How do rewire brains for sleeping? There is the possibility that wrong neural tracks are causing insomnia. Medicals are not offering long-term help for insomnia. So the only solution is to find out why brains cannot rewire themselves and fix that error. But those neural tracks can also open the gate to the world of dreams. The problem is how to make that rewiring in real life? 

That's a good and important question in the cases of insomnia. Rewiring brains means that the brains will start to use another neural track than normally. Sleepwalking allows persons who are flying with very secretive aircraft or very secretive missions and there is no memory trace of that kind of thing in the memory of brains.
