When we think about genetic engineering and our genomes, we can ask why genetic engineers are not removing things like diabetes, Alzheimer and AIDS away by using genetic engineering. In the same way, somebody can ask why we don't give gene therapy for CP-handicapped and other kinds of people who have an error in their chromosomes. 

Some people say that this kind of gene therapy is against morals or ethics, but in the same way, we can ask if the lives of those people are so nice that we should not fix their genomes.  Why cannot we think of things like hereditary diseases as one disease like some virus infection or something like that? The fact is this the world is full of people who have money to take gene therapy. Gene therapy can improve IQ. 

And that kind of therapy gives many more abilities. The human intelligence is like many other types of intelligence. It creates systems that are more or less intelligent. So intelligence creates other intelligence. And that's why people are interested in things like AI. Genetic engineering can increase people's IQ. 

IQ is only one of the things that makes people productive. That productive thinking makes us create machines and other things to dominate the world. And that's why our nervous system and brains are the promising objects for genetic engineering. Genetic engineering makes it possible that people will get immune resistance against some viruses. And then that virus can turn into the ultimate weapon. 

The ability to interconnect species makes it possible. Humans will get better senses, stronger muscles or faster reactions, and faster renewing tissues. The ability to transform the DNA allows us to remove cancer from our species. Cancer is one of the deadliest diseases in the world. Sharks have no cancer and that thing makes those animals interesting. 

Same way sharks have electric senses, and humans have similar senses. That allows us to read other people's thoughts. All senses and abilities that species have without depending on species coded in the DNA, and what would you make with the ability to read thoughts or muscles that make you as strong as a gorilla or anaconda? 

In the same way, some reptilians are immune to the strongest neural poison, botulinum. That means nerve agents like VX do not affect cobras. 

Innovation requires full knowledge of the system that a person wants to use. The other things that the innovation requires are the ability and willingness to model the system. And that is a problem in innovations. People must have the ability to make new things. And they must dare to share their ideas. 

When we manipulate our brains we make things that will change the world. Brains are the creators of the systems and machines that allow humans to dominate the world. 

The human brain should be the user of the AI. That means humans should be the part who gives orders. And the AI should be the thing that follows those orders. But sometimes we are facing people who let machines think for them. AI will not turn master in our society if we do not give that position to it.

The electric pill and genome transfer can help the immune system to fight against viruses, including COVID-19.

Vaccines are playing a key role in virus infections. But the fact is that there is a new way that can boost the effectiveness of vaccines. The first one is to "teach" neurons that are communicating with immune cells.

The electric pill stimulates neural tracks of nerves that control inflammatory reflexes. But don't leave your vaccine. The electric pill helps the immune system, but that immune reaction is too weak that it can defend the body against viruses. 

The electric stimulation can help the immune system because immune cells are interacting with neurons. So there is a possibility to use the neural tracks that have a responsibility, in communication with the immune system. 

As we know the best solution for immune defense is hybrid methods. The vaccine, along with neural stimulation can create the best possible results. But can we make vaccines even more effective?

Normal vaccines activate immune systems by helping immune cells detect the right antigen earlier. But the better version is to use genetic therapy where the DNA sequences that are storing genetic information of the viruses would transfer to the stem cells that are creating immune cells. 

In that version, the idea is that the immune cells can get information on how to fight against viruses from the reprogrammed immune cells. That kind of vaccine would make the immune system react earlier and more perfectly to the virus attack. The "silent mutations" are not harmless.

The reason why some mutations are silent is simple. Cells read the DNA sequence, where the silent mutation locates seldom. 

And those DNA sequences control the development of neurons and the nervous system. There is no junk DNA in human genomes. So every genetic abnormal is dangerous. 

When people are talking about things like "silent mutations" they should understand that the thing that makes mutation silent is that its location is in the DNA sequences that are not read very often. If the cells don't read the DNA sequences very often that means they don't need that data very often. So what that kind of data is? Those DNA sequences that are read seldom involve information that is needed for cells that are splitting very seldom. 

So those "silent mutations" are in the areas where is information. That controls the development of the nervous system. And that kind of mutation involves the greatest risks. The error in the genetic code that controls the development of the neurons is always causing a big risk. Things like retroviruses can cause errors in genetic material. And there is the possibility that also descendants of the infected person will get those damaged genomes. 

The problem is that if the virus writes its genomes to DNA sequences that are controlling the neurons the neurons don't need those DNA sequences anymore. Or the damage in genetic code is in genital cells. So the DNA of the neurons is not damaged. But genital cells can transfer that genetic damage to descendants. 

That means the genetic damages can be invisible. If cells are already ready those DNA sequences might not read. That means that if the damaged sequence is transmitted to the next generation the descendants can get visible genetic disorders even if their parents are wealthy.

The MIT researchers are creating new. Low voltage artificial cells for improving the performance of the microrobots. (1)This is one way to improve the operational areas of small-size flying robots. There is another way to make the power source that uses biological components. The idea is that the muscle cells of flies would connect to cranks. 

And those systems are rotating miniaturized generators. This kind of robot can drink sugar-liquid. And the muscle cells can be natural but genetically transformed that they cannot split. Removing that ability guarantees. The cells are staying in the right form and right places. 

Or those cells can be cloned and grown in cell cultures. This kind of system can work by using the same nutrient with living organisms. And those miniature generators can deliver electricity for the computers and other systems that this miniature robot carries 

The fullerene chains can use as artificial DNA. In this text. The term "artificial DNA" means the carbon chain that acts like natural DNA or RNA. 

The artificial DNA can operate as a chemical computer program. The thing is that these kinds of things might not be the DNA as the natural form. The term "artificial DNA" can also mean the fullerene chains that act like real DNA or RNA molecules. 

The artificial DNA can act as the ROM (Read Only Memory) program for microchips and that thing can use for base-programming for miniature machines. In that case, the base movements of the system are stored in the  chemical computer program

Artificial DNA does not mean that the chemical computer program is like DNA. In the chemical computer program, researchers can replace normal molecules and base pairs of DNA can replace by using fullerene and the other elements. There are four bases in the normal DNA.

So those nucleotides can replace by using some metals. That is connected to the fullerene. Or if we think sharply the fullerene itself can form the structure that can use as a data transporter. The fullerene balls would connect to the nanostructure. 

And they can form a similar nanostructure with DNA or RNA molecules. The fullerene balls form the ladder-looking structure like in natural DNA. And the length of the "stairs" would be the code that the molecule is giving. In the binary model, one fullerene ball could mean 0, and two fullerene balls might mean 1.

The artificial chemical computer programs can also operate as the qubit modes. In that case, one ball might mean zero. Two balls mean one, and three fullerene balls might mean 2, etc. That kind of chemical code can secure the microchips. 

There is the possibility that nanotechnology (3) can use to create real DNA molecules. This thing means that in the future. We will see more complicated and more effective solutions of the combination of nano- and biotechnology. Things like cloned muscle cells and neurons are the things that give the capacity of the small-size robot to more complicated operations than ever before.

The problem is that the things like HIV and other kinds of lost immune cells can cause that the vaccines are unable to work. If infected persons would not have immune cells the vaccines are unable to work. The loss of immune cells can cause by HIV. Or some medicines are making the immune system unable to work. The thing is that if some woman or man is hiding the HIV infection. 

That thing can cause the fast mutation of the virus. The problem with the countries in Africa is that there is no social security. And that causes that some prostitutes might hide their infection because that causes nobody will feed them. But also European tourists can get HIV or COVID-19 or both of them from Africa. And that thing means that the mutation can happen also in Europe. So the HIV patient is enough that the virus can infect the person. 

That means the COVID-19 is unpredictable. Many things are affecting the pandemics. And one of them is that if people are hiding that they are HIV-positive, that can cause the situation that the COVID-19 would infect the person. COVID Delta plus variants are the things that are causing suspicion that the "delta plus" variants do not even have the same origin as the original COVID-19. There are thousands of other viruses which are looking like same as the original COVID-19. But the surface antigens of those viruses might be different. The problem with coronavirus is that it has two layers.

And the changes in the genomes of those viruses. Can cause the changes of antigens only in the inner layer. That makes detection of the changes of the genomes of the virus very difficult. The thing is that HIV is the coronavirus that is causing the horrible visions that the coronavirus can make combination there inside the regular virus is the HIV. And that thing causes a threat for the entire civilization. 

When traveling become more common that causes the new type of epidemics. The aircraft is a guarantee that viruses and epidemics are spreading faster than ever before. Quarantine orders are from the era of great sails. And that means they became old. The immune system of that bacteria can transfer to the stem cells that are creating the immune cells in human blood. So that kind of genome therapy might make us immune to HIV viruses. The idea that the genome of that bacteria is connected to the human cells might be the solution for HIV.
