Is weak blood flow the thing behind dementia?

"This cover image depicts a human brain with colorful microplastic particles scattered across its surface, juxtaposed with a white plastic spoon as a visual representation. Research has revealed that the human brain contains approximately “a spoon’s worth” of microplastics and nanoplastics, with particularly high concentrations (3-5 times greater) in individuals with dementia. The multicolored particles shown on the brain surface represent the variety of plastic types detected, with polyethylene being predominant. The image illustrates the concerning 50% increase in microplastic concentration observed between 2016 and 2024, highlighting the rapid infiltration of these synthetic materials into our most protected organ. "A groundbreaking set of four papers in the May issue of Brain Medicine brings together growing evidence that microplastics from ultra-processed foods may be building up in human brains and possibly playing a role in the global rise of depression, dementia, and other mental health disorders." (ScitechDaily, Scientists Discover Alarming Amount of Microplastics in Your Brain – And It Could Be Fueling Depression and Dementia)

There are lots of microplastics in dementia patients' brains. There must be something that causes microplastic accumulation in human brains. And there is a possibility. That is the same thing that causes dangerous protein accumulation in human brains. If microplastics go into the cell, that thing can cause a situation where those particles start to resonate. That resonance can cause pressure waves in cells.

There is also the possibility that microplastics, along with some proteins, can go through axonal holes. If there are some other particles. And proteins that accumulate between axons. That denies the neurotransmitter’s ability to travel between axons and neurons.

There is a possibility that the microplastic accumulation in dementia patients' brains is caused by:

1) Anatomic disorders in the human brain’s blood vessels. Or something else that can cause slow blood flow in those blood vessels. If things like nutrients have no access to brains and neurons, that makes those cells weaker than usual.

There is a possibility that the coronary artery disease-type things can cause dementia. But is that something in the blood vessels or the lymphatic system?

2) There is also a possibility that the disorder can be in the lymphatic system. That means the lymphatic system cannot, for some reason, transport those microplastics and proteins out from the brain.

And the primary question is, are those microplastics the reason for dementia? Or are they symptoms of the thing that causes Alzheimer's? Are the blood vessels of the dementia patient’s brain just rougher than a person's blood vessels that have no dementia? The slight inner shell of blood vessels will not collect proteins, lipids, and microplastics in blood vessels. There is a possibility that the blood flow is slower in those patients' brains.

And that collects dirt into the veins. If the blood flow in human brains is very slow, there is a possibility that this thing collects dirt, like proteins, into those blood vessels. One possibility is that the reason for dementia is that the brain's blood vessels are so stiff that they cannot remove those particles from the brain.

And that can cause an induction conclusion. Are the blood vessels in dementia patients’ brains similarly crammed as the coronary arteries have narrowed in coronary artery disease? There is a possibility that those crammed veins are in the lymphatic system. If the lymphatic system does not carry garbage away, it can collect proteins and microplastics in blood vessels.

So is there some kind of dysfunction or anomaly in the dementia patient’s brain or brain's blood vessels? The thing that can collect microplastics in the brain can be the weak or slow blood flow. That thing can collect those microplastics in certain people's brains. And that can be the thing that makes those microplastics a symptom of dementia.

When we think about the weak blood movement. As the thing that can cause dementia, that thing can cause a situation where bad proteins are accumulating in the brain, the same way as microplastics accumulate in the brain. If that thing is possible to prove, that is the fundamental thing in dementia research.

Liver disease is linked 38% higher risk of dementia.

The FDA accepted new medications for Alzheimer's. And the research is advancing very fast. The name of the medicine is in the top link below this text.

Accumulating toxins can cause the immune cells can attack neurons.  When certain toxins are accumulating in cells there is the possibility that their membrane proteins are changing.  Or otherwise, there will be some strange chemical compounds in the core of those neurons. And if the immune cell misses the neuron or their support cell and destroys those vital cells.

The liver is a very important organ. That organ removes toxic material from our bodies. And that thing can explain why liver disease causes dementia. When toxic waste of the cell metabolism will start to pile up in our body those products of metabolism also get access to our brains and neurons.

When toxic chemicals are starting to pile up in the brain neurons are meant to stay the entire life. There is a big risk that those neurons will be destroyed. This is the reason why we must think about our way of life.

If researchers could remove those toxic chemicals from the brain that thing can bring a cure for some kinds of dementia cases.

When toxins start to accumulate in brain neurons, they disturb the normal metabolism of those cells. The damage to the DNA of brain neurons can cause problems.

''Researchers from Osaka University discover an unexpected alteration in the brain during the autopsy of a patient with clinically typical Parkinson’s disease: an accumulation of TDP-43 proteins rather than alpha-synuclein". (ScitechDaily.Com/An Unexpected Change in the Brain: A New Cause of Parkinson’s Related Cell Death Discovered)

And the thing is that in Parkinson's something in the brain cells causes their death. So could that thing be the hybrid influence of toxic chemicals that makes those cells create wrong proteins or if the chemical environment of the cells is something else than it should be? That thing causes anomalies in the actions of neurons.

Social isolation increases the risk of dementia.

The research of the Universities of Warwick,  Cambridge, and Fudan University shows that social isolation has a connection to later dementia. The increase in the risk of dementia is 26% says that research. But if thas also other effects on the human brain and wealth in both physical and mental areas. The question is the negative effect caused directly by social isolation?

Or are the things that are related to social isolation like the use of alcohol, drugs, sniffing glue, bad food like fat, low exercise, and other unhealthy things causing Altzheimer's? This thing causes juridical problems. Should people who caused Altzheimer's by isolating the person pay for the care of those people who got Altzheimer's because of social isolation?

This thing is logical. If the person just sits home alone that thing can cause things like drinking problems and unhealthy ways to eat. Those things cause problems with the brain. Things like alcohol, tobacco, bad nutrition, and a passive way of life like looking at the TV all the time without any physical exercise can increase Alzheimer's syndrome. The reason why exercise affects to advance of Altzheimer's is that if the metabolism of the person is slow the metabolism products are piling up in the body. The fat will get between synapsis.

Social Isolation Increases Your Risk of Dementia by 26% and Shrinks Your Brain.

https://scitechdaily.com/social-isolation-increases-your-risk-of-dementia-by-26-and-shrinks-your-brain/

*********************************************************************************

And social isolation with food and other problems can cause caries bacteria can slip into the blood. If a person would not take care of the teeth. So Alzheimer's disease is not the result of one actor. Many actors can cause the plaque can start to grow in the nervous system. And that plaque is the thing that denies the communication between neurons when it will go between synapsis and denies the neurotransmitters travel across that hole between neurons.

Also if the brains ever get stimulation from social relationships that thing harms communication. The ability to communicate depends on neural connections. And if the person has nobody to talk the neurons are emoving connections between brain areas that are controlling speech and certain memory blacks. That means a person forgets things like common places very fast.

The reason for that is that the brain requires that neural connection to another purpose. That causes the effect that a person can know the place but when that person tries to say the name of the place there is no connection between the Wernicke area and those memory cells.

So the person just cannot say the name of a certain place even if that person knows everything about that thing. Without that neural connection, the brain cannot create words even if the person otherwise knows the name of the thing.

Zombie cells and HIV viruses are promoting aging.

"Senescent cells, or “zombie cells,” are unique in that they ultimately cease multiplying but do not die off as expected." (ScitechDaily.com/Age Accelerating “Zombie Cells” – A New Study Sheds Light on These Unique Cells)

The term zombie cell means a cell that self-destruction is disturbed. That thing causes an effect, where those cells cannot die as they should. Those over-aged cells might affect aging and early stages of cancer. The forming of the zombie cell can be connected to the mitochondria.

Mitochondria are small organelles that are giving energy to the cells. Somewhere in history mitochondria were independent organisms. Mitochondria have their DNA that is separated from the cell's main DNA.  And they divide independently.  When a cell dies the mitochondria should stop the energy production.

But somehow the mitochondria continue their work after the calculated time. When the cell dies, the nucleus sends a mark to mitochondria to shut themselves down. When energy production of the cell ends it dies.

The metabolism products of the mitochondria are the mark that the cell is living. And even if the cell itself sends the mark that it's going to die, mitochondria continue their work that denies the immune cell to destroy that zombie cell.

Zombie cells are causing cancer because their DNA can face more damage than regular cells. And because those cells cannot die causes that those cells form "daughter cells", which DNA is not acting as it should.

And that thing causes cancer. But the zombie cells can increase the aging process. The reason for that might be in the immune system. When the cell is aging it sends chemical marks that tell its condition to immune cells. When the cell is advancing in a certain stage in its life, it sends the "stand by for eating me" to immune cells whose mission is to remove remnants of the dead cell. Then the cell sends its final mark and the immune cell destroys it.

That "stand by" mark tells that the core of the cell must turn thin. And the immune cells start to prepare for the destruction process. The purpose of that process is to deny the spread of programmed cell death. During that process, the antigens are affecting also the DNA by cutting its telomers. If the final mark of the death of the cells is not coming the immune cell continues its preparation process.

And those antigens are starting to spread in the body. Those antigens are cutting the DNA in other cells. The thing that supports this theory is that HIV viruses are also increasing the speed of aging. The anti-HIV medicals are affecting the genetic material of the viruses. And also the immune system creates antibodies that affect the DNA and RNA molecule synthesis.

Also, the virus itself copies itself to the DNA and that causes errors in the DNA structure. The HIV is the RNA-retrovirus. When the cell divides the RNA of the retrovirus can slip into the DNA. Because the cell makes a copy of the DNA through the RNA molecules. During that process, the cell copies the entire DNA to the daughter cell.

So the RNA molecules will travel above the DNA and transfer that code to the descendant cell. If there is the RNA of the HIV the copy process will be disturbed. That thing causes the descendant cell can have mutated cell organs.

Because the DNA and RNA molecules are shorter, this means the base-pair order is disturbed or the DNA is damaged because of HIV that thing causes the aging of the cells to be faster than usual. And because the immune system and medicines must affect the DNA that thing causes damage to the DNA molecules all around the body.
