Sometimes people say that UFOs are avoiding people.

The UFOs, as an innovation source.

The purpose of UFO research is to collect information for next-generation innovations. And another reason for that research is to confirm that things like stealth technology are working as it should.

Sometimes people say that UFOs are avoiding people. That thing seems reasonable. If UFOs are secretive military aircraft that involve secretive military technology. Their operators want to keep them hidden from the public. Things like SR-71 "Blackbirds" and their possible hypersonic successors are not very usual aircraft.

Hypersonic jet fighters are problematic things. The weapon release from those aircraft is not similar to some Mach 2 or 3 fighters. If the aircraft's speed is over Mach 5, the air cone around them makes weapon release more complicated.

The shape of a hypersonic aircraft's body must be made sharper than regular aircraft. In hypersonic aircraft missiles and bombs must not be put under the aircraft's wings. The pressure around the aircraft will rip those things away from it.

And the main element in that kind of aircraft aerodynamics is that nothing should break its shape. But in recon planes, the camera windows can be made by using the same glass that is used in spacecraft windows.

Because cameras are inside the aircraft's body. And there are no hatches the camera system is easier to install in the aircraft than bomb bay. The hypersonic recon aircraft is easier to make than some hypersonic jet fighters.

Image 2) Modern Saucer-shaped blimp. Those blimps can have screens on their surface. And those screens can make them into chameleons that are hard to detect.

In some cases, the UFO is suspected of being some kind of stealth helicopter. The mission of that system can be to recover the bites of dropped highly secretive military aircraft. Things like compressors and fuels of those aircraft are not public information. There is the possibility that some UFOs are saucer-shaped airships that have stealth capacity.

In some explanations, UFOs are holograms whose mission is to keep jet-fighter pilots away from the test-flight areas where is tested highly secretive military systems. Or maybe they are holograms whose purpose is to make people look at the different way when some nuclear bombers are rising from their bases.

In some versions of this theory, the UFO is the virtual structure that forms when fast turning radar antenna moves extremely fast. In that vision, the radar antenna is like a whip, that moves extremely fast. That motion makes a cloud to its trajectory. And it looks like some kind of saucer. Sometimes things, like AWACS (Airborne Warning and Control System) platforms can make clouds around them if their radars use microwaves.

Are the foo-fighters some kind of radar equipment that is made by using two quadcopters with radar antennae between them?

The foo-fighters are one part of the UFOs. Many times people believe that they are quadcopters that have LED lights. The purpose of those lights can be to cover things behind those things. Or laser-LEDs can use as a communication tool between those systems.

When we think of the behavior of those interesting things where one or two foo-fighters are orbiting the center device, there is a possibility that those things are some kind of radar system.

In that case, the quadcopters are connected by using a very thin antenna. That kind of quadcopter pair can drop to an operational area from aircraft. Or even from satellites. When that radar antenna starts its operation the quadcopters are releasing it from the reel. And that thing can use as the AWACS system above the battlefield.

There is also the possibility that the foo-fighters are plasma balls that are connected by using quantum entanglement. That system can form the virtual radar antenna.

In all cases, researchers must follow the path of evidence. They must encourage eyewitnesses to tell what they saw.

In research terms, "Alien" means an unknown and non-controlled intelligent actor. And the term "intelligent" means the actor whose actions have a clear objective. That means the "intelligent actor" can be a robot that makes a series of actions without knowing its purpose.

When we think about individual UFO cases researchers must not close any possibilities away before they started investigations. That means we should always keep the "alien hypothesis" open as one possibility when we start to make research. When researchers start to make their work, they should not make any conclusions before investigations. The fact is that researches are not things.

That can offer any answers before they are stated. And in fact, when a person comes to the office and shakes in fear. That means that person saw something. Researchers must encourage eyewitnesses to tell truth. They should not pressure to tell things that they or their superiors want to hear. Their mission is to make conclusions by following facts.

The fact is that nobody ever officially confirms to own UFOs. That means all UFO signs are not explained. And that phenomenon remains unknown. There are about 1% of those cases remain unknown. So all roads must keep open.

The LK-99 could be a fundamental advance even if it cannot reach superconductivity in 400K.

The next step in superconducting research is that LK-99 was not superconducting at room temperature. Or was it? The thing is that there is needed more research about that material. And even if it couldn't reach superconductivity in 400K that doesn't mean that material is not fundamental. And if LK-99 can maintain its superconductivity in 400K that means a fundamental breakthrough in superconducting technology.  The LK-99 can be hype or it can be the real thing. The thing is, anyway, that high-voltage cables and our electric networks are not turning superconducting before next summer. But if we can change the electric network to superconducting by using some reasonable material. That thing can be the next step in the environment. Superconductors decrease the need to produce electricity. But today cooling systems that need lots of energy are the thing that turn superconductors that need low temperatures non-practical for everyday use.  When the project begins there is lots of ent

Black holes, the speed of light, and gravitational background are things that are connecting the universe.

Black holes, the speed of light, and gravitational background are things that are connecting the universe.  Black holes and gravitational waves: is black hole's singularity at so high energy level that energy travels in one direction in the form of a gravitational wave.  We normally say that black holes do not send radiation. And we are wrong. Black holes send gravitational waves. Gravitational waves are wave movement or radiation. And that means the black holes are bright gravitational objects.  If we can use water to illustrate the gravitational interaction we can say that gravitational waves push the surface tension out from the gravitational center. Then the other quantum fields push particles or objects into a black hole. The gravitational waves push energy out from the objects. And then the energy or quantum fields behind that object push them into the gravitational center.  The elementary particles are quantum fields or whisk-looking structures. If the gravitational wave is

The CEO of Open AI, Sam Altman said that AI development requires a similar organization as IAEA.

We know that there are many risks in AI development. And there must be something that puts people realize that these kinds of things are not jokes. The problem is how to take control of the AI development. If we think about international contracts regarding AI development. We must realize that there is a possibility that the contract that should limit AI development turns into another version of the Nuclear Non-Proliferation Treaty. That treaty didn't ever deny the escalation of nuclear weapons. And there is a big possibility that the AI-limitation contracts follow the route of the Nuclear Non-Proliferation Treaty.  The biggest problem with AI development is the new platforms that can run every complicated and effective code. That means the quantum computer-based neural networks can turn themselves more intelligent than humans. The AI has the ultimate ability to learn new things. And if it runs on the quantum-hybrid system that switches its state between binary and quantum states,
