This kind of research is possible in countries like China. If those experiments are accepted. Or seen as useful by governments, that means that those tests are well-authorized. The human neurons in the mouse's brain make it possible to research those neuron reactions in certain situations. That gives researchers more information on how things happen between neurons. But that also makes it possible to make things like intelligent puppies. Those genetically engineered pets can make people's lives easier. They can offer help to people. Who have certain limitations. 

Staling and his idea of humanzees, the monkey soldiers, still live in memories. The humanzee-soldiers were suitable for Stalin’s ideology. He wanted soldiers who don’t think. But the intelligent pets are not the only thing that makes this kind of research very interesting. Intelligent animals can perform many jobs for the military and law enforcement. But those intelligent pets are also key to Stalin’s mad dream about monkey soldiers. Those monkey soldiers were soldiers who had monkey brains. And Stalin’s notorious operator in that idea was Ilya Ivanov (1870-1932). That person transplanted a dog's head between two individuals. Ivanov had no knowledge of the immune system.  

That made those visions of the humanzee useless. But today, technology allows researchers to create hybrid species. And maybe the horrifying visions of the humanzees live in some dictator's head. Today, there is a possibility. To connect DNA bites from different species. And that makes those things that Ivanov tested possible.

And those experiments included the cases where an animal’s head was cut off and a life support system kept that head alive. During 20s technology was very primitive. But when we think about today’s bionic systems. It's possible to connect a human or monkey head to a robot body. The robot will be connected to the robot by using the spinal cord. The computer in the robot's body transforms neural signals into the computer-controlled servo systems that move the robot's body. These kinds of things can be fascinating and notorious things. Chrysalis, a theoretical generation ship to Alpha Centauri. 

The interstellar flight requires advanced biotechnology. If there is a disease. That requires immediate and effective reactions. Those people who will go on that journey must not have any social relationships with people on  Earth. They must not have any genetic weakness that can cause mental illnesses. And they must have a strong immune system that can clean their body in the case of infections. When those people go, they go forever. 

Another interesting thing is that researchers are starting to create space mouse babies. Those rodents will be born and grow in a microgravity environment. These kinds of experiments can give a boost to our way across the solar system or even to stars. There are models that some researchers call “Solar Warden”. In that model, in the future, there will be space humans who live their entire life in a microgravity environment. They will be born in spacecraft or space stations that travel around the solar system. 

Those people will ever visit to Earth and they spend their entire life in zero gravity. That kind of thing will happen. If we someday send humans to other solar systems. If we send a generation ship to Alpha Centauri, that journey takes 400 years. So, if we send that craft on that trip, we will never see those people again. There are generations between us and those colonists. But before we send that craft called “Chrysalis” on that one-way trip, we must change our culture. “Chrysalis” is a theoretical plan to create an interstellar spacecraft. But maybe someday. We will handle that technology. 

But the biggest problem is that those people who travel in that craft will also lose contact with Earth. Those people will spend their entire life in that craft. So the Earth will become very distant to those colonists who travel between Earth and Alpha Centauri. The Chrysalis takes 400 years for that trip. That means if the Alpha Centauri civilization sends this kind of generation ship to Earth. And that craft arrives tomorrow, they should send that thing in the 17th century. If that trip takes exactly 400 years, that hypothetical craft will be sent in the year when Cassini was born and King Charles 1 ruled England. The 30-year war began a couple of years earlier.

Is this ethical? We can discuss that thing forever. Can a woman who wants children but cannot get them use a robot to get babies, or should they rather rent a womb? And then. We can take a closer look at the Chinese government’s ethical and moral values. Then we can just say China is ahead of the West in that kind of technology. And we know what these systems can make. They can give new composers. Like new Mozart. Or they can give supersoldiers to Kim Jong Un’s army. 

Chinese researchers developed a robot with an artificial womb. Those “pregnancy robots” can give birth to humans. That thing can revolutionize family planning and many other aspects. Robots with artificial wombs can be the next step for humans, but it is also an ultimate platform for genetic engineering. These kinds of systems are offering the ultimate possibility for eugenic research and allow the creation of genetically engineered humans. 

Normally, we think that genetically engineered humans are making positive things. We see them as a gift to parents who want to shine with their children. But we must remember that the human mind can be a dark and frightening place. Those genetically engineered humans can be the great composers, chemists, and doctors who save the world. 

But the same creatures can also operate as super soldiers. The thing that makes this ability even more dangerous than we can imagine is the brain implants. Those microchips allow the controller to control soldiers. With ultimate accuracy. The same microchip can also be used to teach them skills in seconds that other people learns in years. 

Another thing is that nobody knows what the future brings. Researchers are creating models of the generation ships. That's travel to Alpha Centauri in about 400 years. There is a model where  those colonists can be sent on that journey as frozen embryos. Those embryos can be in those “mother robots”. The robot could freeze them to a certain temperature. That is close to 0K. 

In the future, Robots with artificial wombs or “mother robots” could become an ultimate possibility for humans. For interstellar travel. Those robots can freeze embryos in their wombs. And when those robots arrive in the other solar system, like the Alpha Centauri system, they can start to grow their embryos. That means those colonists could be humans who grew and were taught by human-shaped robots. Those kinds of robots are the tools that can make many things possible.

The Chinese AI strategy is simple. That country wants to be the number one actor in AI development by 2030.

The new Chinese AI called “Manus” doesn't need humans for self-development. We can wonder how the Chinese can make that tool. The thing that guarantees success is the high-ranking official and political support for the AI framework. The Communist Party of China determines its official goal for AI development is that China will be the number one actor in AI development by 2030. That is the official goal. And we know that China wants to use AI as a tool to control people. And work as an ultimate intelligence tool. 

That means Manus is quite near the Artificial General Intelligence, AGI. The AGI is the tool that can control things across the technological field. The AI can connect the robot’s operating systems to itself. The other way is that the AI rewrites the operating system for machines. And that makes those AI systems more versatile than normal AIs. But the fact is this: the new normal will be the AI. And China wants to be number one in that development work. The AI strategy for Chinese R&D work is simple. China wants to be number one in AI development by 2030. And that work gets high-level political support. 

This means that people who work with the AI and R&D programs in that system will get privileges if they work with that work. In China, authorities and high-level political leaders understand the benefits that AI can bring to their work. The hacker spies who brought lots of highly classified data into the hands of the Chinese intelligence gave a demonstration of high-level political support and investments in data skills to Chinese authorities. Those hacking cases from 2011 to 2015 brought hypersonic missiles and other things into the Chinese hands. And still today we discuss how we can stop AI development. So, maybe the Chinese want to be number one in AI development.

They can make things like AI-spying tools that operate in the net like ghosts and steal data from anywhere they want. And that data can be driven to another AI that makes models for the manufacturing platforms. Maybe we say to the Chinese that they should not steal our data from companies who spent years on that thing. But maybe the Chinese will understand us, and stop making those tools. AI is the new tool for the arms race. It can collect data from multiple sources and then use that data to make new solutions. One version of how the hostile actor gets access to data is to cheat people using that actor’s AI. That thing can happen simply by offering better tools for people. That tool can copy data to the databases, where intelligence officials can have access. But how to remove warnings and things like censorship? 

The Chinese AI refuses to discuss things like the Tiananmen incident, where Chinese authorities crushed the opposition. One version is simply to make their AI for foreigners and then that AI can dump data to the PLA’s intelligence section. That means the AI can operate like any other AI. But it dumps data to China by using backup backup. So, if some Western actor can make something using those AIs that means they make backup copies of that data straight to Chinese intelligence official's servers. 

This is one of the things that we must realize. When we put limits on AI development. The high-level political support means that those AIs and other things are more effective than we even realize. That support means that those systems and their developers have full access to the user's data. So there are no breaks for that work.

Sometimes AI is like a child.

AI is more toddler than terminator. So, we can think that the AI is like a child who controls things like robots, vehicles, rockets, and even weapon systems. When we think about the latest advances in the world of AI and the self-advancing, and self-developing AIs that can create other AIs, we face one big problem. The problem is that if we want to be effective, we must use AI. And most of the AI companies must find their funding from private persons, or customers who are willing to pay licenses. This means that normal users or license owners are not humans. They are companies whose purpose is to maximize the profits of their owners. That means the AI offers a tool that can kick coders out of the workplace. 

And those AI companies must always make new things for their products that their customers are interested in. And buy those licenses. A significant issue in companies is that they are privately owned. They are not controlled by the governments. Private companies do what their stock-owners want them to do. They can outsource their production to countries where there are no laws that control data mining and personal data collection.  Or, they can outsource their production to countries where authorities don’t care about those laws. It is possible to buy “special permissions” to collect that data for products that benefit the defense of the state. 

People ask for some leader who controls AI development. The problem is that AI development happens under private companies. Those companies have no right to make contracts and discuss their work between companies. Those things are limited by cartel directives. That means cartels are things that can deny discussions between companies and set common goals for AI development. The big thing is that the Chinese authorities and intelligence can establish cover-up corporations in some countries and hire AI specialists to work for them. That is the new way to make intelligence work. Those actors can simply hire software specialists who are fired from their work. In China, it is impossible to establish companies without the authorities' support and cooperation. If authorities have no access to private company servers that means the company stops its work. 

And then they can use people who have EU passports and citizenships for actors who make that company for them. Those people who work in PLA (People’s Liberation Army) intelligence have methods to persuade people who left China to cooperate with them. They can say that family members who will enter military service will face problems in that army. And for cooperation, those people should establish companies in some countries. And then the entire work that those people will make will be copied to servers that are located in Hong Kong and Beijing. That is one way to do business that benefits those Eastern actors. When people use Chinese AI they also deliver information to that country. In those Eastern countries, the security laws don’t limit the authority's access to people's personal data. And that means those laws obligate only private actors. 

China develops a new submerging attack drone.

Flying submarine is coming to reality. Chinese military develops a new drone that can operate underwater and under airborne conditions. The system's weight is 7,8 tons. And it's developed with electro-optical systems, synthetic aperture radars, and antiship weapons. The wingspan of that unmanned drone is about 20 meters.

The quadcopters and other drones that can operate underwater and airborne are not new. Those drones can slip into the closed area and search for interesting things. 

Recon drones can eavesdrop on buildings by using laser microphones. And film computer screens. But those drones can also be armed. They can use to destroy electronics or eliminate enemy commanders. 

Even a pizza-delivery drone can turn into a lightweight attack device very easily. The operators must replace pizza boxes with remote-operating rocket launchers. And that kind of system can offer deadly surprises. Maybe they are not so effective in the battle zone. But actors like drug cartels might use that kind of system. 

The fact is that drones are a great opportunity but they are also a big threat to security. The tinderbox-size drone can equip with small-caliber guns. And those kinds of extremely small drones are hard to detect. Operators can throw that drone from a high-flying cargo plane and that kind of system can pass the security of the targets very easily. Operators can control those drones over the internet. And they can be thousands of kilometers away from the operating zones.

Can the Ukrainian war escalate?

There is always the possibility that the war starts to spread. In the same way, the Ukrainian war can escalate. And that is one of the biggest problems with NATO. Otherwise, NATO could abstain from giving more weapons to Ukraine. But that thing is the mark for Russia that it can make everything that it wants. 

Those signals are always dangerous because the next place where Russian leaders read history could be the Baltic sea. The historic reasons or the history that Russia someday owned some areas justifies that Russia can send troops to that land area and take it under its control. If we are thinking about history same way Germany can insist on the Kaliningrad or Königsberg area from Russia because that area once belonged to Germany. 

But I think that Putin might answer that the Kaliningrad area is not on the discussion list. And that means the only nation that has the right to insist on some areas using historical arguments is Russia. And if we will stop to deliver weapons to Ukraine, that means that we show the green light to Putin that he can make everything that he wants. 

The Ukrainian conflict can also escalate to Asia. 

The Ukrainian situation can escalate to another side of the World. Chinese can seize the opportunity when the world is watching Europe and make aggression against Taiwan. China thinks that Taiwan is part of itself. Chinese shot missiles at the Japanese territorial water and made provocative military exercises in the strait between Taiwan and China. 

China also sends over 20 jet fighters to training missions against Taiwan. And Taiwan sends F-16 Viper jetfighters that are equipped with Harpoon missiles airborne. Taiwan claims that the Chinese exercises are simulated military action against Taiwan. And the thing is that China trusts its modernized military forces. There is always the threat that China thinks that the world is not interested in what it does. And then it can attack Taiwan or some other country. 

China increased its territorial water in the South-China Sea by using artificial islands. And when some actor in the conflict holds nuclear weapons. The existence of nuclear weapons means that the owner of those weapons can use them in conflicts. China trusts its new hypersonic missiles. And new jetfighters along with new strategic bombers. They increased PLAs (People's Liberation Army) strike capacity. 

It trusts their pinpoint accuracy and their ability to knock out the US carriers. China wants to get more voice in the global environment. And that's why it is turning more aggressive. The global environment and the turn of media focus to Ukraine caused China could build new strategies.

The FAST telescope in China detected series of FRB:s

Thousands of mysterious FRB:s (Fast Radio Bursts) were detected by FAST (Five-hundred-meter Aperture Spherical Telescope). The FRB:s are the result of the high energetic reactions in the universe. The series of FRB:s means that there is huge series of cosmic explosions somewhere in the galaxy. 

Or actually, those FRBs might come from outside our galaxy. The thing that makes this kind of phenomenon interesting is that the FRB:s do not seem to connect with any other phenomena. FRBs are the result of the impacting white dwarfs. But there should be other evidence of those impacts. 

The FRB:s, XRB:s, and GRB:s are quite similar phenomena. Their origin is expected to be in the impacts of the massive objects in the universe. The FRB:s is the weakest of those powerful energy bursts. The XRB:s and GRB:s are the more high-energetic. 

And their origin is expected to be in the impacts of neutron stars and black holes. The origin of those high-energetic energy bursts is partially unknown. 

Things like FRB:s are normally connect with cosmic explosions. And there is also another kind of energy bursts like XRB and GRB (X- and gamma-ray-bursts). The thing that some object sends only pulses in the radio frequency is interesting. The neutron stars are sending X-rays only when they are impacting. 

And the gamma-ray sources are normally the supermassive black holes. The normal black holes send gamma-rays only when they are impacting together. When the neutron stars are colliding they are turning into the black hole. When they melt together. Singularity forms in that process. The same way that process forms the event horizon. 

And the size of the event horizon is smaller than both of the neutron stars. So the X-ray burst is the result of the process when the event horizon is forming it pulls the material inside it. And in that process, the material is sending the X-rays. The impacts of the neutron stars are similar to black holes. But in the last case, the energy level is higher. 

A similar reaction causes the gamma-ray burst while the size of the event horizon is changing. When two back holes are impacting they are melting together they are forming the structure that is like two balls connected. The existence of that structure is extremely short. 

The XRB:s and the GRB:s are the result of the escaping event horizon. So the negative movement of the event horizon causes those extremely high-energetic reactions. That is the reason why the XRB:s and GRB:s are forming. 

The melting process is not symmetrical because the form of the singularity is like "8". The movement of the singularity at the end of "8" is larger than in the middle of the structure.  And that means most of the radiation comes from the ends of the "8".  So the movement of the ends of that form is larger than in the middle of it. And that causes that the GRB:s are like rays that are traveling through the universe. 

The stellar-mass black holes are normally sending the X-rays. And the GRB:s. Or otherwise said, unique gamma-ray bursts are proof that there are also other stellar-mass black holes in the universe than a Cygnus X-1 type of black hole in the universe. Sometimes supermassive black holes are sending gamma-ray bursts or their gamma-ray level is rising. That means the supermassive black holes are eating smaller black holes.

If we are purely thinking about the military aspect of artificial intelligence. China can make powerful platforms that can run complicated artificial intelligence and the program code. If we want to deny China to get things like drone swarms in the hands of the PLA (People's Liberation Army) we are failing. China has artificial intelligence-based weapon systems and we should accept that thing. When we are thinking about ethics and moral discussions about artificial intelligence those things are not pushing brakes to China. 

Weapon development is much easier in authoritarian countries because nobody resists the government. China has used effective intelligence work. Along with large-scale investments in coding training and natural sciences for making new solutions for AI and robotics. And those things are interesting for both civil and military authorities.

But when we are thinking about the ethics and morals of AI, we are facing the question: are those discussions started by China or Russia? The global peace movement was quiet about the Soviet nuclear weapons while they resist nuclear testing and weapons. The thing in that kind of one-side resistance is simple. Its purpose is to force or pressure the developers of the weapon systems to withdraw from those projects. Artificial intelligence is a complicated thing. The purpose of it is to control other systems. But there is one thing that makes artificial intelligence complicated. 

Some traditional military men are afraid of their workplaces. There are weapons like computer viruses and the EMP-pulses and ECM jammers that can destroy computers that are controlling robots. Or deny the communication between robots and command computers. They can also deny the drones to make the networks with each other. But the key element in the drone and remote-controlled robots is that if the military starts to operate by using those remote systems there are no own losses. 

Artificial intelligence can also control communication more effectively than ever before. The AI can connect with a quantum computer. And together the quantum computer and AI are the ultimate entirety. Quantum computers are the next threat to data security. And the thing that makes them more impressive than any computer ever has been being. Is that they can break any code in the world in seconds. Those quantum computers can also break nuclear weapon launching and other operational codes. The quantum computers can also break the control code of the combat drones. 

And that means those systems are the biggest threat on the Internet.  Things like quantum computers and drone swarms can be the biggest opportunity in history. They can decrease pollution by adjusting the temperature in the houses and also make it possible that there is always an optimized level of energy and raw material production. Remote-control robots can make complicated surgery operations if they are acting as an external body for surgeons. That thing can bring multi-use and qualified medical services also to the remote areas. 

The robot can make many things and the cleaner can use the same robot as the surgeon. But the same robot that can clean rooms and make medical operations can use as a remote soldier. Drones and artificial intelligence can search for missing persons or suspicious packages. 

The AI can search also for similarities of the DNA and help to track any person on Earth. Tracking the person by using the family DNA bases that the DNA sequences are turning more and more identical. When the samples are closing the wanted person. The AI that is driven by a quantum computer can sort the DNA of the entire human race. And that thing can use to track things like serial killers. This thing is a prohibited law suite. But the laws can be changed by parliaments.  

Those systems can control robots that are taking pizza to us if the users of them want. But similar systems can use to make the massacres. They can use to control people. AI and drones can observe everything that people are saying and if those automatized and independent systems are under the control of one person, that causes a situation where that person has an army under control. And that army has no excuses to follow orders.

About AUKUS cooperation: the defense union between Australia, the USA, and the UK.

The question is: why was the AUKUS contract made in secrecy? What kind of things may be a secretive contract involves? But the fact is that this contract will strengthen the independent defense of Australia. That kind of contract always involves communication outposts and the global surveillance network stations. 

The contract involved sharing technology with Australia. And that technology allows  Australia to build its new nuclear-powered submarines. But what else that contract involved? Military nuclear technology is one of the most secure and secretive things in the world. And that means Australia has offered something for counter gifts. Are those things involving the new radar technology? 

The AUKUS (Australia, The UK, and the USA) cooperation between the USA, Australia, and the UK is the thing that has caused discussions. Australia rejected the French-built diesel-electric submarines and started to create its nuclear submarines with the USA and UK. And that thing caused disappointment in the French and European governments. The nuclear submarines are making Australia more independent in the defense questions than ever before. 

Those submarines give the Australian navy similar global strike capacity with other navies that are using those systems. Modern nuclear submarines can also carry cruise missiles like BGM-109 "Tomahawk" that can launch from torpedo tubes. And that gives those systems the ability to attack factories and military bases that are a long way from the coastline. 

Nuclear submarines are the most capable systems in naval warfare and the AUKUS cooperation offers Australia a chance to get artificial intelligence-based computing. And other technical solutions that the UK and the USA are developed for their submarines. And Australia can offer their advanced radar technology as the counterplan for that cooperation.

But there is another thing that has caused discussions. That thing is the role of the USA in the conflicts between China and its neighboring areas. The thing is that the USA has many allies around the world. And the thing that frightens the USA is the new modern weapons of China. Even if the USA would win that war, there are millions or even billions of casualties if the warfare expands to a strategic thermonuclear war. 

And even if the conflict remains at the conventional level. There is the possibility that the USA loses one or more of its nuclear-powered aircraft carriers. And that thing causes nuclear pollution in that area. This is the reason, why the interest of the USA is to strengthen the independent defense of its allies. 

The number of equipment in the USA is limited. There is always a possibility there is a crisis at the same time in the South China Sea and Europe. That means the nuclear-powered aircraft carriers are needed in two places at the same time. And those units have a central role in the global operations. 

Whenever the USA must come to help its allies there is the risk of American casualties. Of course, the USA must help its allies when they need help. Because if it doesn't make that thing. The allies will be disappointed. Those contracts between the USA and its allies involving things like the allowance to use the airbases in that area for emergency landing sites for the strategic nuclear bombers. 

The support systems of the strategic bombers like escort fighters and tanker aircraft need those bases. And also the rescue crews are using those bases in the case that the strategic bombers will be dropped by technical error.

Also, those countries are established global electronic surveillance (ECHELON) and communication outposts supporting global intelligence and nuclear weapon operations of the USAF and U.S Navy. Also, the satellite data of the recon satellites is downloaded from those stations. This means that the center allies of the USA in that area need their power tools to defend themselves. Nuclear submarines are the thing that can put the challenge for China.

China is planning to create over a kilometer-long spacecraft.

Above this text is an image of the Chinese modular space station. The planned modular structural "Tiangong"-space station is an impressive plan. That is possible to make by using existing technology. The modular structures are also used in the ISS-space station. Similar modular structures can be used in spacecraft. The difference between space stations and spacecraft is that the spacecraft can use various trajectories or return to the Earth. 

The space station uses fixed trajectories. It cannot return home in one piece. Artificial intelligence-based automation makes it possible to make the structures that are combining those structures by using the small modules that can dock themselves together. And that thing is forming the large entirety. The computers of those modules can also act as supporting life-support systems and they can run artificial intelligence that mission is to find the leaks and damages from the systems and structures. 

The system can use RFID chips for observing leaks. Those RFID chips are released to the cabin. And the direction where they are traveling uncovers the leak. Also, things like artificial bugs can use to uncover the damages in the electric wires. And other things that are important for the missions. Those robot flies or butterflies can search for things like fungus or damaged insulators. They can also observe the crew and send the data to the command center. 

The large-size space stations might be the gate to more ambitious space projects. And one of those hypothetical projects is the so-called "O'Neill cylinder". The giant space station where is cultures for vegetables and what can offer the door to the colonization of the entire solar system. 

In some visions in the future, in our solar system travels "artificial worlds" or O'Neill-cylinders. Giant space stations are filled with cultures which purpose is to make nutrients for the crew and passengers of those traveling worlds. Those O'Neill cylinders would use the planet's gravity fields to keep it in course between planets. And the idea of those traveling space stations has been coming from the Troyan asteroids. 

The kilometer-long space stations can act as the simulators for O'Neill cylinders.

The creation of the kilometer-long spacecraft can simply make by docking the cylinder-shaped spacecraft together. That thing requires only that there are enough those cylinders in use. In the modern version of the modular spacecraft, those cylinders can launch by using separated launches. And when those cylinders are returned to the Earth they can simply separate from the structure and then return to base by using parachutes. 

That kind of system requires a large number of launches. The modular structures that are planned to use in this kind of project are the most conventional way to make the large spacecraft and space station structures. 

This type of spacecraft is not so difficult to make as people normally think. By using modular structures like rocket stages that can connect in space there is possible to make extremely large-size spacecraft. The idea of the modular space station was introducing by Wernher von Braun. The original idea was to connect the rocket stages of the Saturn V rocket. Those stages planned to launch separately by using their rockets. So every part of the space station has its launch vehicle.

 And each part would launch independently. The rocket stages would equip by using airlocks. And the vacuum would remove the fuel and oxygen from the tanks in the orbiter trajectory where those parts will dock together to large entirety. That system bases on old-fashion technology. The new version where is used the shuttle technology where the parts can reuse allows making the kilometer-long spacecraft what can return to the ground. 

In that vision, the re-usable rockets are launch to orbiting trajectory. Then they can dock together. And when it's time to return home that system will separate those rockets and they would make the independent landings. That kind of system can be extremely long. And docking the tanks to the series. Is not so fundamental that it requires a new type of technology. But anyway, those Chinese systems are impressive-looking plans.

The situation in the developing drones is like in some children's sandbox, where children throw together with sand. They always claim in those situations, that somebody else made that first. The developing of killer robots have been argued that also other nations interests make this kind of robots. The United States uses drones, what is, of course, the bad thing, and the development of those weapons have been in the public teeth, but in the same time, in Europe, Russia and China are developed many new kinds of military drones, what might be more advanced than U.S X-47B.


The Dassault-Breguet "Neuron" is one version of killer drones, and of course, BAE "Taranis" is the latest technology in the military android making. Those systems are the most intelligent in the world, and they have the ability to communicate with computer centers and as an example, the warships central computers, what give those drones more independence than ever before.


Also, there might be planned the data satellites, what are actually the computers, that are launched to the orbital trajectory. And their mission would give more calculating capacity to those drones. Of course, they can improve the capacity to communicate between the drones and supercomputer centers at the opposite side of the oceans. Those systems are quite terrifying, but the Chinese operations and their navy's and air force's new automatized boats and aircraft would have an excuse to continue drone programs around the world.


Those machines are perfect weapons, and when opposite force would use them, why the western operators would not continue the development of those weapons. And of course, China is the potential enemy of the United States and Western nations, and Chinese weapons are good excuse to develop new very lethal weapons, what can fly from another side of Earth to attack to the targets in the far east. What is far enough from European media.
