Sociology means actually social investigations, and that science is the very important role in the workplaces. If the persons in the workplace are the wrong types, that would mean, that the working days can be like hell. The sociologist's mission would find the suitable persons for the team. And the key element is that they should fit for work together. One of the most difficult situations is that the partner of some worker works the opposite way than our main character. If some person wants to work like, all the jobs what this person can let pend to the next day. And that would be the little bit embarrassing.


There is not actually the right way to make jobs, and some persons want to make them right away when the boss gives it to them. But somebody would put those jobs for pending.  That would make schisma between persons.  That kind of things make problems to the social relationships, and cause the fights in the workplace. The thing, what makes those things difficult is that in the normal life, the boss would satisfy when the job is done in time. When those jobs are done is insignificant.


When we are thinking about the persons, who are opposite personalities they have something to learn from the opponent. We have difficult to find the golden middle road. We always are looking for extreme solutions to every problem, what we will face in the real life. There are many persons, who would understand the pending, that those jobs are mounted, and those persons are lazy.


But the other extreme person could also be painful. They might start the job without any discussions with other members of the team. That would sometimes cause misunderstandings, and sometimes drawings or other plans must do many times because those things depend on the time and will of other contractors and if the customer would not accept some part of the plans, must that thing do again.


If the jobs are starting without discussions and meetings with other members of the team and customer,  that would cause very much extra work. And if something in the working process is impossible should that be told in the team. Working life is teamwork, and if somebody would not dare to ask important questions, would many things go wrong. Nobody even can make the house alone, and that's why there are teams, what is working in the building sites. Time is also the very important resource. If the timetables are too short or tight,  the problem would raise in the workforce. If there are not enough workers the properly made work would be impossible.


And if the time in workplaces spends with conflicts and other unnecessary actions, will the job ever is done. So there must be the team, what is able to make their job properly. Because if there would be some repairments, that costs money. In those cases, the quilty can be some person, who cannot do the job, but it can also cause by bad materials or other equipment, what would not work properly.


So the ability to make teamwork is the very important role in the work life. If the person cannot co-operate with other people, would that cause many problems in the workplace and private life, and that's the fact. Persons must work together for a collective goal when the job is done, and every conflict or other kinds of destructive are slowing the project, and that would cost money. This is the reason, why the atmosphere in the workplace must be positive, and the people should forget the arguments of the free time when they are at work.
