Finding the organisms in the clouds of Venus would be a sensation of the millennium. But the problem is that even there is an organism on that planet's highlands and atmosphere. Researchers must confirm the origin of those creatures before we make more hypotheses about that thing. The fact is that there are no lifeforms on the lowlands on that planet. But on the highest mountains like Maxwell Montis and in the clouds could be some kind of bacteria.
The atmosphere of Venus is thicker than Earth and those hypothetical organisms can float in the sulphuric acid clouds. Nobody (at least myself) expects to find nothing more than some primitive procaryotes or some creatures that can take energy from the hot atmosphere of that planet. Maybe those hypothetical organisms can tell what the very first organisms looked like. But there is another thing that we must realize. The thing is that those bacteria can come from Earth. And that means we would be polluted that planet.
At the beginning of this text, I must say searching for life is a different thing than finding life. Nobody is sure if there are any kind of lifeforms on that planet. And there is one possibility. The thing is that those organisms could be so primitive that they have not even had mitochondria. They can get their energy from the heat of the atmosphere. Similar way the first organisms used external energy from volcanic heat and boiling water in a time when those organisms had no mitochondria.
The planet Venus is extremely hot and hostile to life. But there is a small possibility that in the atmosphere of that planet is primitive organisms. In that scenario, the evolution on that hellish planet is stopped to the level where the first proto-cells formed.
