What do I mean about outcasted people?

The working environment or working infrastructure is a combination of technology, attitudes, and psychological infrastructure. When some people are saying the problem with people like cleaners. Is that they are not staying in their workplaces. We can ask is the problem with those people the bad salary? And other people's attitude for their work? The psychological infrastructure means things like small talk and discussions between the workers. 

I finished the last text by using the words: "Do we want a large number of outcast people?" in purpose. The thing is that if we are working in an environment what is not offer stable social relations and in the working areas that are not respected, that thing causes outcasting. Even if we would be social and want to talk with people, we must realize that making a trusted relationship takes time. 

If the person is working all the time alone. Or all the time in an environment where is nobody who works in similar work. That means that person would not feel like being in the group. And that causes outcasting. The things like anomalies in working time cause feeling that the person is an outsider. And if nobody ever says a good word that causes the anger and feeling that the person is nothing. 

When people all the time hear the negative things and only things what they hear are negative. That thing causes outcasting. Of course, we can remove migrant workers any time when we want. But that thing causes that we should delegate those works to native workers. And then we are facing the same problems. A person who is not satisfied to live is not a very good worker. 

Sooner or later the person will get the last drop. And of course, we can say that the employers can kick those people off. But then we are facing again one thing that lawmakers should think about, and that is when an employee leaves the company. The work that the divorced employee did must transfer to another worker. 

That thing is where the company gets new workers? Of course, the law says that employees must take the work if it is offered. But what if there are no applicants at that time? Or what if the applicant doesn't speak any language that the directors and superiors are speaking? How to advise the jobs for those people? And if the country is hostile for migrant workers those jobs must transfer to native workers. 

The problem with the works that are not respected. Is that they can cause problems for the later career. The thing is that people are afraid that they are facing people to who they are being not nice. If I would mistreat somebody, I would not want to see that person in front of me or at least as my superior. 

There are always people who are to dispel evil in their subordinates. And people who are facing the anger of those people are almost every time cleaners or some other people who are not working so high paid jobs. So this might be one of the reasons why the road from the hamburger restaurant to enterprise manager is sometimes long and rocky.

Sociology means actually social investigations, and that science is the very important role in the workplaces. If the persons in the workplace are the wrong types, that would mean, that the working days can be like hell. The sociologist's mission would find the suitable persons for the team. And the key element is that they should fit for work together. One of the most difficult situations is that the partner of some worker works the opposite way than our main character. If some person wants to work like, all the jobs what this person can let pend to the next day. And that would be the little bit embarrassing.


There is not actually the right way to make jobs, and some persons want to make them right away when the boss gives it to them. But somebody would put those jobs for pending.  That would make schisma between persons.  That kind of things make problems to the social relationships, and cause the fights in the workplace. The thing, what makes those things difficult is that in the normal life, the boss would satisfy when the job is done in time. When those jobs are done is insignificant.


When we are thinking about the persons, who are opposite personalities they have something to learn from the opponent. We have difficult to find the golden middle road. We always are looking for extreme solutions to every problem, what we will face in the real life. There are many persons, who would understand the pending, that those jobs are mounted, and those persons are lazy.


But the other extreme person could also be painful. They might start the job without any discussions with other members of the team. That would sometimes cause misunderstandings, and sometimes drawings or other plans must do many times because those things depend on the time and will of other contractors and if the customer would not accept some part of the plans, must that thing do again.


If the jobs are starting without discussions and meetings with other members of the team and customer,  that would cause very much extra work. And if something in the working process is impossible should that be told in the team. Working life is teamwork, and if somebody would not dare to ask important questions, would many things go wrong. Nobody even can make the house alone, and that's why there are teams, what is working in the building sites. Time is also the very important resource. If the timetables are too short or tight,  the problem would raise in the workforce. If there are not enough workers the properly made work would be impossible.


And if the time in workplaces spends with conflicts and other unnecessary actions, will the job ever is done. So there must be the team, what is able to make their job properly. Because if there would be some repairments, that costs money. In those cases, the quilty can be some person, who cannot do the job, but it can also cause by bad materials or other equipment, what would not work properly.


So the ability to make teamwork is the very important role in the work life. If the person cannot co-operate with other people, would that cause many problems in the workplace and private life, and that's the fact. Persons must work together for a collective goal when the job is done, and every conflict or other kinds of destructive are slowing the project, and that would cost money. This is the reason, why the atmosphere in the workplace must be positive, and the people should forget the arguments of the free time when they are at work.

Why are extroverts more popular than introverts? And why actors misuse drugs so often?

What might be the reason for that thing? The extroverts are more social than introverts, and that is the reason, why they normally have more friends than introverts. Introverts don't speak very much in the public situations, and that would be very disturbing in the mind of other people. Sometimes introverts would be sent to psychiatrists because they would not take part to talking, between people.


If you think that is the right way, that person can be taken to the doctor, who makes the diagnoses, and gives the medicine, if that is necessary. But if the medicine would take to some other use, like using them in some discos for giving "feelings", would that the misuse of the chemicals. And in some cases, the patient would not even see those medicals, because some other family members are eating them.  When we are thinking about the introvert personality, we would face the very exciting thing, what is normally left without notice.


The profession would not make anybody introvert or extrovert. This is the thing, what should everybody know. The persons, who are keeping speeches for their job, might be introverts in their private life as usual as the normal workers. And here is one thing, what many people would not know, the brightest star in the history of the movie, Marilyn Monroe was also the very introvert person, and the social pressure broke her heart and drove that woman to suicide. When are in the social situations, the need to be social is sometimes very stressing, and because we all are not social that would cause the need to drink and the way to alcoholism and drug addiction is ready.


The social pressure to act against own personality causes the very stressful situation, and because the person must act all the time, and afraid to make mistakes causes the very big pressure against that person. And when the person is under the social pressure all the time, would that cause the burnout. We have some social norms, and sometimes we would not think, what we are doing. In sometimes would it seem easy to send the introvert person to the medical doctor, because that would change the introvert person to social and open personality.


But do you know, that this is not true? The truth is that some persons want those medicals for party purpose, what is wrong. The misuse of those chemicals is the very common thing, and the medical staff must think carefully does the patient really need them. Or are they getting those drugs for the entertainment use? When we would think about the skills of the medical doctor, we would see that there is one thing, what shows that the doctor is highly trained professional.


Those persons would not ever promise that the changing would happen in days, and they would use proper methods like follow-ups for their patients. And the misuse of the psychiatrical medicals is very dangerous because if those medicals have been misused, the feedback can be so deep depression, that the person would make suicide. The reason for that is that the tolerance level of the medicals would rise, and be getting a good feeling, must that person take more and more drugs. Sooner or later the dose would increase to the lethal level, and that would cause the death for the patient.
