population.

And then they would turn to macrophages that are destroying the bacteria population. This kind of thing is not a very good example but in that case, the bacteria will not alarm the defense of the targeted organism. And then it turns to different bacteria.

In the wrong hands' biotechnology is one of the deadliest things in the history of mankind.

In the horrifying visions, the friendly cells are transforming to produce viruses. That are turning humans into a werewolf. Or they can produce filoviruses like ebola. In those scenarios, the friendly bacteria will have transformation genomes that make them produce deadly viruses or chemicals.

On the wrong hand's biotechnology is the most dangerous thing in the world. And in the most horrifying scenes, genetic engineering creates the weaponized coronavirus. That kind of organism could be the coronavirus that produces filoviruses. That thing is the part of the series "the most horrifying weapons ever".

But there is the possibility to make the xenomorph cells that are changing their form can make that thing when they are getting a command. The idea of that thing is that that there is nanomachine in the cell. When the order to change its purpose is coming the nanomachine removes the DNA from the cell and replaces it with new DNA. The system will just collect the DNA from the nucleus to the chamber. And then that nanosystem transfers the new DNA to the nucleus of the cell.

And when the purpose of the cell wanted to return the original. That nanomachine replaces the DNA with the original DNA. This thing is xenomorphic at the cell level.

Dangers of the antibiotics resistant bacteria

https://gamesandtehories.blogspot.com/

Kimmo Huosionmaa

Anthrax is very easy to detect as the biological weapon. That kind of stuff can be delivered by using letters. and sometimes I have thought that could somebody send that kind of letter to the targeted persons, and be clever enough to avoid the authorities? The only needed thing for that is that the person has got the vaccine against that bacteria. The production of vaccine would happen by killing the bacteria by using UV-lamps, and the core antigen of that bacteria would make the immune system to detect and fight against those organisms.

The problem with this method, where the bacteria or viruses DNA would be destroyed is that this method can be used to make new kind of biological weapons by using natural organisms, what is the breed for resisting the antibiotics. This methodology would allow creating more deadly and unseen biological weapons by using bacteria, what are classified as the harmless because the antibiotics have been effective against them. In nature, this kind of population of Tuberculosis is forming in Africa, because people would not eat their antibiotics as they are meant. And because the period of using medicine would finish too early, would that leave the strongest bacteria alive. And that makes the population of bacteria, what is resistant to antibiotics.  Bacteria is more suitable for biological weapons than viruses because controlling those organisms is easier than controlling viruses.

Stealth biological weapons are harder to detect. They are bacteria like Tuberculosis, what are only made strengthen by using UV-radiation or antibiotics for creating the population, what is immune for antibiotics. In that operation would weak individuals of the population killed by giving them medicines or radiation, and that kind of organism would be absolutely lethal, and also it's hard to discover as the biological weapon.

Making super dangerous bacteria is happening to give the population UV-radiation. That radiation would kill the bacteria, what are genetically weak, After that the strong bacteria is left in population. And this makes those organisms very lethal. By using this method, could somebody make strikes, what is very hard to notice as the biological weapon, In this case, even the Streptococcus would be turned as the perfect biological weapon, what is very hard to separate as the weapons. Use of natural organisms is a dangerous method, because the strikes, what are made with bioweapons can be hidden from the public audience.

The strange thing about some letters, what sends in those cases, is that the used organism was Anthrax, what is profiled as a biological weapon. This makes some of those strikes very interesting because if somebody wants to kill some other person, there would be more suitable weapons for that thing, and those weapons are harder to track. Botulinum and Phosgene are easier to get, and the making of those chemicals is easier than handling Anthrax. Only thing, what the producer need to get is grass or meat with earth, and the drum, what can be closed airtight. And in anaerobic conditions, the organisms would make those chemicals, if the murdered man wants to use poison,

But protection against those chemicals is harder than protection against Anthrax. If the handler would have vaccine or antibiotics would that organism not to infect that person. But the key element is, if that person, who wants to make murder does have Vaccine, and the right conditions for making that weapon, would the Anthrax very effective way to give the signal, that nobody is safe.

The genetic manipulation and space traveling

http://kimmontaidearvioita.blogspot.com/p/the-genetic-manipulation-and-space.html

Kimmo Huosionmaa

If we could someday live in the world, where genetic manipulation is and virus therapy would be real, we might use that technology for space travel, and change our genomes that way, that we could live in the other planets. And maybe we could manipulate our genomes like we could transform to live in the extremely cold planet. In extremely cold spaces could be live the organisms, what metabolism bases Helium 3. That kind of organisms would be extremely slow, but also extremely intelligent. This lifeforms could live at the temperature near absolute zero points, and the nervous system of that organism would be superconducting, what makes those species very intelligent.

But for the making the necessary changes to the genomes, we must get the DNA from that kind of planet. And that would be the problem with that thing. If we would make the modification to our genomes, that would allow us to make some people the extreme-versions of the supercomputers. And if we could do that, we would not have to travel to some clod planet like Pluto for making that kind of computer. We must make extremely cold freezer, where we would put those organisms. The chemical reactions in that temperature are extremely slow and those organisms would die in higher temperatures. That makes them easier to control.

When we are thinking about genome therapy and the combination of the species, we might face the reality, that is introduced in the film Blade Runner. In this movie, synthetic human creatures would land on the Earth and start to make crimes. Those "synthetics" could be hybrids, what are made by connecting genomes of animals like Bear to human genomes. And that would make those hybrids extremely strong. And one thing was forgotten, those hybrids were not the immune defense against bacteria, what lives on Earth, and those bacteria would be terminate those creatures immediately if they arrive.

Also, those synthetic people might have genomes, what causes progeria, what increases the death. This kind of thing would make this kind of technology suitable in the hands of the criminals because if their operators would die in the mission, nobody ever finds out the dirty secrets behind those creatures. In the Blade Runner is the theme, that somebody can make unauthorized synthetic humans for assassination purposes. And even those clones are strong, they would be defenseless against bacteria and the genome-weakness. Those biorobots can be equipped with the faked memories, what makes them feel more human. But their missions would be illegal.

This is one problem with the genetic manipulation. This technology can be used to silence the mercenaries, what genomes would be connected with the progeria-genomes. And when those operators have made their job, they just get old, and who believes that some 90 years old man can be fought in somewhere in Africa let's say two years ago. And synthetic people would not have parents or anyone who misses them. So they could be suitable for high-risk military operations. And because they would not have parents, they might not have social security numbers, and if they live in some kind of camps, nobody ever let know about them. This means those persons would not have existed, and they would be losses, what is not seen in records. That would fascinate the chief of black operations in some countries.

Image recognition is the very interesting method to track the members of well-known families

Could Mona-Lisa portrait
the sister of Leonardo Da Vinci?

https://pimeakronikka.blogspot.fi/p/image-recognition-is-very-interesting.html

Kimmo Huosionmaa

Here I'm writing pure theoretical text, and I will not go out to track some members of Rockefeller family.  Here "well-known families" don't mean any Rockefellers. They can mean members of the famous painter's or inventors families. And if the skills to make paintings could be genetically hereditary, could those people be as good painters or inventors as their ancestors.  Image recognition is the very good method to one very interesting thing. That is select people for DNA test if they are suspected members of some well-known families.  When we would use the image recognition we can compare example the images of old paintings, and then photographs.

Those systems would give an answer, how many percent that computer found from some faces from old paintings and people, who are in some photographs. In theory, that system can use to track as an example the members of a family of Leonardo Da Vinci. If the faces of Da Vinci family portraits have the very high level of similarities between those images and some person, whose photograph is used in the comparison, this person would be the interesting target for IQ-test. But we don't know sure, have Leonardo painted a single painting about his family members. But sometimes I have thought that maybe Mona Lisa is a portrait of the sister of Leonardo Da Vinci.

And in that case, we might use Mona Lisa for making comparisons in those tests.  Those computerized compliment systems can track also members of some families, by using photographs. That system is not, of course, give absolute answers about hereditary membership of some family, but if we think about the genome investigations and similarities of faces of some families, that image recognition can help to find the people, who would be interesting deliverers for DNA samples.

The similarities between faces of some families have been forming the "trademark" of those families. One of them is the lower lip of Habsburg family. That kind of systems can also use to track the family members of some war criminals and misuse it is very dangerous. And also the use of image recognition for that purpose could be illegal. But there would be possible to find those persons by following their family members.

Thoughts about the werewolves in visual angle of fiction, literature, and investigations

(Picture 1)

Kimmo Huosionmaa

When we are thinking about the werewolves, the mythical creatures, what are normally the ordinary people but in the time of full moon, they would transfer as the demons, what are hungry for blood and killing. The reason for the myth might be that if some men are playing nice men, but when they get tired, they would lose their concentration, and then those persons would show who they really are when they slip something from their mouth. There are many explanations for those creatures like they are some bandits, who wear the skins of the wolfs.

The most modern explanation is those creatures are xenomorphs, what can change their form because of two line DNA, but this is only humorous claiming, what is based on TV-series. Some philosophers ask: what the government might do with creatures, what can be destroyed by light? Here we must give the answer that those creatures could be very useful in so-called ”dark operations”. Those vampires might make their job, and then they can be destroyed by sunlight. That would make very easy to hide those operations. But this is only imagination.

When we are talking about the very unusual psychiatric disorder called ”side personality”, we might write a good novel about the special forces operator, who is the normal man in normal life. But this man's side personality might use in ”dark operations”. So this might be interested in some military leaders. In this book might be a fictional character, what has the synthetic side personality, and the military operators would use this character in covert operations, and that novel might become new ”Bourne identity”.

If some specialists can create the voice or light effect, what would cause the transforming the other personality, they might get ”perfect operator”, for covert operations. The person who has side personality might also be the origin of the mythical werewolves. But if we think one of the most well-known replies in one of the movies, what are told about this creature, we must ask ”were you clever?”.

In this reply is meant that when the great deluge began, the werewolves kicked off from the Noah's ark. And now I must consider, that this kind of thing was not very clever if we think those slayings, what those I hope fictional characters have done, that kicking off the ark was not the very nice thing. That caused the hate, what continued in the shape of many bloody and violent movies.
