Why don't Russian oligarchs resist Putin?

Sometimes Russian oligarchs mean Soviet-born Russian entrepreneurs who made their property during the strong privatization era of Russia in the early 90s. Oligarch or Russian business elite are the people who are the most powerful private status in Russia. They are powerful actors in business life, but they have no official status in government. The mission of those people is to make money and pay taxes for Putin's government. Sometimes oligarchs are buying the property or shares of the high-tech companies for the FSB (Federal Security Service). The thing is that oligarch is a half-governmental actor. The person who is acting as a prime mover can look like some kind of entrepreneur. 

But the company and investments of that person are controlled by the FSB. And if that person would not cooperate the security service will confiscate that property without excuses. All oligarchs in Russia must thank Putin or somebody in his court for their position. The debt can be straight. Or it can be chained. And that guarantees the power of Putin and the FSB  to each of them. 

We always think that all oligarchs hate Putin. The fact is that oligarchs that are operating with things like Wagner Group are benefiting Putin's government. And those people are getting financial benefits and gifts for their loyalty to Putin. Oligarchs that have straight contact with Putin are under heavy guard of FSB. 

The mission of those agents that are playing their security officers is to report all possible actions against Putin to the chief of FSB or Putin himself. The thing that denies any plan is that the oligarchs are sometimes ordered to make some offers. And if those offers are not in reports the oligarch will get punishment. Another thing is that when an oligarch is outside Russia. The family of that person is in Russia as hostages. The SciTech Daily tells that There are three types of oligarchs. 

The thing is that even if the oligarch doesn't have a personal connection with Putin or FSB the security service is controlling everything and everybody in Russia. So if the FSB recommends some "services" like buying property for the Russian government for a safehouse or opening a bank account for security service the only accepted answer is "yes". 

The thing is that every oligarch is connected to the system. Their mission is to earn money for Putin and his government. The FSB asks their services for hiding that it is participating in the business. The Federal Protective Service or FSO is one of the organizations that are handling the "security" of those people. The official mission of that organization is the VIP-protection, but it also guards its "customers". So those people who are under the guard of FSO are in a golden jail. 

But also half-private contractors like Wagner Group are protecting oligarchs. Those mercenaries are working with the FSB. Without FSB there are no guns in the hands of those people. And also they are making reports for the FSB. The thing is that security personnel are also making sure that no oligarch will ever rebel or act against Putin.

Today, three types of oligarchs stand out in terms of their proximity to power.

First come Putin’s friends, who are personally connected to the president. Many of Putin’s close friends – particularly those from his St. Petersburg and KGB days – have experienced a meteoric rise to extreme wealth. A few of Putin’s closest oligarch friends from St. Petersburg are Yuri Kovalchuk, often referred to as Putin’s “personal banker”; Gennady Timchenko, whose key asset is the energy trading firm Gunvor; and the brothers Arkady and Boris Rotenberg, who own assets in construction, electricity, and pipelines. All of these individuals have been sanctioned.

The second group includes leaders of Russia’s security services, the police, and the military – known as “siloviki” – who have also leveraged their networks to amass extreme personal wealth. Some of these so-called “silovarchs”, are former KGB, and now FSB, intelligence officers who had eyed the Yeltsin-era oligarchs’ power and wealth jealously and obtained both under Putin. The man reputed to be the informal leader of the siloviki is Igor Sechin, chairman of oil giant Rosneft, widely seen as the second-most powerful person in Russia.

Finally, the largest number of Russian oligarchs are outsiders without personal connections to Putin, the military, or the FSB. Indeed, some current outsiders are the 1990s-era oligarchs. While Putin selectively crushed politically inconvenient or obstreperous oligarchs after coming to power, he did not seek to systematically “eliminate oligarchs as a class,” as he had promised during his initial election campaign. For example, oligarchs such as Vladimir Potanin and Oleg Deripaska, who accumulated their wealth in the 1990s, regularly feature in the lists of richest Russians today.

Birds have a quantum sense. That makes them see the magnetic fields.

Birds have the mysterious quantum sense that allows them to "see" the Earth's magnetic field. That thing means that the magnetic sense of the bird is connected with the sense of sight. The ability to see magnetic fields causes of course the idea that the birds can see the things like the nervous signals of another animal. 

And help them to predict what predators or prey are going to do. The ability to see the nervous signals makes birds the telepaths who can predict things that other animals are going to do. But proving that thing requires more research. And for confirming that claim requires that the distance that this quantum sense can feel magnetic field. Will be measured. 

The magnetic sense is not unique in the world of animals. But if it is connected to the visual lobe of the brains of the birds that thing means that it has something else to do than just navigate the bird. The thing is that the birds can see magnetic fields is interesting. The sense is enough for navigation and the thing that would be interesting is that it is giving the visual sight.

The next part is speculation. Does the skull of chaffinch in the mouth of a young girl have something to do with this sense? The people who buried the young girl in Poland in the cave head of the bird in mouth c. 1650. Might believe the head of that bird. Which was Peipo (chaffinch) will fly her spirit to a home. 

In some wilder vision, the girl was the "human-robot". The person who was kept in sensory adaptation and the idea was to use the bird's head as an antenna. That transmits the electric phenomenon of other people to the brains of that girl. This thing is speculation. And I think that I'm wrong but it's an interesting point for that thing. 

The thing is that the persons who buried that girl might make that ritual under the supervision of the priests. Or they could dig the body up from the grave and transfer it to the cave.

The quantum sense is giving a strange idea. Does the strange case where a young girl buried in Poland the Peipo's skull in the mouth. Some kind of connection with this strange sense? This is speculation and probably that skull meant for sending the spirit of that girl home.

The problems of SETI-program

SETI (Search for Extraterrestrial Intelligence) program is one of the most dangerous programs in our planet. Even if we haven't get contact or signal from extraterrestrial intelligence, the telescopes might get it in next night. Or they can get contact beyond 1000 years. Some people think that waiting for a contact is like waiting for a train or something like that. SETI program is not so simple because we can't know when the first message is coming.

Or does it come in our lifetime? When we are talking about that project. If we will get the signal from other civilization, but we might ever take contact to those civilizations. They might be so far there, that we ever can't message together because the civilization might be in Andromeda galaxy. That proves the existence of alien civilization, but that doesn't mean that this civilization has ever meanings for us. That civilization would be so far, that even if they jump in their UFO:s right now, our sun would be turned a red giant before they arrive.

Problems of SETI program is that if we will get contact to other civilization, we might get under attack. But if we use the right technology we can hide our existence from aliens. We can cover our entire planet holograms, what makes humanoids to believe that our civilization does not exist. And of course, radio telescopes might use as a gigantic ECM-system, what makes our planet seem like there will not find any interesting. The system will be sent back waves to humanoids transmission, that they can’t see our planet's surface with radar and they can’t get repulses in their telescopes.  

That radiation makes the radio waves or their echoes weak, that they can’t go back to the transmitter. Or otherwise the signals what will be sent back to humanoids would be so powerful that they would think that this will be gigantic super earth, there will be no life forms exist. But this scenario is pure fiction if published information is true.

But everybody knows that federal authorities are not talking true all the time. SETI is one of the most complicated missions on Earth science community. If you want to investigate extraterrestrial civilizations you have nothing where to start. There is not even one single message what is proven that is coming from another star. If somebody believes extraterrestrial intelligence, that does not mean that he or she believes little green men, or why that person wouldn't believe that some people might have green skin. There is one great “if" in those scenarios.

If somebody has put the genetic what causes photosynthesis in the flora to human DNA, that will make the human skin transformation to green. But what kind of technology that speculative humanoid civilization might have. They might have the technology to create “wormholes", but the problem with wormhole travel is that that kind of stuff will need two black holes, what will put resonate to same frequency, and after that those black holes must be separated and another will pull to the place, where that civilization wants to travel. That will take very long time for that civilization, and success of that project can see until the trip is done. That’s why aliens must be sure that there is something interesting.

Otherwise, the trip is made for nothing. And it can take even thousands of years. But there is always artist’s freedom to use imagination about other civilizations. They might have gigantic Dyson spheres, where could be floating “island” in the middle of that colossal ship, what might be the size of a planet. That island would be in the area, where is not gravitation field, and that area might use for production, what needs absolute zero-gravity condition. There might be nano-technological and biotechnological research areas, where they create nano-robots and other that kind of stuff.
