Sometimes black swan determined possible. But an extremely unlikely event. And in some other cases back swans are determined as things that are not visible to outsiders. 

If we say that the white swan phenomenon is the thing that was planned. The black swan means nonplanned and nonpredicted things. And when we say that somebody has success in life, the white swan predicted and calculated things plays a big role in that thing. But nonpredicted things have at least the same size effect. 

When we think about the modern way to see things we must understand that the WTC Terror strike in 9/11/2001 caused a situation where many things re-estimated. That horrible terror strike is one of the examples of large areas or global black swans. There was nothing wrong with hostage procedures and airport security, but the people who did that thing didn't predict that terrorists would commit suicide during that strike. That is one example of the negative black swan. The person behind that strike was Osama bin Laden. 

Another person with a great effect on the world is Elon Musk. Who would predict that someday start-up called SpaceX will turn into a global force? Today Space X and other private space companies have begun a business that has never been seen before.

 In every case at least as many invisible things as visible things. 

The Space X controls a large satellite fleet of Starlink satellites. And as we know all satellites are kinetic weapons if they travel to the wrong trajectory. Impact with other satellites makes both participants a cloud of melted metal. Same way if a large-scale operator who operates communication satellites refuses to transmit information that doesn't please that operator, it can cause a bad situation. 

In the same way, we can say that things like learning neural networks and AI-based chatbots that can make even university-level essays are one version of black swans. The AI itself predicted, but nobody predicted that the Open AI would bring that kind of chatbot in front of human eyes. Another thing that could not predicted was that Chat GPT is free to use. 

The volume or speed of change can make the predicted and well-controlled things very hard to control. Effectiveness and other kinds of things are values in business. If there is no work for some person, that person is divorced. 

And people who are working in some companies must keep their skills at the level, that they fit in work life. The AI and learning neural networks are things that can make code very fast. And the human operators cannot even imagine. That they can make so much error-free code in a certain time unit.
