Most unemployed young men have criminal records.

The research made by RAND corporation has shown an interesting and sad thing in the socioeconomic advantage "By age 35, 64% of unemployed men have been arrested. And 46% have been convicted of a crime, with the rates varying only slightly by race and ethnicity". That means just hanging around is a very bad thing to an unemployed person.

The thing that might help to make those numbers nicer. Could be that the people should motivate to educate themselves. That thing makes it easier to get the job. And people's attitude to an educated person is always nicer. If the person would not go to any school that causes antipathy in the job interviewers. 

And the negative attitude causes hate. Hate is the motive for many violent crimes. And many of the first-time assaulters are saying that the motive for their crime was hate. If the first crimes are not made those people would not go to jail. 

The negative attitude and hate are very serious combinations. The person who always faces negative things is a good target for the criminal gangs that need new members. The gang members are telling that nothing matters. And that things will make people make crimes. 

The young men who are just hanging around have a big risk of drifting in gangs. And the thing that increases this risk is lack of education. The uneducated and unemployed person is at a very big risk of make serious crimes. Unemployment, frustration, and non-educating are dangerous combinations. That combination causes the person is easy to entice to make crimes. So what is the thing? 

That can drop the number of crimes, made by unemployed persons? And especially unemployed men? That thing could increase the level of education. The higher education level makes the crimes less addictive things than otherwise. 

And education will make the person easier to get a job. And that thing means that going to schools and educating can make positive things for the entire community. If the person feels that nothing matters. That will cause that there is always the risk that bad company makes the person make crimes.

Bad day for people, who are trying to limit weapons

The composite made pistols are the very good way to get bad weapons, but as you might understand, even flare guns, what are sold to free time sailors are dangerous in wrong hands. If somebody shoots another person with an emergency rocket that causes bad injuries. But those flare guns can shoot also shotgun ammunition, but those are single-use solutions for experimental use.


Those composite weapons are the really bad thing, but if the user is some kind of drug dealer or robber, those people would use this kind of single used weapons in their illegal actions. But when we are talking about people, who have technical skills and motive to make a different kind of things, those persons can modify the MIG welding machine to the 3D printer in theory quite easily.


They must just take the controlling circuit from the standard 3D-printer and then connect it to the welding machine, and then they must put that thing to the rail, what allows it to move, and of course, there is needed the thing, what allows this system move vertically. That kind of things are actually very expensive, but if somebody would want to begin the gun dealer and sell illegal weapons, those persons may have money for those things.


The problem is that criminals don't need high-quality guns. They need guns, what they can destroy after use, and the normal stuff, what drug dealers use is something like modified start-pistols, what are made for giving authority. If they have used those guns, they just throw it away. And this is the problem with guns. The persons, who make crimes don't care about the laws.


Nobody wants to say that they sell guns to terrorists, but those organizations have guns. They are sometimes illegally produced stuff, what is so bad work, that there is no change to hit the target. But as you see, even the M-16 can modify to use AK-47 ammunition. This is the problem with guns. Even if the firearm looks like something, the parts of it can be changed.


In some cases, there are claiming, that the assault weapons have been claimed to be paintball weapons and anybody can put the paintball gun texts to normal assault gun. That thing doesn't need any technical skills, and then our man would claim that the Armalite is actually for some paintball games.  In those cases, neighbors would not notice, that the person has the powerful handgun in the home, and they would not report that to the police.

About Russian presidential election

When we are thinking about Russian presidential election, and what that means to the world, we must say, that if the man in control would change, the policy would not necessarily change. Even if Putin were not elected, the next person can continue same policy than Vladimir Putin. We must remember that Putin himself was representing opposition when he was elected to his position.


What made Putin so popular, is the question, what many people ask. The answer to that question is that he promised change to the people. And also he promised to clean the streets from criminal activities. So he was the right person for his job. But when Putin was elected president, as he continued the way, what was shown before in Russia.


First Putin used his power to work to destroy criminal gangs, but then the work of internal security troops continued to destroy the political resistance of Putin’s policy. And this man has formed the feared security service again, claims western media. But when we are thinking this formation of security service, we must say that in the anti-mafia fight Putin used ex-KGB methods and officials very effectively.


And we must say that KGB even ever disbanded in Russia. The name of that organization was changed, but the methods remain. And when the Soviet Union collapsed, the persons, who worked in that organization existed. When Putin began his fight against mafia, the KGB was the ultimate tool to destroy those gangs. But this caused the situation, that Putin was thankful those persons. The name of that organization has been changed many times, but the methods are always same.


This means that nobody controls Russian without security service. And if somebody dares to threat that organization, would this person feel it in his body. There are more men than Putin in this feared organization. And those persons would not want to go to court. That security service is an ultimate tool for control people, and it is like the state inside the state. Nothing would happen without it, and even Putin is responsible for that organization.


And the western world knows Putin. His methods are known all around the World. So there is the well known man in the control of Russia. He has shown his way to act, and that's why western leaders would know, what is the value of the speeches of that man. So the western leaders can predict, what kind of language and argumentation comes from Kreml. And those things would not go any worse than they are now.
