Do you know that Putin is three clicks away from you at the social media? This thing is investigated by some university, and that conclusion bases the claiming, that every person on earth would be two or three person thread from everybody, who uses social media. This thing makes us think, that in almost every person's social media network is some kind of intelligence officer.

Those officials serving for intelligence or police, and those persons mission is to find out drug dealers and other people, who are making criminal activities. The data, what is connected is problematic because it will uncover the real interests, what the users of the social media have. And the thing is, that connecting the information, what is collected from different sources can be used to make a very good profile of the targeted person.

And don't think, that if you have to pay for some solution makes it safe. Many of the solutions are free for private users, and that helps to control the sources, what are used to collecting information. Because firms must pay for the solution, that would allow filtering that kind of users away from the tracking lists. This means that intelligence services can target the tracking to private users or firms if the firmware solution is used for illegal activities.

There are many ways to investigate the social connections in social media, and one of them is to send the circular letter to that person and ask to deliver that message to all the social connections. The best way to make this thing working perfectly is to use some texts, what are very sensitive or makes need to show empathy. This is the best way to make people deliver those texts to other persons. This makes the social media very interesting place. And if someone would not want to deliver those circular letters, that will make this person sadistic and cold person in the eyes of other users of the social media.

So this is the short and sad story about the way, to find out the persons, who are members of some community. There is nothing wrong about the circular letters and some kind of stuff. But there is one very disturbing thing. They are always so sensitive, that they are going to disturb me, and the things, that some person would die in cancer are very sad. Sometimes there are asked money by using that kind of pictures and stories. And at the same time, they are causing negative for the people, who really need help, and here I'm writing about cases, where that kind of letters are shared because somebody wants to map the social connections. Those methods are strictly against the ethics and moral of the scientific work. And they are causing problems for people, who are in real trouble.

Above the text is FLIR (Forward-Looking Infra-Red)-camera image about the strange object, what is known as "Tic-Tac-UFO". There is a couple of cases, where so-called "armchair experts" have used media for making their opinion public. In fact, those experts are normally some kind of jurists or mental specialists like psychiatrists, what means that they have the very good chair to tell the people, what is right and, how people should act in the cases, where they are facing something, what they cannot explain immediately. One of those cases is actually the UFO-footage, what those experts immediately explained as birds or weather balloons.


 And of course, if the governments have paid somebody about investigations about those things, that would be waste of public money, what tax-payers are paid to the government,  getting "real things". The footages about UFO:s are sometimes tests of drones or new kind of STEALTH-drones, what are tested against real U.S NAVY fighters. Those drones are normally fly from AREA-51 and Helendale facility to those missions, what are top secret part of national security. Treating the witnesses is strictly against investigative methodology. In the real world, there are many things, what can be caused by this so-called "ping-pong UFO-phenomenon".


One of the most fascinating theories about this kind of thing is that ball type UFO would be some kind of plasma weapon test, where the waterdrop would be heated in very hot condition, and after that this piece of plasma would be driven by the electric field. In this case, the radar of the F/A-18 could push this plasma ball ahead of the aircraft, and the side-by-side movement causes because of the magnetic field, what the radar of F/A-18 would cause similar magnetic effect as other magnets. And that might cause the situation, where this plasma ball wobbles ahead of the fighter.


When we are thinking about the movements of those "UFO:s" the 12G turning is not difficult for unmanned drones, what can turn many times thicker turns than manned aircraft. And maybe those UFO:s are caused the sights of some drones. Who knows about secrets of the governments, and what it hides. Maybe there are secrets, like co-operation with extraterrestrial humanoids, but sometimes I have thought, that are those humanoids, what claimed to co-operate with the government actually man-made aliens, what are created by connecting other animals DNA with humans, and this would make possible to create "alien".


But also we can make the hypothesis, that some scientists would find the body of humanoid in some cold place like the glacier, what is found in Greenland, Alps or the South Pole, and then they could clone that thing, what might be very intelligent. But those thoughts are without evidence and this text is the only hypothesis about those cases. And at the last, we must say, that there are always people, who have good explanations about that kind of things. We must say that the orders of the scientific investigation deny treats in this kind of cases, and also forcing to some statements are strictly prohibited. The purpose of investigations is to create real and correct information for investigators. That information is sometimes against the thing, what those people would want to get.

About the response of Russian government. (Why the mystery poisonings happen in the United Kingdom?)

There will be back reaction for the deportation of Russian diplomats, and the reaction would be similar, what is made for Russians. They would deportation some diplomats, and this is the similar action, what happened in the time of Cold War. The talking with Russia must keep going because nobody wants new Cold War. When we are talking about the use of chemical weapons in Europe after the World War II, we must say that poisons are used a couple of times in covert operations inside Europe.


The most well-known incident of the use of poisons in covert operations, was the ricin poisoning of Georgi Markov in London at 1978, when the ricin was shot in the body of the victim by using the special gun, what was masked as the umbrella. The second time was the polonium poisoning of Alexander Litvinenko, and the third one was this nerve-agent poisoning, what is targeted to Russian ex-spy. The thing, what is remarkable in those three cases were, that they all happened in Great Britain.


There is also one mystery in those poisoning cases. They have used so unusual method or chemical, that the victim must be found in Russian intelligence. The poison birdshot, what was used in Markov case was made by Iridium, and another thing about this case was that making holes to that birdshot must be very difficult. Two other poison cases, what are mentioned in this text, are made very unusual chemicals. The use of those poisons like Polonium and Novichok is used because the persons, who made those murders maybe wants to show that they have relationships and official support.


But why those mystery poisoning cases happened in Great Britain. And why the chosen method was so unusual? Why the killer didn't choose something more common poison like cyanide or why the maker of those homicides didn’t choose some other method of sniping? The use of those chemicals like Novichok would target those crimes straight to Russians. And why those persons were targeted to those strikes? There are many more ex-KGB spies in the world, and why those two last men were targeted? In the World is only one platform, what produces Novichok, and that is found in Russia. Why was this chemical chosen? Or can this deadly agent produce somewhere else in the small dose, what is enough only for that operation? Here I mean the laboratory conditions, where chemists may make small ambition of Novichok for scientific purposes like testing the protective systems, and then that chemical would deliver to the target


And there were many writers, who told about GULAG and situation in the Eastern block than Markov. So why this Bulgarian writer was chosen to murder? Why were the persons like Alexander Solzhenitsyn or Andrei Sakharov not murdered by KGB? The question always is of course, why those murders happen only in Great Britain, and what is the reason, why those particular victims are chosen for those very unusual murders? And why those murders are made in Great  Britain? That’s the good question.

When some person gets an infection of some virus, the early isolation and quarantine with early medical attention might save lives in the case of the epidemic. This system works with the same principle that the image-recognition programs, but it selects the targets by using the visible symptoms of the infection. This kind of program can also use to recognize the cancer patients in the streets. The artificial intelligence can also deliver the information of suspected cases to national- and international organizations like CDC (Centre for Disease Control and Prevention) and WHO.


Use of artificial intelligence can be used as the select the persons for tests if the sensors notice the changes of skin, what are connected with cancer or epidemic. The problem of this kind of recognition of this kind of recognition about the people is that when the human looks the monitors, the person who has cancer or infection can flee from the picture when operator looks another direction.


The use of artificial intelligence gives  speed and sharpness of artificial intelligence make possible to analyze very big mass of data. The computers can analyze many pictures in the time unit, and it will not be tired. So that makes possible to analyze the pictures, what comes from surveillance cameras, and then those pictures might be compiled with the pictures, what are taken from the skin of cancer patients. And then that system can use as the tracker of the cancer patients even from streets. This system can track those persons identities.

If some person might seem to have the changes in cell structure, that person might call to the tests. It also can minimize the victims of epidemics, if some person would get example the Ebola virus from Africa. That system can detect the early symptoms of that horrified infection, like the leaking nose and blood, what comes from eyes, and make alert the paramedics, that there would come the person, who has the lethal infection. And the risk of the epidemics would be big. There the rapid reaction must be done, to disband the epidemics right away.
