Evolution can be faster than we even dare to think.

Researchers found previously unknown bacteria from a Chinese space station. That means. Those bacteria could be from outer space. But it's more probable that those organisms formed in that space station. That new organism formed in an isolated environment. 

That tells how fast evolution can be. That shows how bacteria can transform faster than we expected. This observation causes discussions about so-called mirror organisms. And other artificial lifeforms' safety orders. Those organisms can be catastrophes if they leak in nature. That's why there is programmed cell death in those cells. 

That should destroy those organisms. But there is the possibility that the DNA damage removes those sequences. And turns those bacteria into similar to human zombie cells. The term zombie cell means a cell that should finish its mission. And then destroy itself. Somehow. The self-destruction failed. That turns the cell into a zombie. Same way, that thing can happen to artificial cells. Those cells can also produce super-strong enzyme acids. That means the natural organism cannot win that organism. 

There are two types of evolution. A natural evolution. And artificial, or controlled evolution. It is also possible. That artificial organism faces unpredicted advances. Artificial organisms are used in medical factories and places. Where researchers work with complicated amino acids and enzymes. 

Those genetically engineered organisms are used to produce those extremely complicated molecules. The bad thing is that those genetically engineered cells are also exposed to evolution. Those cells degenerate, connect DNA from other cells, and face DNA damage just like natural cells.

Controlled evolution means that some abilities will be highlighted in the research. That involves the cells and organisms reprogramming. That kind of thing involves things. Like mirror organisms, superintelligent creatures, and many other things that we thought were SciFi tales. The ability to manipulate genomes creates new opportunities for R&D work in genetic engineering. 

The deep knowledge of genomes makes it possible to fix DNA damage. And remove hereditary diseases. Genetic therapy is as easy to give as a vaccine, or some other medical injection. The problem is how to make enough DNA. That it can reprogram enough cells so that the transformation turns stable. Success requires deep knowledge of the genetic code. The mistake can cause a very big catastrophe. 

The ability to control genomes also makes things like eternal life possible. Eternal life requires the system can change the mitochondria's DNA and replace the DNA from the cell's nucleus by using fresh DNA. That kind of thing requires large-scale technology that can switch DNA using ultimate accuracy. 

Nanotechnology, artificial intelligence, and global DNA mapping bring more information about our hereditary benefits. Researchers found four DNA bites that make our brains unique. And that kind of thing can make things like intelligent pets possible. Things like genetic engineering can help us to win things like cancer. Genetically boosted immune cells can locate cancer and zombie cells. And then destroy those cells immediately. The problem is how those immune cells find zombie cells. 

The genetic engineering happens out of the cell. They must make customized DNA. Using polymerase chain reaction, PCR. The PCR system multiplies DNA bites where the wanted DNA sequences are. Then the nanomechanical systems can cut those DNA into bites. And collect new DNA using those bites. After that, engineers must just remove the DNA from the nucleus. And then replace that DNA using the custom, or fixed DNA bites. This kind of ability makes it possible to create new organisms.

The biosynthesis of strychnine is solved. And that can help researchers to map evolution.

There is a link to the article that tells how researchers of Max Planck institute made that thing. They used three different species of nuts, including the poison nut (Strychnos nux-vomica ), which creates strychnine, and two other also poisonous species that are close to the poison nut. But those two species are forming other also very poisonous chemical compounds. It is suspicious that all those plants have the same ancestors. 

All of those species were members of the Loganiaceae family of plants. Many of those plants that are members of this family are extremely poisonous. 

And then genetic transformation made a difference in the poison of those three poison nuts. Only the Strychnos nux-vomica is making strychnine. And the thing is that the strychnine molecule is very complicated. Solving the genome that creates strychnine which is a very complicated chemical compound. That genome can be the key to a new type of biotechnology. 

That genome makes it possible to create genetically engineered bacteria for making complicated molecules. That can use for nanomachines and medicines. 

Those three poisonous nuts can also give information about the evolution networks. Throughout history happened something that made three species of nuts makes three different types of poisons. Two of them are creating other simpler molecules that are very poisonous. 

But only Strychnos nux-vomica forms complicated strychnine molecules. That is also a very interesting detail. 

Why does only that species of those poisonous nuts create a complicated molecule called strychnine? Where does that poisonous nut need that molecule which production requires time and energy? The basics of evolution theory are that the genetic election favors the simplest and the most effective solution for survivability. 

So there must be some reason that stabilizes the genetic mutation. And of course, the mutation must bring favor or benefit to the species. Or otherwise, the mutation vanishes when those individuals are dying. So what is the thing that stabilized genetic mutation that caused Strychnos nux-vomica to form strychnine? Maybe researchers solve that thing someday.

Can we predict evolution?

Why are species advancing? The reason for that is that the species must get nutrients. And they must get descendants. The challenge is that if the species is good prey for hunters it dies before it can make descendants. If the hunter is too dominating, it eats its food to end. And that thing can cause extinction. Same way, if some animal is a too easy target. That causes extinction. 

For success, the species must ensure its nutrient source. Without nutrients, the species is gone. So, that's why corals are glowing. Glowing corals are a good example of how a thing that seems meaningless has a big role in evolution. 

When we think about the reason why corals glow, we can answer that the glow of corals is meant to entice food. Because bioluminescence increases the nutrient level of corals higher than corals that are not glowing, that makes glowing corals stronger. And they will take over space from other corals. Sooner or later that thing causes the accumulation of genetic material that makes corals glow. That means corals are starting to glow brighter. 

So we can think that maybe in the future glowing corals are turning more common than other corals. The reason for that is that those corals get more nutrients than their competitors. If shining coral is next to coral that has no shine the nutrient that is mostly small sea creatures will go to shining corals. And that decreases the nutrient level of that dark coral. And maybe someday shining coral gets all food. 

This is one version of how we can predict evolution. But then we must realize that there are many types of evolution. This is one version of how we can predict evolution. 

But then we must realize the thing, that evolution is not always biological. The next list includes a couple of examples of that thing. 


1) Natural evolution. That is the regular advancement of the species. 


2) Cultural evolution. That thing can increase the success of some species. 


3) Technical evolution. When some system is turned old-fashion there is a need for a new and better system. One of the examples of technological evolution is the history of electricity. 


4) Economic evolution. When some model in economics turns useless or too expensive. The new model replaces it. The modern economic model bases the growth that continues forever. But we know that this model is impossible. But economic evolution is an extremely large sector. So maybe I will return that thing later. 


But also the development of other civil and military equipment is a good example of technical evolution. When a new product is entering marketing that product must answer to need. If the new product is superior, that means old products and models must step away from the new product. 

When we are thinking about the problems of electric cars the first challenge was to turn the infrastructure so that electric cars can recharge their batteries The new equipment must have support. If there are no charge points for electric cars, there are no electric cars. 

Light bulbs and electric stoves replaced gas lamps and stoves because electric lights and stoves are safer than gas versions. If somebody leaves the gas tap open, that thing turns the gas light and gas stove into thermobaric bombs. Electric light and stoves can cause a fire but they are not as dangerous as gas lamps and stoves. 

The next big step in technology, environment, and culture is AI. AI can control the use of electricity and use of natural resources more effectively than ever before. And AI can turn life more comfortable than ever before. 

Modern lights are using light diodes that decrease their use of electricity. And in future the artificial intelligence can control stoves. That system can see if is food ripe enough. And the system can control if the person is at home. That means stoves are part of the network. If the chef sees that something is missing, that person can visit the shop. 

When the person will step out the door. The system says that the person is cooking and asks where that chef is going. When the chef says that he or she is going to shop the AI will calculate the time how long that thing takes. Then that system adjusts the temperature to the right level. The artificial intelligence can also ask when the person wants to eat, and then adjust the cooking temperature precisely right.

Also, the AI can ask what food the chef wants to make. And then it uses surveillance cameras for seeing if there is the right raw material in the cupboards. And then the system says that if something is missing. The AI can same way asking if a person wants to order those things from the shop. Or would that person want to go shopping? 


When we are thinking about energy production we must realize one thing. We have developed energy transportation tools. 

But there are no new energy sources since nuclear energy. The large-scale use of solar power is a new thing. Same way geothermic energy is a new thing. The fact is that nuclear power can be safer if the nuclear reactors are put in deep underground caves. If the reactor is hundreds of meters below the surface that protects it against terror strikes. That means that the reactor can place in the same depth as nuclear waste final disposal.

Synthetic AI-controlled evolution and remote-controlled robots predicted in Stanislaw Lem's novel "Peace on Earth"


New artificial intelligence can develop itself by using Darwinian style evolution. When we think about autonomous synthetic AI-controlled evolution we must remember that modern computing systems are much more powerful than ever before. 

The new complicated AI-based algorithms can search things from the Internet. That allows them to develop themselves. And that thing can make those systems more powerful and more unpredictable than ever before. 

The model of AI-controlled evolution is not quite new. Stanislaw Lem's Novel "Peace on Earth" is one of the darkest predictions about robotics. The theme of that book is that the data networks that are out of control will start to develop new types of systems that are not under nobody's control. 

The novel is telling about a world where is peace. And the weapons are transported to the Moon. But there the systems that have artificial intelligence that can create the intelligent AI-controlled evolution that can create the systems that people cannot predict. And there is another thing that makes this novel very interesting. The thing is called "mixed reality". The "mixed reality" means the robots that are controlled through virtual reality or BCI (Brain-computer Interface). In that novel, those robots are part of everyday life. 

Those robots can use for remote sex. Or the controllers can use those robots as remote bank robbers. The new remote-controlling systems make it possible to use remote-controlled robots for surgical operations. They are planned to use as rescue operators or remote-controlled commando squads. But when robots are coming more common. They might get in the hands of outlaws. 

The AI-controlled machine evolution is possible to make by using existing technology. The combat systems are the easiest to use as an example for the products that are developed by using AI. 

There are three parts to this system. The names for those systems are taken from the novel "Peace on Earth". But before we are going to think about the model of that system. We must understand that the artificial intelligence-based development system can create two things separately or together. 

The AI can develop the physical system itself. Or it can develop the operations of the physical system. In that case, the system selects the most successful actions. In the case of combat drones, that thing can mean the longest operational time against the manned aircraft. Or it can develop them together. But the development system can consist of three different parts. 


1) The super simulator. The system creates virtual aircraft. Or some other system for making the simulated combat against the virtual enemy. 


2) The selective simulator. That simulator goes combat against that virtual system. If the super simulator loses the selective simulator will send the report to the super simulator that knows why its system loses. And then super simulator can make repairments for the product. 


3) The "judge". The system would search which system handles the situation best. Then the "judge" will send the winning model to the selective simulator. Then the super simulator will start to develop a system that can win the last model. So the systems are playing ball with the products. 


This system emulates human brains. And that thing makes it very effective especially if it uses quantum computers. 

That makes this kind of system very effective. Quantum computers can run complicated and heavy artificial intelligence tools. 

The super- and selective simulators are big brains. And the "judge" is the cerebellum. That system's purpose is to select the best of the products. 

The system can collect data from systems. And see what is best in the business. And use that data for making an even better system. 

The researchers are creating new and effective ways to control robots. And some of those methods are basing the cortex simulation. That means the user of the robots cannot make the difference of the robot's senses. Or the senses of the own body. Those systems can be the salvation. Or they can be the worst nightmare that mankind ever created.

The non-random DNA sequence is telling about eugenics.



Natural selection is the thing that is the key element in evolution. The idea is that the DNA sequences are transforming randomly. But when we are going back to the story of evolution. We must understand that also the environment is aiming for the mutations of the DNA. If the environment is black that thing benefits the black species and dark forms of the things like insects. 

If the insects are dark and the environment is bright that makes the insect a good target for predators. The thing can go so far that all dark insects are eaten. And only remaining things are insects that have a blond pigment. If there is no place to hide. That thing removes the entire dark genome from the environment. 

But things like the Olympic games in ancient Greece had a purpose. That purpose was to select the most capable individuals for the service of the kings. And of course. Most cable women were meant for the spouses of the most capable men in society. 

The non-random DNA sequences are against the evolutional principle. But they are proving the thing called eugenics. When we are thinking about inheritance. Even the ancient Greeks might notice that the children of good warriors and good sportsmen would be also good warriors and good sportsmen. Eugenics or breeding the race is the thing that is the well-known thing in history. In so-called pure-line breeding, the creatures. Like horses will be put to make descendants with their siblings. And that will highlight certain attributes of those creatures. 

In that process will create two pure lines of genetic material. So if we want to make black tulips we must make the genetic line where are only blue tulips. Then we can pollinate that line only by using blue tulips. That thing will highlight the blue color. Until the result is the black tulip. 


Pure line genetic engineering means. That researchers are choosing the feature that they want to highlight. 


But when we are thinking about people who lived before ancient Greeks those people must know some kind of eugenics. The thing is that the natural selection and environment caused the cavemen and cavewomen to choose their spouses by highlighting their ability to survive and get nutrients. Maybe the respect for the old people is coming from the age before the first cities. 

Old age meant that the person can survive. In the conditions of the ice age. And if the people would get children with those old people they would get the same abilities as those old people. Maybe the thing that the people who were handy and effective hunters got children who were also handy and effective hunters noticed accidentally. But those skills like the skill to make good arrows and axes guaranteed that the person would live a long and good life. 

When we are talking about creationism we should determine that word. Creating the person might mean that somebody has controlled the bloodline. And search the spouses who also were capable. But creating somebody might simply mean that some person would teach some skills to a younger person. People like Samurai or other warriors had the phrase. That their trainer or educator created them. Those trainers are the people who gave them skills to their students.

Little green men (Are we alone in the universe part II)



Space race


There have been many models of what hypothetical aliens could look like and how they can behave. And one of the most interesting visions is that the aliens would be a space race. Those creatures would never land on planets. 

Could aliens be the space race? The space race means aliens that live in giant spacecraft in their entire life. Those creatures would be extremely weak, but they can use the remote-controlled robots while they are operating on the surface of planets. 

The problem with searching for alien lifeforms is that some reason causes the attitude that the alien civilization must look like us, aliens must behave as we behave. And their home planet must be an exact copy of our home planet. There is a thing called adaptation. If some alien has formed on some other planet they would be fully adapted to that environment. 

And even if the hypothetical aliens would be similar to us that means their biochemical processes would be similar they might look different. And their culture might be different from ours. So if aliens would be a very advanced civilization they might live in singularity with technology. That means the alien society could live in a giant spacecraft in a zero-gravity environment. 


And their brains could be connected to one entirety with computers and each other by using implanted microchips. Connecting brains to one entirety would remove the violence from society.

 

That thing would be suitable for the space race that lives in the giant O'Neill cylinders. The theoretical O'Neill cylinder is the rotating, cylinder shape artificial world. Which takes its gravity from the rotating movement. The fact is that the gravitation of those stations would be quite weak. 

And the purpose of it would be to anchor merchandise to tables. The crew would be physically weak and they would not ever land on planets. On the surface of planets, those creatures would operate by using remote-control robots. That thing denies the infections that the organisms of those planets can cause. 

When some member of the group would hit another one. That thing causes that the violent member will also feel the pain itself. Those aliens would not ever land on planets because their bodies will be crushed by gravitation. There is the possibility that the giant cylinder-shaped space station or spacecraft will hover the fast rotating cylinders. 

The cylinders called Tipler cylinders rotation speed is almost the speed of light that allows multiplying aliens. The time dilation causes that the creatures that are grow in those fast rotating cylinders. Seem to grow in eyes. Those cylinders would hover in the middle of cylinder-shaped spacecraft. The cylinders would not create strong gravity. The purpose of gravity would be just to make things like plantations possible. But if the crew is physically weak that makes it easier to control them.

What "Little Green Men" could be?

There are created microchips that are creating their electricity from the human body. The leaf-gold layer would give electricity by benefiting the natrum from the sweat. And that biological battery can deliver energy to the microchips. 

Cosmobiology and evolution specialists are making models of what the alien might look like. In some visions, the nervous system of the aliens would be like the jacket. The idea for that is that the skin cells of the organisms would involve the extremely small nerve cells. And the structures that are making us think would be in the alien skin. 

The LGM (Little Green Men) could be the creature. Which skin is hybrid where is connected the genomes of vegetables and animal cells. If the skin of the creature would be photosynthetic that allows them to create sugars in their body. And that would make them possible to live without vegetables. 

But there is one other aspect that we always forget. There is the possibility that the hypothetical aliens would have a different form of nervous tissue than we have. In some visions, the aliens would have thinking skin. In that vision, the skin of the aliens would make a similar structure with the brains. 

That means the alien that is its nervous system could be like the jacket that can control the body inside it. Theoretically, the green skin would give nutrients to the nervous tissue of that thinking skin. The idea for that thing is taken from the Xipe Totec the skinned god of Aztec.

The evolution of Heinkel HE-III

I have got feedback that I have made mistake when I have chosen a picture for one of my texts. And the bomber of the picture would be Japanese Mitsubishi G4M "Betty"-bomber, but the picture is really Heinkel HE-III, what was in use of the "Pedro I" squadron of the  Condor Legion, and after the Spanish civil war the nose of that plane was planned and rebuild in the new form, and this form is one of the most iconic bombers in the WWII. Those changing in the shape of the aircraft claimed to made because of better aerodynamics, but there can be some other reasons for making that glass nose.

The glass structure was actually the mistake, and many times is asked the reason, why this bomber was remade for the new form? Was there something, what Nazis wanted to hide? Was something happens, what caused the reason for changing the form of the bomber? There are many questions about the actions of Hitler's Germany before the WWII, and one of the questions is, why those aircraft couldn't be planned or produced in a proper way?

There were many things, like bureaucracy and always changing models, what made brakes to produce the aircraft and other equipment. But advantages in allied equipment forced Germany to make aircraft and submarines what were very good on paper, but there were too few of them or they were unpractical in other ways.  Some of the new equipment like Type XXI submarines were grown in the size, what made impossible to fit them to shipyards, what was used for making Type VII submarines, and also new aircraft were not fit to the production lines.

The new tanks were too heavy for the lines and the afraid that the engineer who has made the mistakes were executed caused, that the errors in the modeling or production models were not told to the leaders of the war. And this was the reason, why Germans spent too much time with the rockets and other kinds of stuff, what was too advanced for producing even in peacetime was put in the production during the war. And they were not even tested before those things like some aircraft entered service.

Heinkel HE-III bomber was used on all fronts. That bomber used as the torpedo bomber against ships and there were questions, why the side engines would not equip with similar cannons, what used in the Bf-109 fighter, there were also planned to install rockets what were similar, that used in the British "Beaufighter" attack aircraft, Those rockets and cannons could give the low flying torpedo bomber extra firepower against the targeted ships. But then that thing ever installed to that bomber. This is one of the things, what is left as the questions of the Second World War.

The strange sea-creature "Ningen"

In the film, what is seen below the text is "Ningen" the strange creature, what might live under the Antarctic ice. This strange life form can actually be from Earth, and in theory, nothing would deny, that this kind of "whale with arms" could exist. Water is the element, where the organism can grow in the very large scale. And one explanation would be that this creature if it exists, has created some scientists, who wanted to create the artificial organism, for some purposes, where are the hands needed. But this explanation might be only the result of my imagination, and I certainly hope that it is false.

Maybe in somewhere at the deep sea is the creature, what can look like some kind of Sea lion with the hands. This kind of creatures are not seen before, but the deep sea and the world under the Southern ice cap would be the creatures, what are not found in anywhere else. When we are thinking about the situation, that some organism got hands for handling tools on the dry ground, something like that would happen in the seas.

And as we know the sea creatures like Whales and Sea lions can be very large. So this so-called "Ningen" could be some kind of "Sea Monkey", what has very big size, and arms like monkeys. The "Ningen" is one of so-called "Montauk"-monsters, what seems like the mixture of other species, and in this case, the creature seems like the combination of the Sea lion and monkey, but I believe that those species would not mix in the natural environment.

Of course, there would be the explanation, that this would be some "living fossil" and there would be the only couple of individual left, but also there might be faked film, or mixing the species have made for the purpose in some laboratories by using genetic engineering to make this combination. And maybe the object of the creating this creature would make the underwater monkey, what is capable to handle the things like missing torpedoes. But I certainly hope, that there would be some other explanation, of that thing because connecting the species feels so disturbing.'
