The design of the company is always important.



Designing and preparing for the future is one of the most important things in the world. The ability to adapt to the changes in the environment is the lifeblood for a company. And if the company cannot adapt to the physical environmental and technological advantages. 

Along with changes in political infrastructure that causes bankruptcy for all companies. If the company and its service don't feel nice people are not buying anything from the company. 

And without sales, the company would fall because its money storage ends. The purpose of the design of the company and its services. Is to make people interested in the product of the company. Interest is the thing that makes people buy the products. If the person would not even click on the homepages of the company or step into the shop. 

That would mean that the money of that buyer goes to another company. The buyer makes the selection, which company or product pleases that person. And then the buyer selects the best product that is in his mind the best. The design of the company is the people and the workspaces where those people are working. 

The idea is that the company is introducing its most aerodynamic part of itself to clients. The thing that is introduced for customers is the most modern and the most interesting part of the company and its products. The idea is that the thing that is introduced for people is making the company and its products interesting in the eyes of the customers. And also make people buy its products. 

The reason why the design of the service or company must be the entirety is that people should interest in its products. This is why the salesmen have put things like Ferrari to the display windows of the car dealers. The purpose of those things is to bring the customers to the dealer's hall and then maybe some cars can be sold by dealers. 


People who are participating in that organization and especially in customer service must have an attitude that the company's purpose is to sell its product. Selling the products which can be a physical product like some merchandise. Or the company can sell services. In the SOAP (Service Oriented Application). 

The behavior of the persons who are working with that thing like giving nursery or micro support must please their customers. Customers must have a good feeling after the meeting and support session. If they feel bad. That will banish the customers. The company is the entirety of people, machines, and things to sell. If people are feeling that they are not welcome. That means they don't buy the products and services. Also if the workspace of the company looks cheap that will cause the question. What kind of support the company can offer. 


When customers are taking their products home, they might want to get advice. And if they don't dare to ask questions they would fail in things like deployment. That is dangerous. 


When the persons will elect to that kind of service-oriented company. The question is what the recruiters must ask themselves. Is: "would I want to get service from that kind of person"? If the answer is "yes" the place would be that person work rest of the working career. The people must dare to ask that person about the products. 

When people are recruiting other people. They must keep focus that the primary role of the worker is to make money for the company. And if the customers don't like that person, this makes the loss of the customers and incoming money. But the thing is that the design of the service means that everything feels good, feels nice to visit in the company. The first sight of the product is the homepages of the company. And if the homepages are bad people don't dare to come to visit and buy the products.
