FOGBANK is the secret aerogel, what mission is to create heated plasma during the explosion of the nuclear warhead is highly classified material, what is created in the Y-12 laboratory in Oak Ridge, Tennessee. This is why that material is so highly secretive, and that can revolutionize all way to create nuclear weapons. That foam allows using extreme small size bites of fissile and fusion material, what makes possible to make nuclear weapons, what is extremely sharp calculated.
