About AUKUS cooperation: the defense union between Australia, the USA, and the UK.

The question is: why was the AUKUS contract made in secrecy? What kind of things may be a secretive contract involves? But the fact is that this contract will strengthen the independent defense of Australia. That kind of contract always involves communication outposts and the global surveillance network stations. 

The contract involved sharing technology with Australia. And that technology allows  Australia to build its new nuclear-powered submarines. But what else that contract involved? Military nuclear technology is one of the most secure and secretive things in the world. And that means Australia has offered something for counter gifts. Are those things involving the new radar technology? 

The AUKUS (Australia, The UK, and the USA) cooperation between the USA, Australia, and the UK is the thing that has caused discussions. Australia rejected the French-built diesel-electric submarines and started to create its nuclear submarines with the USA and UK. And that thing caused disappointment in the French and European governments. The nuclear submarines are making Australia more independent in the defense questions than ever before. 

Those submarines give the Australian navy similar global strike capacity with other navies that are using those systems. Modern nuclear submarines can also carry cruise missiles like BGM-109 "Tomahawk" that can launch from torpedo tubes. And that gives those systems the ability to attack factories and military bases that are a long way from the coastline. 

Nuclear submarines are the most capable systems in naval warfare and the AUKUS cooperation offers Australia a chance to get artificial intelligence-based computing. And other technical solutions that the UK and the USA are developed for their submarines. And Australia can offer their advanced radar technology as the counterplan for that cooperation.

But there is another thing that has caused discussions. That thing is the role of the USA in the conflicts between China and its neighboring areas. The thing is that the USA has many allies around the world. And the thing that frightens the USA is the new modern weapons of China. Even if the USA would win that war, there are millions or even billions of casualties if the warfare expands to a strategic thermonuclear war. 

And even if the conflict remains at the conventional level. There is the possibility that the USA loses one or more of its nuclear-powered aircraft carriers. And that thing causes nuclear pollution in that area. This is the reason, why the interest of the USA is to strengthen the independent defense of its allies. 

The number of equipment in the USA is limited. There is always a possibility there is a crisis at the same time in the South China Sea and Europe. That means the nuclear-powered aircraft carriers are needed in two places at the same time. And those units have a central role in the global operations. 

Whenever the USA must come to help its allies there is the risk of American casualties. Of course, the USA must help its allies when they need help. Because if it doesn't make that thing. The allies will be disappointed. Those contracts between the USA and its allies involving things like the allowance to use the airbases in that area for emergency landing sites for the strategic nuclear bombers. 

The support systems of the strategic bombers like escort fighters and tanker aircraft need those bases. And also the rescue crews are using those bases in the case that the strategic bombers will be dropped by technical error.

Also, those countries are established global electronic surveillance (ECHELON) and communication outposts supporting global intelligence and nuclear weapon operations of the USAF and U.S Navy. Also, the satellite data of the recon satellites is downloaded from those stations. This means that the center allies of the USA in that area need their power tools to defend themselves. Nuclear submarines are the thing that can put the challenge for China.

What kind of person is the populist?

Why populists get people to the streets, is the question, what is always interested about sociologists and political investigators? Those persons, who are mentioned as "populists" are normally some kind of different than so-called "regular politician". Those people have strong opinions on any problem in the state. They use language, what makes them seem like "real working-class people", who would be met in some bars. They always find something to say about every situation, and of course, the reason, why people would have no job or they have bad salary is coming from outside of the borders. They protect the regular people and they have strong values of the things, what is dear for this person and the followers. Of course, real populists are always people's choice, as you can see from the poster of the presidential campaign of the USA from the year 1904, what is above the text.

Of course, the new political movement would always be mentioned as the "populists" or aggressive right-wing nationalists. The populists have the great eye for talking everything, what people want to hear, and pleasing the biggest group of people is the most important thing, in the life of populist. This person separates from the mass, and they have the simple solution for every problem. That is foreigns out from the country, that every person in the nation, would get jobs. Of course, universities must be made paid, because that would guarantee the studying places for the people of that nation. In this case, there we can find some things, what are forgotten. First, what kind of jobs is that populist promising to the people?


Are they some cleaners or hotel piccolos jobs, and what kind of salary is paid for those works? And the second one is, where normal person, whose parents are not wealthy persons would get money for studies? Of course, the children of bosses are always people, who would have money for paying the studies, but that will isolate those persons from regular people. The populists have always answers to those questions. They would say, that if somebody doesn't have parents in the top place of business life, they would not have the chance to get any position in the business life, and that means that they would not be needed in those universities. And why regular people need to pay those studies? Populists have always the ability to make feel like in rock concert.


Their followers would sway the flags, and burn the torches like in some football match, and those people keep others away from the sight of their idol. And this is the worst weakness, what populists have. They would see only persons, who really like their speeches, and sometimes they would get many votes, but when they would get the seat of the prime minister or president, would the cold realities show their faces.


Many populists promise new jobs in the police or military forces, what are of course the important part of the state and public safety. In the real life, the police- and military forces are very expensive part of the state. Those persons, who work in those organizations must get their payments, and if the line with speeding tickets and another kind of things is very tight, would the state give very large part of the incoming money to those organizations.


Because if the speeding ticket is very expensive,  people would start to avoid driving, and other things, where the punishment will be the ticket. This is the very sad thing because police and army are the very important thing in the independent state identity and protection of its own territory. Any nation would not have money for everything, what they would need, and same money would be needed for defense, police work, rescue service and education system.


This makes the economy of the state so complicated thing. And nobody wants speeding ticket. This is also the truth and the persons, who make decisions, how to deliver money must know that. But also traffic police makes very important work, by hunting the persons, who drive after drinking too much. That is another way to see the work of the police. But the police can also be used to hunt the political enemies. And here I must say that violence is the bad way to handle populists. They want that somebody would use the weapon against them because those actions would make them seem more patriotic. And if their followers would die, they will turn as martyrs.


If somebody treats them, they would publish that, and after that, this kind of actions would give them more followers than ever before. The best way to act against them is, to let them go in the power of the nation. There they must make their decisions about freedoms and another kind of things. And then people would see, can they really solve the problems of that nation. if they can they have earned the trust from people, but if they fail, would there be next election abut the ruler of the nation.

About Russian hypersonic missile and strengths and weaknesses about hypersonic cruise missiles

Russia has said, that it would have the new hypersonic missile, what can knock out any U.S Carrier from the sea. This concept is not actually very new, and the beginning of this weapon is in the early 90's when the Soviet Union collapsed. In that time engineers worked with the new type of weapon, what based on the ramjet-propellant hybrid missile, that could avoid U.S air defense. Hypersonic missiles have many strangenesses but also weaknesses, and one of those weaknesses is that those missiles cannot make many curves, what makes probably possible to calculate their flight route and the target, and the heating of the nose can also allow targeting the missile with infrared systems. This can help the target to predict the attack, and send the anti-aircraft missiles against those hypersonic weapons.


The weapon was meant for a shoot to ballistic trajectory by using conventional ICBM missile like SS-19 or it's the first stage, and then the missile would dive in the atmosphere. After or during the dive, the fuel would be injected to the ramjet engine, and then the cruise missile could start to fly to its target in the speed of Mach 6 or more, and that very high speed would make the defense against that missile very difficult, and those missiles would be very big threat for any target in enemy territory.


Those cruise missiles would seem the little bit like SS-N-21, but they must be more aerodynamic than SS-N-21. Those missiles would be devastating even without the warhead, and if they would attack against carrier fleet, would the level of kinetic energy be very high, if that kind of missile hits the ship. But of course, that kind of cruise missiles can carry the conventional or nuclear warhead. The problem of the warhead is that very high speed of the weapon would make the timing of detonator quite difficult, because if the warhead detonates in the different time, would the armored nuclear command bunkers survive the attack.  The modern computer technology makes those missiles more deadly than ever before.


Modern computers allow the missile to change it's course and speed all the time, and also image identification system allows them to attack sharply than ever before. Those systems bases that the photograph of the target is installed in the memory of the computer, and then the camera takes the picture, what is compiling with the picture that is saved in the memory of the computer. When those pictures are perfectly in one on the other, the weapon attack straight to the target. Hypersonic cruise missiles are very difficult for defenders because they are extremely high-speed targets, what can fly in low level.


There is, of course, one weakness about those weapons. That is that their nose would be heated in very high temperature and that infrared signature can be used to aim anti-aircraft weapons to those targets. The most effective weapons, what can be used against those hypersonic cruise missiles could be DEW:s (Directed Energy Weapons) like lasers, what can aim to target by using infrared cameras. And if there would be creating the hole in the nose of that missile, would that cause the situation, that the hypersonic weapon would be destroyed before it hits the target. But that needs the direct hit to the missile. The speed of hypersonic cruise missile causes, that if any projectile hits it, by flying straight to the nose of that weapon, that would destroy the hypersonic missile by very high-level impact power. And those high-speed missiles cannot turn very tight curves, what could be possible to calculate the point, where that missile would fly, what might make defense possible.

The story of the "bad eye"

In this text, I would handle telepathy by the visual angle that this ability would be natural or it can make possible by using technical solutions like superconductors and computer technology, what could decode thought that they are possible to transfer as the text to the computer screen. So I would also bring here the technical methodology for that fascinating thing. Of course, by using superconducting antennas and computers could somebody capture the thoughts of the human, by observing the electric field of the human nervous system, they can bring close enough by using drones and sending that data to supercomputers and decoders thru the Internet.


The same technology would be used in the robots, what are controlled by EEG. The mind-reading systems are actually only more sensitive than the systems, what are used to control those robots. This kind of technology is tested under the control of Psi-Tech Corporation, what is also Pentagon's subcontractor. Telepathy could be an awesome thing for the military- and civil intelligence services. But in the wrong hands, this technology would cause horrifying things, and give those persons ability to break other people privacy. And also that corporation is also interested in the ability to read the body language of the people. There is the strange gypsy tale, about persons who have "bad eye". The story tells that "bad eye" is the third eye in the center of the forehead of some people. There are many explanations for the story about this very strange thing.


Some psychologists believe that those persons have the skill to read the target persons body language, and also make observations about the voice level and sound of the speech of the targeted person. And maybe some person have so perfect ear for music, that this person can notice the changes in sound levels of other person speaks. Also when somebody introduces the new way to make things, we should ask that person, what is the reason for that new way. Sometimes the reforms in the system are limited one thing, and that is the "clear and visible rank to the persons who are in this system".


In that case, I would ask that reformer, what could be this person's own role in the system? Sometimes the reason for reforms would be very selfish, and when we are thinking about the situation, that the ruler of the nation would make his position heritable, we must think that how that order was put in that persons mind? Was it that inheritable monarchy the ruler can do everything that the ruler wants without consequences.  And of course, this way to rule the nations would look very good, because the majesty doesn't need to please anybody, but there is another side in this way to rule. The problem is that the children of this monarch are very exposed to compliments, and that would make them naive because they don't believe that somebody can treat them.


But when we are going back to term "bad eye", we can give another very natural explanation. In this model "bad eye" means only the ability to read the royal codes. And if there is the certain man, who would bring execution orders, would that able to predict that somebody has told something bad to the king, and then this person could flee from the court. Maybe the behavior of the persons of the court has changed, and that helps to predict that the patience of majesty is ended. But then we must think some very complicated and supernatural things, that this writing would not become too ordinary. Sometimes I have thought that some persons are very sensitive to magnetic fields.


And in this case I must ask a question, is it possible that some people can also use that magnetic sense for reading thoughts of another person. In this case, the ability to sense electric fields of another person's nervous system doesn't mean that everything that is conducted to that ability would be true. The ability to read thoughts doesn't mean that this person could take another person to control. If taking another person to control would be possible, would that mean that this would be possible only between two living organisms? The telepathy doesn't mean that this person could move stones or another dead artifact by using the mind. Telepathy could be possible if the human could sense the electric field, what surrounds every human. But there would not real evidence that is possible.


But of course military intelligence has been tested telepathy, and in the tests that were made by DIA (Defense Intelligence Agency) were given negative answers to that question. Somebody claims that if some persons would have the ability to read thoughts, they might realize the thing, why military intelligence was tested them. And in that case, those persons could hide their ability to read another person mind. This part of the text bases that there are animals existed what can sense the electric fields of their quarries. And maybe some humans can have that ability, or somebody claims that in the birth every person in human race would have the ability to read thoughts.


But then other senses would cover that ability, and the ability to feel magnetic fields turns recessive sensor, what can, of course, turn back to dominating ability, if some person would stay years in some jungle alone. And that thing has been given ideas to some movies. The most remarkable movie about this case has been the movie, where the main character could read other personal thoughts by shaking their hands. In this case, the reason for that ability might be more simple than you ever thought. When somebody shakes another person's hand, would that person feel, what kind of hand the opponent has? And if that person claims to work in some heavy work, but the hand of that person is soft, would that tell about lies. But sometimes I would think, that does somebody actually have the ability to read thoughts without auxiliary equipment? If that could be possible, that person could be richest in the world.
