Tetraneutrons are groups of four neutrons. So could there be also tetra protons and tetra electrons? The groups of particles there is not antimatter. And how long do those particles stay in the form? If they exist. In positronium electron and positron and protonium proton and antiproton.
In those structures, the antimatter particle or mirror particle will keep the material particle orbiting each other. Could it be possible to make similar structures only by using protons and electrons in structures that are forming only electrons or protons?

Those kinds of theoretical atoms are interesting things. But the fact is that the tetra neutrons are interesting tools. They can use as miniature gramophone stylus in the tunneling microscopes. But the problem is that neutrons are harder to produce than protons and electrons. That means benefiting this thing requires nuclear reactors.
