The solar-power aircraft can operate at very high altitudes. So they can take miniature space shuttles to the high atmospheric position. And then those platforms can launch to low earth orbiter. The same solar panels that deliver electricity for the drone's engines can use to break water molecules into hydrogen and oxygen. Those gases can turn liquid by freezing them. And then oxygen and hydrogen can use as fuel for those miniature shuttles. 

Many people think that solar power platforms are slow. The fact is that things like ion ramjets and electric jet engines that are using electricity for their fly can be extremely fast. The ion ramjet means the jet engine that ionizes the air in the front of it. And then the magnetic track will pull those ions through the engine. Also, the solar panels inside the aircraft can use to make hydrogen for its turbojets. Solar power can use to give electricity for that kind of extremely powerful system. 

The aviation system can use solar power straight. In that case, the wings of the aircraft are covered by solar panels. Or the things like solar parks can turn solar energy into coherent radio waves that can use to deliver electricity to the drones. The drone can use the same coherent radio waves to communicate with ground stations. The solar power aircraft don't need oxygen and that's why they can send to Venus' atmosphere. In Jupiter's atmosphere, the drone should use a thermal radio generator. 

Solar-power electric aircraft flew around the world. That new electric-powered aircraft can stay airborne even for years. That kind of aircraft can operate in surveillance and mapping roles. The high-flying electric power aircraft can take air samples. And follow things like high-atmosphere pollution. 

That kind of system can also fly to the accident area, and then they can strengthen and establish the communication lines between the ground operators and command centers. The solar-power drone can also use in intelligence missions. That drone can capture the radar and communication signals. And that data can use to create counter-algorithms against those things. 

The fact is that the high-altitude solar-power platforms can use ELF radars, laser scanners, or other types of sensors for mapping the undersea structures. That kind of system can patrol the borders of the states and use infrared and visual telescopes for uncovering the people, who are trying to cross the border without permission. The high-flying platform can carry optical sensors and radars for tracking the low-flying targets. 

The high-flying platforms can also use to control things like drone swarms. The long-wing long-enduring systems can also use remote energy load when there is no solar light. The coherent radio waves can use to transmit energy to the drone in the arctic area. 

But the thing is that if the solar-power aircraft is made using stealth materials it can also assist the battlefield operators. That system can deliver tactical reconnaissance information. Or it can point the targets to smart weapons like missiles and attack aircraft. The infrared signature of that kind of drone is very low. And radars are hard to point to that object. 

The thing is that the solar-power platform can also carry things like missiles or cruise missiles. Those flying automatized missile platforms might be a little bit too futuristic for being true.
